Though it was determined my vehicle was beyond reasonable repair costs and safety guidelines, Joe was more than reasonable in determining miscellaneous fees that I owed. I appreciate his honesty in recommending not repairing my much beloved vehicle.

I was in an auto collision and sustained pretty heavy damage to the front end of my car. Unfortunately I had just cancelled my full coverage and deduced it to liability. Now, as a self-pay, I was daunted with the task of finding a body shop that would be fair in their pricing and do a good job. I contacted three companies before I was fortunate enough to find Jewell Auto Body. The staff were phenomenal from start to finish. As anyone knows its difficult working with strangers when youre talking about dishing out a significant amount of money. I was quoted a price which I felt was more than reasonable. Need I say more, I left my vehicle in their hands. The day came to pick up my car, I was absolutely elated. Upon inspection and review of the work order invoice, the car looked better then when I first purchased it. All the way down to the tire that matched the other three perfectly. It wasnt just the exterior of the car that looked great. It was the interior as well. I sat in my car for about 15 minutes in complete awe of how clean and spotless it was. I do not recall ever having my interior  looking that good. Its been over a year now since the repairs. There have been no issues with my vehicle, I could not be more pleased. I truly want to thank every single person that works a Jewell body shop.I had the pleasure of working Christian Carson, who is the most patient and flexible auto body shop owner I’ve come across.I came into the shop, hopeless and uncertain. I had bought my first car (2016 Kia Soul) back in 2017 and loved her to death. Unfortunately, in 2019, I got into a car accident without insurance (I thought I had insurance FYI), and I thought my car was done for.Soon after, my grandmother passed away, I got a divorce and decided to restart my life in CO, and brought my busted up Kia with me.After a couple of months of living here, I decided to shop around and find someone that was willing to be flexible with me, as I had just gone through 3 traumas in my life, and I didn’t have a bunch of cash lying around.Christian took every moment out of his day to talk to me about my situation, and made me feel like a part of his auto body shop family. He trusted me to pay off my car in payments, and I trusted him and his team to make my car drivable again.LET ME TELL YOU, these people are MIRACLE WORKERS. My car truthfully looked totaled, and when I came to the shop to pick it up, it looked brand NEW. (Cleaned the inside/washed my car completely). They are extremely detail oriented, hard workers, committed, and trust worthy. They documented EVERYTHING; pictures of damage, cost of parts, and even went as far as using some recycled parts to bring the price down for me (I’m assuming the DONT normally do that, I was a VERY special case).On top of all of that, the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I dropped off a few payments here and there, and every time I came in they were so excited to see me, and made me feel at home (AT A AUTO SHOP?! HOW?!). They even jokingly said they were going to throw a party for me when I picked up my car, and I’m sure they would of if I had given them more time to plan.If anyone is shopping around for auto work, PLEASE come to this shop. Had a great experience with Jewell, from the first call everyone involved was extremely professional and got things moving asap. When I had issues with insurance Jewell took the time to fight for me throughout a very long process. Ultimately the effort they put in is what got the insurance to finally do what they needed too, and helped me save a lot. Much respect for you guys and all the work you do!

I was T-boned in a low-speed accident back in September. They were thorough with their inspection process and reconditioning methods. My insurance company was being very difficult to work with, but J.A.B. took care of everything so I had a few less things to stress about.They kept in touch with me every step of the way so I always knew where in the process my vehicle was during the repairs. My car looked brand new when I finally got my keys back! I absolutely recommend as an honest, reliable, and hardworking body shop!

