I called Nick at Empire in a bit of a panic. I was on my way to pick up my wedding dress and my car wouldn’t start (the wedding is in two days). The battery was dead. I jumped the car, got to the dress shop and called Empire from the car. Nick was so kind. “Bring it in” he said they’d take a look. I went straight to Empire. Nick came out, tested the battery, said I needed a new one. They immediately put it in and had me out the door so I could drive to the town where we are getting married. I take my car to Empire regularly for check-ups, etc. I always have to make an appointment as I expect to, they are a busy service center. But today they came through for me in a big way. I am so grateful for everyone’s kindness!!!!

Nissan Empire is incredible! 10/10 car buying experience!!I had a lease from Mazda that I needed to trade in to be able to do a bit more with my vehicle. After shopping around for what would suit my needs, I landed on a Nissan Pathfinder.After figuring out what it would take to get out of my lease, I took my paperwork to Nissan and was pleasantly greeted by my wonderful salesman, Dart Wade. & to my surprise, be walked through my easiest vehicle purchase to date!After test driving my potential new vehicle, I wanted to sleep on it..Dart offered to let me take the car home over Labor Day weekend to drive around and make sure its exactly what I was looking for, SOLD!My new car is in great condition, drives like a dream, Im out of my lease, and I couldnt ask for anything else. TL; DR: Do NOT buy a used car from them, at least without getting it inspected by a third party.I mean, wow, where to begin?I recently went to their dealership and checked out a 2012 Jeep Wrangler with about 100,000 miles that theyd taken in on trade. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot, I was jumped on by the sales staff, which is always irritating for me. Anyway, I drove the jeep and noticed it was very squirrelly on the highway. It wouldnt track in a straight line, which I suspected was due to either the tall tires or a suspension problem. I told the staff Id like to think about it, and I left.The following evening, around 8:30, I got a text from the saleswoman saying that, if I didnt put down a $500 deposit right now, they were going to sell it to someone else in the morning. In the meantime, I noticed that theyd raised the sticker price of the jeep from $24,900 to $25,400. That is the oldest used car hard sell trick in the book, so I told her to go ahead and sell it to that other buyer. Well, surprise surprise, there was no other buyer, and that jeep stayed on their lot for several more days. I then asked if I could take it into a 3rd party mechanic for inspection, because I was worried about the way it drove, even though they swore they gave it a thorough 160-point inspection.What did the mechanic find? About $3500 worth of needed repairs, including:New brakes and rotors on all four wheels.New rear sway bar linksNew front track barNew upper tie rodNew spark plugsNew passenger side mirrorService to the transfer case, both differentials and the transmissionHeavy rust on the coil springs.The brakes were in such bad shape that they wouldnt hold the jeep stationary on a slight incline when I set the parking brake. Guess that 160-point inspection didnt check that.I gave the results of the inspection to the sales manager, and his answer was literally Were not spending any money on this Jeep, and were not lowering the price.So there you have it. Thats Lakewood Nissan taking advantage of a dearth of available cars to sell a DANGEROUS vehicle for a ridiculous price. Because they know someone less skeptical than I will eventually pay it.

