I was traveling from out of town and my vehicle was having extreme electric issues and my car was stalling and not running properly at all my anxiety was through the roof I googled a hundred possibility’s of what the problem could result in being after a while of hurting my head brainstorming I called a few places and each automobile repair shop I called told me sounds like a dealership issue I would have to take it to one? Ok, seeing as it was a weekend and Covid going on every Dealership in Denver was about closed or not taking any walk ins and I called Rafi and I explained my situation briefly and he said he was slammed but he wouldn’t mind looking at it quickly and seeing if he could possibly help me ........ how do you think it went 🙄It was beyond any kind of professional and caring customer service I have ever experienced and I’m not one to say that, Rafi’s work ethic blew my mind he did more in a hour and half than I’ve dealt with shops taking over a week to do he was More Than Honest he was Educational and resourceful with info about what was going on he not only took the time to look at my vehicle he Fixed it, and it was nothing what I guessed googling he showed and explained it all to me I was Blessed and could not of shown enough Graditude I give him a Five out of Five Star Review and highly recommend anyone to go there and I’m from Missouri

I was passing through town and needed some work done on my astro van. Rafi diagnosed the issue quickly and did the repair. Much cheaper than chain shops in the area and Rafi is great about walking you through the repair they are doing. Highly recommend.

Ive taken my 2008 Chevy Tahoe for a few years now and I couldnt be happier. Rafi is always professional and very upfront and transparent about whats going on with your car.Whenever theres expensive work to be done to the vehicle, he sends me photos and keeps all of the parts so he can explain the work that has been done. Hes worked with me in the past to make sure I get the best service.I have recommended him to a few friends with great results.

I dropped off my car in the morning, after calling the night before, for 100,000 mile maintenance on my Honda and picked it up by 2 PM. They called me to let me know what needed to be replaced and how long it would take. They were true to the time they told me and even showed me the old filters, spark plugs, and oil that they replaced. I received excellent service with a side of education on my car. Great experience. Would recommend and return for future car service.

My check engine light came on my car on the way home monday and I took it in to Rafi because my neighbor recommended him and since he was right across the street from home I took it to him. He was getting ready to close when I arrived but he still took the time to discuss my problem and pluged in his code reader in and had a diagnosis in less then a minute he quted me a price and said he can do it the next day in the early morning my car was ready by 1pm as promised and priced reasonably Rafi was professional and polite most of all he was honest. I eould recommend him to all my friends and family.

This place is a rip off and a scam. We bought an engine to have them install and they took parts off the old one and put on the newer one. Even worse, when they gave me the vehicle back it wouldnt drive in Drive or 3rd Gear on an automatic. They tried to use reverse psychology by calling us and telling us the labor was going to be $700 more than the original quote to have us give them the quoted amount. Manager was out of the country while workers worked on vehicle. Came back in town and did not take responsibility for their goof up. Definitely reporting to BBB and every other consumer protection agency. Stay away from this place!
