These guys aligned my Corvette perfectly, and in great time. Is well worth the money here they are professionals they did perfection. I highly recommend this especially for specialty cars. They will keep your car inside if they keep it overnight they do not drive specialty cars. When I was looking for an alignment specialist for my 2007 Corvette everyone recommended them. And they were all right these guys were wonderful nice polite perfect I wouldnt go anywhere else ever for another alignment again. Thank you guys very much I love your work!

I would 100% recommend this business. I have told my friends and boyfriend about this place and to come here if they need any work done on their car no matter how small.I came in during a snow day with my car unexpectedly slowing down on me and sputtering. I feared the worst honestly when I checked and it wasnt a simple car battery needing to be replaced. I came across this place by happenstance and am thankful I did. I truly believed I would have to spend thousands to fix my car when it was no where near that amount.They came and looked at my car and ran all the checks to figure out what was wrong. Everything was done promptly and in a professional manner. They also helped calm my nerves which was a relief. Once they found out the issue they worked with me and set up a plan to fix it that same day and let me set up a payment plan.Professional, courtesy, fixed in timely manner, very reasonable rates, and payment plan options. Elroys was wonderful, and Bes got me in on very short notice! All the work I needed done was completed efficiently, and everything was explained to me perfectly. I spent way less on the repairs I needed done than I was quoted at another shop, and Bes was super kind throughout the whole process -- he even provided transportation for me when I had to leave my car at the shop overnight.

Great group of guys that do honest work in a timely manner at very reasonable prices. Repair pricing will not break your bank account and considering it not being a big chain shop they do honest work on your vehicle. They will also work with you on payments, but you have to be honest as well and make sure that you do what you say you will. It is all about building a trustworthy relationship with these guys and they will defently take care of you.

Perhaps the best brake jobs that I have had. Initially did the front brakes, was so impressed that I returned to have the rear brakes done. Excellent work, no pulsing or vibration when braking, very smooth...these guys know what they are doing. Highly recommend these guys, the only place Ill take my vehicles from now on, have an Audi and a Dodge Diesel, Bess the owner, has worked on both for me. Had an issue with my truck witch is also my business, Im a remodel contractor. Long story short, I took it to a competitors shop, because I thought that the problem had to do with something he worked on, before I met Bess, they quoted me a ridiculous amount of money. I explained the problem to Bess, they were very busy as usual, but told me to have it towed to him and he would get right to it. Had the truck towed there, they ordered the parts and got it right back to me, at literally half the price the other guy wanted for the same work and then some.As with my Audi, pricey car to have worked on, unfortunately have had some issues, thou Elroys have always charged me very reasonable prices for everything they worked on, every time.Thanks BessGod blessTom F.

This shop is awesome. I needed the rear axle on my car aligned because another shop in the area said that all four control arms in the back were seized up. That shop (not Elroys) said that the arms needed to be replaced and they quoted me 700$ in labor. I found Elroys, brought my car in, and Bob was able to get the rear aligned with little effort. It took him less than 45 minutes. Also, Bob let me watch while he worked. He answered all of my questions and was just a good, honest guy the whole time. Ill be bringing my car back to Elroys for any job that they will agree to do from here on out. I cant recommend this shop enough.

Been using this place for over 15 years, always seems to shock me when they give me my bill. I cant understand the few bad reviews. Good and honest people run this place. Not a huge garage by no means, but they are prompt and know what they are doing. Almost always have my vehicle back the same day or early the next day, even on major repairs. Saved me tons of money over the years. Their small lot seems to be always filled with cars in A.M. for repairs and they seem to get most of them repaired the same day and have their lot filled again by the next morning with new repairs. Great place!

Alway good to come to a place and receive top quality work! They will work with you, I have had everything from an alignment, to shocks, struts, rotors, brakes done over the past 10-15 years on all our vehicles. Would not consider going anywhere else. Bob Sr. may be retired but his son and all other employees have the same work ethic and standards. It is great to have someone you can TRUST!!

Best mechanic shop I have been to. I drove my truck from Durango, a 6hr trip because this shop quoted me half the price (head gasket and oil leaks). They even fixed other safety issues the other shops didnt know or ask about. They are honest mechanics, and you can tell they have good service by the number of customers they have.