I received an estimate of what Jewell Auto thought the work would cost and it was a fair price. When Jewell Auto was able to do the job is less time than expected, they reduced their price. Got in an accident car towed there took 3 days to find them. they were charging me lot space the whole time no attempt to call. said they sent a letter so after 2 weeks id find out theyd be charging me every day. Absolute scammers i shudder to think what their actual service is like

My dads been taking his vehicles here for awhile and when I got into my accident he wouldn’t let me take it anywhere else. Fast forward to when I got my car back, it looked bran new. They did forget to put a clear bra back on my car but when I mentioned it, they took it back no questions asked, threw on some extra clear bra and a free wash and detail for the inconvenience. Customer service is ridiculously good and they do the best job on vehicle repairs hands down. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else

Excellent service! My wife scraped up her cars bumper and they fixed it in about 5 minutes. Other places probably could have charged me $800-$900 for the sagging bumper, but they were able to take care of my problem with ease, free of charge! This is a well-run business that I will absolutely be visiting again if I have auto body troubles.

Stopped by randomly to get an estimate to secure or replace my front bumper. Wouldve cost more than it was probably worth to replace, but Rick secured the bumper in place as best it could be for ABSOLUTELY FREE! Thanks Rick! Much Appreciated!

I was very impressed by Jewell Auto Body and Paints quick response times and fair pricing. I submitted an online request for an estimate on a Saturday afternoon (closed on weekends), and I was surprisingly still able to get a quote entirely via email by that evening. The shop had it taken care of by mid-week. The entire experience was quick and professional.

Great work, able to walk you through insurance steps. Have had a couple cars worked on here. This most recent time, they did body work on my subaru and were kind enough to help with a rattling exhaust that was not a part of my claim (at 5pm on a Monday, free of charge...). I never felt in the dark about what was going on, and Rick and rest of team worked hard to stay to their original deadline (month or so out-they are popular shop). I cannot express my thanks and gratitude to the people at Jewell Auto Body. I believe the person who helped me was named Rick? Not totally sure. Either way I showed up today around 1:30-1:45 with my BMW 328i. I was in a small fender bender the night before and my car had some scuffs and scratches all on the left side and even on the headlight. I wasnt going through insurance was prepared to pay hundreds to get these out. Rick (believe that was his name) walked over and examined the damage told me to pull around to the side and literally came out and buffed and fixed all the damage for FREE!!! I could not be more happy. He did it literally for nothing. I offered to give him a tip but he refused. I have never had better customer service in my life. I came in to get an estimate on rear fender damage. The receptionist was very polite and asked me to fill out a short questionnaire. After I completed it, Rick (the senior estimator) came right over, introduced himself, and said lets go look at the damage. He got under the car and within a couple of minutes pulled out the dented rear vinyl bumper to its original position. There are some scrape marks on the bumper, but he advised me to wait until winter was over to get the repair work done. He also gave me info on filing a claim with my insurance company versus paying out of pocket for repairs. There was no charge for any of this.My entire experience with Jewell Auto Body was very satisfying, and I will be using them to repair my car next spring.

I had procrastinated fixing extensive hail damage from the May 2017 Hailpocalypse. Christian and his team were excellent! They managed all insurance interactions, including a pretty big increase in the claim value after their assessment. Christian kept in constant communication during the 5+ week effort. They even returned my car super clean, inside and out! Will definitely continue to use Jewell and can’t speak enough to their professionalism and service.

The guys at Jewell Auto Body go above and beyond. They were swift and efficient and addressed all of my needs in a professional manner. The day I dropped off my car, Enterprise was unable to pick me up and one of the employees drove his own vehicle to take me to pick up my rental. Not cool to tell me they can pull my bumper out in theory but they want me to spend money on a new bumper which is not necessary for me to do. Looks like they just want your money and not to actually help a customer willing to pay for an auto body service.