UPDATE: See bottom of reviewBought a vehicle from Empire (Littleton location before it sold to Schomp) in July. Was a good experience overall. The people were pleasant and helpful and although it took longer than expected, they got me what I felt was a fair price. Would be a 5-star except that Im now dealing with a major headache with the registration of the vehicle. I still hadnt received the title complete notice when the tags were about to expire, so I called the DMV and they said theyre behind because of COVID, but that I should go back to the dealer and they can issue a new temp tag for me. I called empire to make sure they could do this, but ended up having to leave a message (mid morning). No callback, so I called again (early afternoon), still no call back. Because of a tight schedule and the fact that Empires location that now had my records is on the other side of town, I had limited time to take care of this, so I went ahead and showed up at the dealer after work. They said they couldnt reissue the tags but gave me a tracking number and said I should be able to get my plates (not just a temp tag) with this information. Also found out that they hadnt even sent the paperwork in until almost a month after I bought the car (perhaps owing to the paperwork shuffle of selling the other location?). I called the DMV and they said what I was given was a tracking number that just shows they submitted the paperwork but that they couldnt issue plates until theyve processed said paperwork. They were also surprised that the dealer refused to issue another temp tag for me.So, in summary, 5 star buying experience, -1 star for not returning phone calls, -1 star for bad information that extended this little goose-chase, and -1 star for the PITA it has been to call the DMV multiple times, drive across town to be told that they couldnt do something that apparently they should be able to do, and in the end, I still have to physically go to the DMV to get it taken care of myself.UPDATE: received a call from Alyssa in the title department wanting to address my concerns. She explained a bit of background behind why they werent giving out new temp tags, which made sense (DMV giving out mixed messages). She offered to overnight me a temp tag to replace mine which is about to expire and was very pleasant to talk to.+1 star for the callback and explanation+1 star for saving me a trip to the DMV or even back to the dealerWhile I still feel that the past few days have been an unnecessary goose-chase, I really respect and appreciate when businesses listen to their customers complaints and go the extra mile to resolve them. So +1 star for that.I feel my experience with Empire is back to 5 stars.

Zach was awesome. My car was under warranty so I got a brand new transmission due to severe issues with my old one. I was able to get a courtesy vehicle to use for a few days while they worked on my car. I overall had a great experience and am happy to have my car back and running smoothly.

I highly recommend Empire Nissan. They were very service oriented and i enjoyed my experience there. Dropped my car off for a check up. They set the right expectations and since i work close by, they were even able to get me a ride to and from work using their shuttle service! I absolutely loved the experience and I’ll definitely be back for sure.

I’ve been coming here about about a year now. I used to go to Tynan’s Nissan but I didn’t care for there customer service & extra charges. The customer service is really great at Empire. Perris is really the best! I’ve also worked with Rich recently. He was great as well. I drive out of my way to come to this shop.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with the service team down at the Lakewood Nissan. I went in without an appointment and they got me in quickly and let me know exactly how my car was doing and what needed to be done. The oil change was worth every penny! Excellent customer service, whole staff was great thank you to Nick for helping me and getting my car back to me within a few hours! Will be back!

I had a wonderful experience here. 5 star experience for sure!!! The least stressful car purchase experience, Ive ever had. Albert, my sales guy, Adam the General Manager, and all the people at the finance desk made this an amazing and easy experience. They got me exactly the terms I asked for and were very straightforward with no games. They were honest and up front with the paperwork and terms of the deal. Their customer service is great and the importance they place on satisfaction is clear. I highly recommend doing your business here with these guys.

Had an extremely difficult time with my car. I have a 14 Rogue and it started acting real funny. I checked my warranty and it gave me the Authorized shop to get the work done. I questioned this in my mind for this place listed was a Subaru shop. The only other places I got to take it to was Midas, Pep Boys and some smaller shops. So I chose Subaru and had my car towed there. The next morning I spoke to Subaru and was told they didn’t work on any other brands and they couldn’t help me??? What excuse me???? Your listed on the warranty companies preferred website. They apologized and said they were sorry and suggested that I send it to Nissan. Here we go again. So I had it towed to Lakewood Empire Nissan. The staff there is great and treated me good. One in Particular that stood out to me was Service Advisor Nick!!!! He knew my frustration and empathized with what I was going through. He immediately took action had my car diagnosed and even gave me a rental car to drive so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle for two days!!! I was very appreciative of him and will continue to take my car there when it needs service!!! The only bad part and it wasn’t that big of a deal, was their car wash they have on site. They washed my car and it ripped the front tag right off and I had to go retrieve it the next day after finding it missing!!! Nick promptly reacted and found it and put it back on himself!!! This place is awesome! After having some very big issues with the last 2 places my wife and I purchased vehicles from we werent sure what to expect at first, but our worries were quickly put to rest. I went to this location about a month ago because I wanted to speak with someone about trading in my very nice Nissan Rogue, and purchasing a less expensive used car to lower my monthly payment. First of all when I explained that to the salesperson and the first thing she did was try to sell me a $35,000 Nissan Altima. The car she showed me would have increased my car payment about $150 a month. Even though I explained to them that I was trying to lower my monthly payment they still tried to put me in a new car and completely ignored the reason I was there. They wasted an hour of my time on that part. They also offered me well below what I asked for my trade in, and well below what Kelley Blue book said my used car was worth. They did this even though they had maybe only a dozen used cars, if that on their lot. Ive since done research and found out that used cars are selling at an all-time high because of a lack of inventory. Im extremely disappointed because I had bought a vehicle from them before and specifically went there because of a positive experience I had in the past. It seems like they have all new sales people and all new management, and they are just oblivious of what they are potential customers need. To be honest I would never work with them again and would just go to Larry h Miller Nissan, or echo Park.

