If my only choices were to purchase a vehicle from Stevinson or to walk, I would be searching for walking shoes. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. My interactions with Stevinson were juvenile at absolute best. I am shocked that William Johnson, general manager, as well as Kent Stevinson, owner, fires customers. Stevinson will almost certainly reply below with a bunch of nonsense – don’t believe it. Go elsewhere. Go anywhere but Stevinson.

The service was exceptional! Our salesman Elias Vasquez was absolutely about making our purchase work for us. He made sure we knew all our options with a new lease compared to an outright purchase, different payments etc. He took the time to get to know us a bit to be able to give us the car that would work best for our family. I visited needing help with my FR-S, and I didnt have an appointment. I just needed to drop it off while it was still running! They said they had appointments scheduled out about 5 days and they might not get to my car until then.. but then two days later my car was already fixed!! Its running perfect. They definitely over delivered.

Ive never had a single bad experience here. We bought two cars here, and have taken them back for every oil change. The service is top notch, as expected from a high end dealership. Staff is always polite and accommodating.There are times when their multi-point inspection discovers something wrong with my car. The price too fix these problems are usually much higher than Im willing to pay, so I kindly deny the service. Even so, I have never been pressured by the rep to purchase the repair.The waiting room is always stocked full of yummy treats and delicious coffee. Makes waiting for my car much more enjoyable compared to Grease Monkey or the like.

I sent several emails and left two voice messages for Kent Stevinson to contact me about a terrible experience at one of his dealerships - you can read the full review on the Stevinson Toyota West page. He did not reply to me, only had an assistant call me back who was no help, I hung up on them. I found he supports steeping on the consumer and making his money on their backs.

The staff is attentive and polite. The car shuttle service to and from their dealership is very efficient. It costs about the same as getting your oil done at a Jiffy Lube or Grease Monkey but the service at Stevinsons is better.

We are traveling from Boston to San Diego with a golden doodle puppy and got a nail in our tire. Since the replacement tire was not in stock Eric personally got it from another location saving us hours in wait time. He suggested a restaurant that was dog friendly and within walking distance. thank you for getting us on our way it is so appreciated !!

Excellent for a dealership.Emich should take lessons from Stevenson. I had a problem .I was treated respectfully and helped promptly. The issue on my vehicle was fixed .After my service appointment none of my personal effects were missing. At Emich Chevrolet, not so much.Now Im a Toyota guy ... Oh what a feeling!

I had Johnny was called to ck out, needed to make a pit stop when I arrived he had taken another person. What The Heck it only took a few to go you cant wait for me REALLY. When you sit there for over 1 and 1/2hrs. What do you think???? This makes a second experience in a row I not Happy about. Not so sure I will keep going back.Disappointed 😪😫😤

Be careful not as good as a dealer should be. When they break something during your $1200 multi mile tune up the manage wont speak with you and they will say you were in an accident or broke it before you came in.

We just bought our first new car in 12 years! The experience was amazing. Tony Salazar was our salesman and he made the process simple, stress free, and satisfying. We were able to get the car that we wanted( Highlander Hybrid) at an affordable price. There was never any pressure to buy, there wasn’t any bait and switch, in fact, it was enjoyable. AJ worked with us to get great financing and made our day as well.As for the service department, we have been taking our older Toyota’s there for 11 years. Again, we have had excellent service, no pressure to get repairs that we don’t need, and all the reps have been polite and cheerful. I also want to give Audrey in the customer service a big “Thank you” for being professional, courteous, and sincere on all of her follow up calls throughout the years! I traded in my 2015 Prius and leased a new Toyota RAV4 on 6/21/18; an effortless process.Several months later a valet pointed out that my right directional signal wasnt working. When I arrived home, I noticed that the emergency right flasher wasnt working as well. I had to wait several weeks for a service appointment and since I did not want to get a ticket, I didnt drive my car much. When I picked my car up from the service appointment, I was told that a wire was disconnected when the alarm system was disabled which controlled the right directional signal.Overall, I am pleased with Stevinson Toyota and recommend Curt Rogers in the sales/leasing department.

We were traveling from NY and needed an oil change. Really expected to be waiting a while. They had us in and out in less than an hour. Beyond 5 star service . Thanks guys for the wonderful experience!!!

Good service for Toyota

They charged me $280 to unplug the wires from my 3rd party radio when the car no longer started. When i brought it to the 3rd party installer, the mechanic was very unhelpful in telling us what he unplugged. This place will charge you $140/hour for any diagnostics.

Awesome customer service

We bought a new Lexus here a few months ago, and this location does not live up to Lexus standards. We still dont even have our plates and nobody calls our follows up. We were also told that the GX takes regular unleaded which it obviously doesnt.