Unfortunately I have had to use Jewell Autobody Shop for damage to my vehicles. However, they have done excellent work and job on all of my vehicles. They deal with most if not all and major insurance companies. The best thing is I dont have to do anything with the insurance except file the claim. They do all the communication with the insurance companies for me. They have always provided great service and customer service to me and my family when we have needed them. Everyone is nice and friendly also welcoming. I like to over look my vehicles before I take them home, if I see something I dont like or a worker missed. Christian calls me eagle eye because I look over my vehicles with detail and if I see any imperfections I dont like, Christian takes care of my car immediately. I use Jewell Autobody unfortunately to do the body work on all of my vehicles, that everyone in the office knows me already when I walk in the door. But thats ok because I trust them with my vehicles to do great work on them. Christian is good at running the Shop the way he does, in a very good professional manner. Christian and the staff give great customer service. I have and will continue to send referrals Jewell Autobody. What a pleasant surprise, Ive driven by this place 100 times and finally stopped in. Its very clean inside with a fun 50s theme. Theres coffee and magazines and a television to keep you happily distracted. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sheila the Assistant Manager goes above and beyond in customer service and is very honest, rare to find these days. This business is definitely all about the customer, and I think this is the first time in my life that I can put the word auto shop and pleasant experience in the same sentence. :) Thank you!

Honestly, when I walked into this shop I fell in love with the decor. The awesome customer service was an added bonus! I heard a rep say they have been in business over 40 years and the way they do business shows. Rick and his team helped fix my side skirt on my Subaru and he fixed it right away and since it was a simple fix all he asked was for a great review. Decided to deal with this shop due to excellent reviews and the fact that owner, Rick, personally called me numerous times to insure that their service is a top notch...Pros: Paint job immaculate, they did clean a cabin even with some freshener.Cons: Time of repair 41(forty-one) day. (Estimated 19 days of repair by GEICO.) Dont need to say, every time they changed date fault is on some one else.The car had front end impact, no need to remove a car seat from the rear seat. However, they did, soiled brand new Maxi-Cozy with some grease and placed it in trunk...A lot of panels were removed in order to do proper painting but no worries about securing them back: liner on the wrong side of the bracket, no fasteners installed, outskirts panels on both sides could be moved up to 2...In engine plastic cover they installed special popping clips - as soon as you touch the panel clips jump out right away...Screw on ground wire halfway...Liner under the hood marked as needed to be replaced but were waiting for a new one ... should be here in 1 week...)Now is the best part from the person who released the car:We did quality control walk around and test drive. But you know your car better, please, feel free to call us if you notice other problems ...One more: estimated total repair cost: 15506.10$ - better be more precise with result.P.S. The guy was right - news are coming.Headlights beam set too short and uneven.

It literally looks as though it just rolled off the showroom floor.From the incredibly professional & trustworthy staff, to clean & welcoming facilities, everything about Jewell Autobody is top-notch. I highly recommend this shop. My Altima was hit from the side, mangling both doors and damaging the internal body as well. Jewell did a fantastic job fixing my car. Christian was patient throughout the entire process and kept me up to date on repairs. The shop also worked diligently with the insurance provider of the rideshare company of the driver that hit me. Jewell found damage the adjusters missed and worked behind the scenes to get it paid for. Oh, not to mention, they finished a week ahead of the estimated completion date.

This place has horrible customer service. Asking for a good review might be the only reason they are getting positive reviews lately. When in an accident that was not my fault they were not able to assist me with my car (unless I spent money out of my pocket for an inspection they should be able to do) and if they were it wouldnt be for three months. Complete waste if time walking into that place because it was close.

I brought my car to Jewell after scraping my rear bumper on a curb. Needless to say, it was a rough week seeing my vehicle sitting injured in the garage.Rick at Jewell provided exceptional, over-the-top service in getting my rear bumper touched up on extremely short notice. Just had a man in your work truck license plate CTR 8855 going north on I-25 cut across four lanes and almost hit me as well as another car such a great way to show off your business you really need to teach your drivers to drive safer

This place is professional and all the staff are very friendly especially the ladys in the office I was waiting for my repairs to be finished and they were so friendly it felt like I had known them forever they are just down to earth good people :) Everyone seems willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is repaired correctly and the customer is happy . I will be referring all of my friends and family there way ! Also as someone who checks reviews for everything I wanna give some words of advice dont always pay attention to the few bad reviews there are always a few miserable people who will never be happy no matter how well the job is done . Just picked up my truck that they repaired a fender on. The paint matches really well and there is no evidence of the repair. They even repaired a running board that I had damaged but wasnt part of the scope of work and didnt charge me for it. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that communication was a little difficult, I had to contact them to get updates when repairs took longer than expected (due to the insurance company dragging their feet). I would use them again.