I got quick expert service from people that know how my truck operates. Just a little more than hour for some basic maintenance. And when I was picking up my vehicle the service writer explained in detail what had been done and went over items that also had been checked like my brakes, battery and tires. I even left with a cleaner truck than when I got there. Great people too.

Service department is very bad and makes you wait WEEKS for a warranty repair. Don’t be fooled if they can schedule you a bit sooner than your local shop/dealership because they don’t actually fix cars. They will also promise to call you to reschedule an appointment that they had to cancel, only to never receive a call and have to follow up with them weeks later and then schedule out weeks later. I don’t know if they just expect that none of their customers work, but this place is to be avoided.

Very positive experience. Will be going on a road trip so I took my Nissan Murano to Empire Nissan to get the car inspected prior to leaving on the road trip. I was not charged for this service. In fact, Empire technicians inspected the vehicle, re-clipped the splash guard on front of the passenger side, and re-clipped the molding on the passenger side door that was coming loose. And the car was washed before the car was returned to me. Great experience that did not cost me a cent. Although I did not meet the technician who worked on the car, he/she did a great job. The gentleman who initiated the entire order was pleasant, listened attentively, understood my request for the service, and followed through from start to end. I have owned several cars of different brands but Empire Nissan has been the most competent and all staff treat the customer vehicle service needs as a top priority. Five stars.

I brought my car in for a standard oil change. Phil greeted me as I drove into the bay and went over everything to be done. He was very thorough, excellent explanations. I waited in the lounge area for about an hour, the expected time. Phil came to tell me the car was ready to go, and that was it. Phil is very professional, I was impressed by him. On the other hand, I have always found everyone dealing with customers to be top notch.

Empire Nissan started out fantastic. They got me a ride to and from my house while my car was being serviced. They called me to let me know my car did not need new brakes which is why I took my car in for service.However, when I left I noticed my check engine light was on. I went right back in and talked to the service guy and he said oh well have to do some diagnostic testing on a car. How come every time you take your car in for service they find five more things wrong with it? Its too much of a coincidence that you take your car in for service and you get it back and somethings wrong with it! That is not specific to Empire Nissan. That is any shop you take your car too.

I love Empire Nissan in Lakewood. I have leased my last 4 Nissan Dealerships from Denver to Tyler, TX. This Is my favorite Dealership, hands down. With my last lease I added the oil service to my monthly payment. I was a little nervous how that would work. I called, gave my number, showed up and a half hour later my car was ready to go. Scheduled a tire rotation. When I arrived there was no record of the appointment even though I was texted and emailed reminders. I was then told it would take an hour and 15 minutes to rotate the tires, which is ridiculous. To make matters worse at an hour and 15 minutes I had to track down the service manager only to be told it was behind. Really poor service. If I schedule an appointment you better have it in the books hand get the service done in a timely fashion.