Great attitude, very helpful and has great communication. Also very affordable. I suggest this family owned garage to anyone. They even treated my gf and I wonderfully even though we have Georgia plates. They didnt try to rip us off like most mechanics do in that kind of situation.

These guys are THE WORST. They are incompetent, liars, and essentially thieves. I had a brake job done by them, which I thought was a fair price for the work they performed. They had noticed my rear axle seals were leaking at that time and for me to come back when I wanted to fix it. I took it back in, they quoted me a fair price and did the work. I noticed within a week the axle was leaking again so I took it back in. At this time I was told that my car had been in a wreck and it bent the rear axle and that is why it was leaking. Clearly my truck had not been in an accident I had driven it all week and there was no damage whatsoever to the truck. So then he told me it happened when someone else was driving the truck, even though no one else drives the vehicle but me, then he told me someone must have hit me when I was parked in the wal-mart parking lot! So he was claiming someone hit my truck when it was parked in a parking lot, so hard that it bent my rear axle but somehow did absolutely no body damage to the rest of my truck. I couldnt believe this is what he was telling me, and not just telling me, he was yelling this at me. I wasnt going to argue with someone who had this sort of logic so he said he could order a new axle and replace it and do all the work over again and he would have to charge me for all the parts and would give a little discount on the labor for the rear seals to do over again. After a week I called back a few times to see if he had settled down and I refused to purchase a new axle, so he said he would do the job over again for free but that it was going to leak again because of the axle. He did the job, took 3 days longer to get the truck back than he told me and the axle started leaking again the very next day.I then took my truck to a legitimate mechanic, who quoted me a fair price. I paid all over again for someone else to do the work. When the new mechanic replaced my seals and had everything apart he took photos and sent them too me saying, whoever did the last work on your seals did a complete hack job, the seals were not put in at the right tolerance and you were actually missing some of the seals and rings. I have photos to prove it. He told me there were no problems with my axle and replaced the seals and the truck has not leaked a drop for over a year. This work was performed over a year ago but I am just now writing a review because I wanted to make sure the mechanic was right, it was a hack job and no bent axle. I am certain they must pay for people or friends to write good reviews on here. This is my experience and I hope you will not make the same mistake I made and be out double the money to have it done right a second time.

I have deleted petty reviews in the past but, this one will be here to stay. The owner threatened us with false legal action after they failed to complete the work that we paid for properly. Were currently sitting on the side of the road for the 4th or 5th time.... with issues the vehicle DID NOT have before taking it here. Read more below:Theyve had my womans car there for over 3 weeks for a brake job. I could have done everything myself in 3 days. They are really trying to scam her and make her pay for repairs while they dig for parts out of THE JUNKYARD - as stated by his own employee. He called it a wrecking yard and they explained why they have to drive to Fort Collins for parts. Were in Denver metro, all new parts come from the store eith ease. Not sure why their go-to is used parts. Thats why people claim to say they love the prices here: theyre getting used, and sometimes broken, parts installed! We have audio recordings of the owner asking us: What, did you want new parts? It would be more money and Id have to write a much bigger bill. Which is more feasible to you? -He had the audacity to ask. They are trying to charge over a thousand dollars for repairs but didnt even test drive the vehicle after fixing it the first time. She immediately had to try to make a safe decision and pull over with brakes that were not operational, more than once! They could have seriously hurt her or someone else with their lack of professionalism or concern. She had to have the vehicle immediately towed back there a second time where they didnt look at it for over a week. The only reason it went back there was because if you get paid to do a job, you do it right or make it right! She calls them everyday and they say we cant explain it to you, well have the owner call. Wow! If you cant explain how youre going to repair a vehicle, then you need to get your hands off of it. No matter how quickly they try and remedy this, we are demanding and expecting a full refund for the potential hazards they have just caused. We will be taking them to county small claims if need be. You cant have brakes in the title of your business but be absolute garbage at figuring out how to repair them. This place should be avoided at all costs, like every other Denver mechanic. 1AAuto and Youtube have thousands of automotive repair videos. Doing it yourself will yield better results than these guys trying to act like theyre mechanics. Its so ridiculous. Im not even a mechanic and I could literally do the work that they attempt in 1/10TH of the time. Avoid this business and the headache. They had the car there somewhere between 4 to 5 weeks and were not working on it everyday. They ignored it for an entire week while waiting on their discount parts. Dealers and mechanics in this city need to face more legal action. Its coming. The owner had the audacity to threaten us about our reviews. He said he would not finish the job and to come get the car. No sir. Your options are to fix the car immediately as you were paid to do. You dont get to threaten people who are giving you an integrity check. This review stays permanently unless you make it right. Thats how it works! We complained to the BBB as well. After refusing to continue work, he demanded another payment of over $500 to complete the job they failed to do correctly the first time. He assured us the vehicle will be good to go on a Monday. We were not notified it was ready until a Tuesday afternoon. Upon arriving, we were informed the car would not be back for over another hour so we had to return the following day, well over a month of them fixing this vehicle. The owner said he washed the car and filled up the gas tank. The car was no cleaner than before and the gas tank was just above half, meaning that he only filled what they used test driving it here and there. They replaced all the brake components only to cause an issue that was never there before. Other mechanics now suspect and confirm it is the used ABS parts that keep causing issues. Supposedly under warranty

