My favorite printing place I have a business account with them it makes everything so easy

I ordered a printer with a value of $ 249.00 dollars. The day I came to pick it up they couldnt find it, they didnt even know what happened to the printer, they couldnt find it. I asked to speak to the manager, his name is Glenn Murphy. He told me to apologize for the inconvenience, and that he would fix the problem. He offered me that if at the moment I needed a printer, he would give me one, that he would reorder the printer and that I would pick it up in a week. I expected him to give me a discount, but to my surprise he told me it was completely free. These days its hard to find managers like Glenn who still believe that customers are the most important part of business. The most important point here is not the money, but the attitude of Mr. Glenn. God bless this business and the staff of this company and especially Mr Gleen. Of course I recommend Office Depot.

Jorge in the printing center is AMAZING! I was in desperate need of a birthday banner and Jorge patiently assisted and I was out of the store within 30 minutes (thats including the time spent on emailing the banner to Jorge while I was at the store). The banner came out amazing.Thank you again, Jorge!

The photo center is great, they were able to do exactly what I needed, unlike a competitor which I wont mention but rhymes with Maples. The attendant was clear with her method, understood exactly what I needed and asked questions if she was confused, very professional.

Its monday jun 29 im outside of store and suppost to open at 8 am and its 8: 41 and still closed

New print service is extremely inconvenient. If you want to pay with cash, you need to load a gift card, then if you have left over money you need to go back to the cash register to get money back, and or if you didnt load enough the first time you need to go back again! They need a more convenient cash paying system for the new print job system. Waisted a lot of time!

Beware, the staff here is so rude. They act like they hate their jobs and want you to know it.

I own a trucking company. Ive been to many different Office Depot stores within the US through our route. This place by far is THE BEST place to shop. I was greeted as soon as I walk into the store. I needed a portable printer and a network extender. Nikhol, gave me the works. I had the most trying day but she changed all that. She knew her business and she made it easy for me. I was able to find everything I need without having to go to three different stores. Im not a fan of giving reviews but she garnered recognition.

Even when I told the Associates that I was not in the market to buy a printer. She still assisted me with questions that I had. I was so impressed, I bought one that night. Thanks for not rushing away when I said I was just perusing. Because of sales people like her, I will continue to give my business to this company. The people here makes this store what it is today. Fast and efficient customer service. I saw a backpack on sale online but wanted to pick it up because i need it this weekend so when i got to register the guy said it was regular price . I showed him the online sale and he marched it so I didnt have to wait to receive it by mail.

Thanks to everyone who helped get my dads aging Apple running like new. I had tried everything I knew, but Boots, who worked on Dads computer, was able to untangle the electronic mess I had brought in and save the patient. Everyone was very kind and helpful from the receptionists to the tech guys to the staff who helped me retrieve it. 💻🖨📱🖱

Came in to have something printed. The woman who helped me was fast and efficient. She asked questions which made my manual in had printed, look even better than I had planned.

Empty at 1:30 PM fast friendly service . Damaged resume paper but they have a discount so still helpful. Got a cool cross pen too on sale .

I go here all the time for all my office needs. They have people like Tommy who actually are tech savvy and can help with picking the right device for you. I bought my laptop 2 years ago and tommy helped with matching my needs to my laptop and I have been loving my laptop every since. Everyone there is very helpful and have help my mom and I will all our office needs over the last 4yrs.

Called to see if they had the duplicate roll of raffle tickets in stock. I had to speak with two people over the phone and was finally was told they have them. I drove out to the store to find out they did not have them. To top it off, someone that appeared to be a manager (female dirty blonde) asked me if i needed help, turned to one of the guys and asked him about it, then she just turned to help another customer without saying a word to me. Not a good first impression and definitely dont plan to come back here unless they can refund the time and gas they wasted if mine.

It has ok parking handicap parking too. Its not enough employees there to help find items but if you have time on your side its good. prices are fair i really like the sales and clearance prices.

Derek was very helpful helping me get set up with the ink cartridge replacement program. Afterwards he then helped me by assisting me by placing my new shredder into my car. Everyone was helpful by helping locate items in their store. Having pain all the time and limping with a cane makes everyday shopping very difficult. Office Max never sends print codes to your phone in a reasonable time. Sometimes I have to wait 10 minutes or more. Only a few times the email code arrived in 3 minutes. Maybe its just this location.

Nothing particularly special about this Office Max. The one con is that their ink refill machine is ALWAYS out of order so dont bother bringing in a cartridge to get refilled. Either go somewhere else or just assume that you are buying new ink.