I bring my Xterra in for scheduled maintenance (oil, diff fluid, tire rotation, etc). The work is always done quickly/efficiently.My only semi-issue, and this might be a Nissan specific thing (I’m not 100% sure), but if there is an issue such as cracking in the sway bar bushing, the rear differential is leaking at the seal (they replaced the oil in it less than a year prior), or something else, there’s always a $95 diagnostic fee before they can do any work. If the diagnosis comes back that it’s covered by warranty the fee is waived. But sometimes I’m not sure what they’re trying to diagnose.Another instance was between the last 2 oil changes, I stopped in quickly before their service department closed to ask how much it would be to do a quick fix job on another date (I was shopping in the Denver West strip mall). It was to replace a rusted out grounding strap that connected from a bolt on a heat shield to a bolt on the muffler. The young guy in service said it would be parts/labor + the $95 diagnostic fee. I asked what they are diagnosing since I showed him the exact Nissan part number (under $8 at full retail) and showed him the 2 bolts. He needed to get the service manager and he said it should be about .25-.5hours worth of labor+the part. I ended up buying a new grounding strap and did the replacement myself in under 30min and cost me very ~$6 and some of my time.If I owned a lift and way more tools, I’d probably just do most of the work on my own, but I don’t.I’m not saying that they’ll try to rip you off (far from it) but it is frustrating when I try to get work done on the vehicle that’s supposed to be covered by my extended warranty through Nissan and they want to charge me $95 to find out if it’s actually covered by warranty.I hope that management reads this and makes a few changes because I do enjoy having my vehicle serviced by this dealer.

Follow -up -Addendum: Jacob the service manager did call me to apologize and I did go back in, and they completed the rotation of my tires, which, I wanted for free. Phil also apologized and gave me a coupon for a free oil change. They stepped up and did the right thing. They have always taken care of my car, and I never had a problem before this. I got great customer service when i returned. 1st visit-I went in to have the oil changed on my Nissan. The young man (Phil)was very inexperienced. Usually I am given a choice of which oil change package I want. It was a very generic oil change and service I received. They also removed my car antenna and left it inside the car. Phil had an excuse for everything and I gave up trying to explain the problem of how I felt. He didnt get it.

Overall, I am happy with the vehicle; however my entire time during the process, I was visibley fearful of making a decision, it was never suggested perhaps I would like to think it over; on the contrary, I was whisked away to a finance person, I could not understand, so an urgency to sign papers. I told finance person, I did not want extended warranty, salesperson also told him. After review, I discovered a charge for extended warranty and since I had signed the loan, it was included in the loan amount in error. To this day, I do not have a firm dollar amount I paid for the vehicle.. I realized I had forgotten some item in my trade-in vehicle. I notified the salesperson that night and I was assured vehicle was still accessible on the lot. I went back the next day, the vehicle had been taken off the lot, so I was unable to retain my valuables. I was told if the paper dealer tags expired, before I heard from DMV I should return and new paper tags would be issued. When I called I was told that was not true. Needless to saw I would not recommend Empire Nissan. I hope the mechanics are more customer friendly. PS. I waited two months before I wrote this review.

I strongly discourage any service done from Empire Nissan Lakewood. They are incompetent at best; failed to properly diagnose a simple problem, failed to have a technician properly diagnose problem, and essentially gave up on any attempt to fix a simple problem despite having a blank check from a third party for them to resolve it. They are significantly overpriced on any maintenance service or repair. They failed to own up to their mistakes and could care less about my business. I would not trust them to even put air in my tires. Service manager does not care. Service Technicians are far from knowledgeable. The cost of any service is five times anywhere else. Avoid doing any service with them!

At first when arrived, I didn’t appreciate the initial contact from one of the “staff”. It may have been because it drove up on the wrong side. In my excuse, I did wave immediately, like I was list in some way because I hadn’t been to this service department before. I did find out where I needed to be and it was smooth sailing all the way. Upon reaching the “right”side, I was greeted and treated very well. This gentleman was top notch and the service was great! My latest recall service was done timely and Eric was nice, professional etc during the transaction. There was one lingering issue that the Manager stepped in to resolve quickly! I had to get all the tires replaced on my Nissan Rogue Sport so I called Empire to get an estimate. Ty Campbell was extremely friendly and helpful in giving me advice about which tires to choose for my budget. He was also very informative in the process. The process itself was a breeze. I scheduled an early appointment with him and within a couple of hours I was able to drive away with new tires and an alignment. He also ran a free diagnostic on my car to check it’s overall health. The experience was great. I’ll definitely be back.