Refused to do a simple job (press bushings out of control arm brackets) because, apparently, someone else gave him a bad review for scratching their parts. Unhelpful. This is basic stuff. Also, the place is trashed/messy. Never trust a shop that looks like a junkyard.

3 times & car still having same problem (squills when when turning steering wheel). Was charged everytime even though it has never been fixed. Rotten to the core!Follow up on prior comment. Misdiagnosed problem sold an alternator. Back again and put in a cracked power steering pump...no fluid to let the pump work!!! Now to have a chat and see if I can get $$$ back.

I have been taking my vehicles here for a year and a half. These guys are honest and fair and to tell you the truth, I don’t know how their prices can be so low. I am not complaining - I will just keep bringing my cars here and thank my lucky stars I accidentally found them. The work is always perfect. I had brake pads and rotors replaced, oil and filter changes, and even my Audi TTs Quattro AWD repaired by replacing the differential and transfer case. The reviews referring to Bob are referring to the previous owner of this facility. The new owner, an immigrant from Afghanistan, is an automotive genius. He knows when to tell you to hold em (repair the car) and when to fold em (sell the car).

Took my Mercedes and the Mechanic or Manager Bes helped me out. The Mercedes dealer was charging me $5500 for my transmission and Bes charged me $2000 to replace my transmission. So far my transmission works perfect. Thanks

My mother recommended Elroys to me I remember her taking me with her when I was little. I was hoping and out my faith into Bob and his grandson that they would take great care of me and my car. I had a horrible noise and was assured it was a tie rod and breaks and would need an alignment afterwards. I was happy with the fair price for the tie rod and alignment.. The next day when I took my car to my dads to do the breaks he notice that my left tire was off alignment. I noticed that the noise was still there and sounded worse. Because they dont take appointment I had to get up really early another day when I work nights and take it back in. Bob was rude and disrespectful to me that I was not happy with his word. Told me that the noise was now a wheelbaring but that it was nothing to cry about. Id be ok driving for 3-6 months. A week later at 2am driving home from work my car started to shake and made a Hugh pop sound. My front drive shaft dropped . I had it removed at it only controls my 4x4, my car was then putting even more to the right still shacking and the wheel was crocked to the left. I was able to get back to Elroys yesterday morning. Bob went a head and did the alignment again make sure to let me know he charge me as its been lees then 4 was. 4 blocks down I noticed my steering wheel is even more crocked to the left and my car is pulling to the right more. I will never go here again nor will I ever tell anyone to go to this shop again

Very friendly but absolutely horrible work I bought a bushing in to get pressed they destroyed the bushing so that it wouldnt even fit in the spot and when I came back to ask them if they would make it right and I even brought another bushing I just wanted them to try it again they wouldnt even try again they just basically told me tough luck and thats the way its supposed to be and gave me some b******* about how I should shave off the top with a grinder or something really these guys are not very intelligent and I would not let them work on my vehicle I will never bring parts to this place to have them worked on again if you have anything other than maybe a Geo Metro I would not trust them to work on it