There is no customer care after purchase at this dealership. I bought a new car in July 2020 and as part of the sale was reassured that the dealership would renew my temp tags until the state sent my plates. When I called to ask about coming in for a new temp tag in September I was told by the receptionist that your issue is with the state have a good day and was hung up on. When I brought it in for an oil change the next day every person I asked in the service department just shrugged when I raised the issue. I then tracked down Albert who sold me the car and was told, Theyre not pulling people over for it so were not issuing new tags. After I got a ticket for expired tags I called the dealership where the receptionist Susan was shocked that I had been treated so bad and scolded me for not coming in and going to finance where they do that and going to other departments where its not there job like I was supposed to know better. But she took my name and number and said the owner would get back to me. Three business days later and denied theyd ever heard from or that they would do any of what they had done.I initially left this review in Sept 2020.After going to the dealership for new temp tags I was begged to take down the review by the Sales Manager, Adam Goad, in exchange for the dealership agreeing to pay for my ticket. I agreed to this and removed the original review. After this encounter I left several messages and sent several emails to Adam to get the issue resolved. I never received a phone call or email back. I eventually paid the ticket myself and wrote off ever using Empire Lakewood Nissan again, or any other dealerships in their network. I would never recommend anyone use this dealership if they are expecting any sort of customer service after purchase.

I need to write this review so that you dont make the mistake I did in buying a Nissan Titan. Mine is a 2019 which I bought brand new 15 months ago from Nissan in Littleton. I began getting service at the Lakewood location because its closer to Solterra. I had a very unsatisfactory visit today. In my experience the poor scores on consumer reports for reliability and customer satisfaction are spot on. After one year I had to replace all 4 rotors and brakes. A few weeks ago I opened the tailgate and the top trim fell off for no apparent reason. This truck does not get abused, it just isnt durable. I went to Empire Lakewood to give them a chance to make it right. Titan sales were down 24% last year for a truck that was already way behind in the pack. Only 26,439 were sold in 2020 and 2021 isnt looking much better. As an owner that puts me in a somewhat exclusive club. However, I guess the reports that Nissan is desperate to sell Titans must be exaggerated because the manager declined to do anything about the trim. I disagree with his assessment and more importantly I wont be as customer in the future. I planned to be back in the market next year. I would bet money that Nissan wont be in the full size truck segment for much longer. So dont buy a Titan. Except you can buy mine because its now for sale.

Empire Nissan took care of me quickly, and fairly, when looking for a replacement vehicle from my previous Kia that was stolen. The salesman, Josh Skwarek, listened to my needs and budgetary restrictions, and found a vehicle on lot that fit those parameters. No haggling, no pressure sales tactics, just the bottom line price I could live with. When I went into the finance department, I was in and out painlessly in no time, especially since I had a toddler in tow! The whole experience was positive, and the vehicle is a dream! I purchased a new 2021 Nissan Frontier from this dealer a few months back. I have been having issues with the steering tracking correctly and needed it looked at. I have 3k miles on this truck and even though this dealer is far from my house decided to have them look at it since I had to go to them for my first oil change anyhow. They first told me the tech noticed the steering issue and would get back to me. They then called me later to tell me there is nothing wrong and I could pick it up. (Im currently dealing with Nissan consumer affairs to resolve this problem). I get there just before they close, after an hour drive and find out they didnt even do the oil change! They did have someone stay late to get it done but it seems obvious that this dealer is too busy to do a good job on the work they are offering.

So beautiful.But than we took it for the 15,000 mile service and they were amazing! They were helpful, courteous and friendly as usual. I was in and out in less than 2 hours!