I took my Camry into Jewell Auto Body to repair some damage to my front bumper which was falling off. I worked with one of the Senior Estimators - Rick Bright. Rick was able to reattach the bumper and screw it down in such a way that it was secure for no charge. Only asked for a positive internet review which I am more than happy to provide! The bumper isnt perfect but a full replacement would have been ~$800. If it fails or if I am in need of any additional body work in the future, Rick Bright will absolutely be my first call.

Myself and my family members have had work on our vehicles over the past 7 years at Jewell Auto Body and Christian and his staff are awesome. They treated us with the upmost respect and customer service and superior quality service on the repairs. I just recently bought a used RV and I needed some of the original decals from Winnebago placed on my RV. I went to their shop and as soon as I walked in Christian greeted me by name and asked what can he do for me and I explained about the decals I wanted installed and Christian said no problem. I brought it to him the next afternoon and was completed in 1 hour. When I asked what is cost Christian said no charge. That is proof of how outstanding their customer service is. This place is horrible took them a truck for a minor fender bender fix. They told me it would be 2 weeks and it would be fixed. We are going on 3 months and they still have my vehicle. They always have a new excuse. Im calling Fox31 Problem Solvers. I need my truck!

Reviewing this company and how “good” they treat their customers would be a disservice to Jewell Autobody. Because the fact of the matter is, they go WELL above and beyond what anyone should expect, and is far beyond GOOD! I (by sheer luck) was fortunate enough to have my wrecked vehicle towed by Ace towing (next to Jewell), and I chose Jewell for the repair. Upon investigation, Christian explained to me that the car was most definitely totaled and beyond repair. When the insurance company attempted to “stick it to me”, Christian went to bat! Though he would have greatly profited from repairing the car (over $35k in damage), he made the insurance company understand that repairing this car would be unsafe and essentially forced them to consider it a total loss. This is not something I would have ever expected, but not the first time Jewell would surprise me.Fast forward 5 years and 2 incidents later. My wife was in a small fender bender, which I of course insisted be repaired at Jewell. Upon completion (ahead of schedule by 2 weeks), Christian called me to inform me that it was done. Since I was extremely busy and it was Friday at 4:45 pm, I explained I would need to come Monday to get it. His response was literally “brother, I know you’re a busy guy and need this car for the weekend. I’m driving your wife’s car to your house now, and will just grab a Lyft back”. I was shocked and in utter disbelief that someone would take it upon themselves to do this without being asked. He showed up in our SUV, perfectly repaired, and with a smile on his face!Bottom line:Jewell Autobody and their staff show unparalleled customer service and care, all while doing what they do best....autobody repair with the utmost of precision and attention to detail.Thank you for conducting business in an extremely honest fashion, and for being a bright spot in an industry that seems to be riddled with crooks!

OMG, what service! I came into their shop to get an estimate on repairing my rear tailgate in a 13 year-old Jeep Liberty. I had spun out on the interstate late one night when I hit a patch of ice and the spare tire/tire carrier slammed into the concrete on-ramp. The tire carrier was all cock-eyed and the tailgate was bent up in the middle, and although I could open/shut the tailgate, the rear flip-up window woundt latch at all. The guy in the shop (Rick?) looked at the damage and said I may want to go through my insurance b/c the tailgate would most likely need to be replaced. I explained that this was an old beater and that I hated to do that since it was banged up anyway and had over 75K miles on it. He spent over 30 minutes online and on the phone looking in nearby states to see if anyone had a tailgate that came close to the same color as mine so I could avoid having to have it painted also. We went back outside and he said hed at least like to try to get it so the rear window would latch, and he drove it into the shop. I sat back down and about 20 minutes later, he came back, motioned me outside, and between he, a couple shop guys, and a tow truck with a chain, they had yanked the tire carrier back out to where it was almost straight and fixed the rear glass so it latched! The tire is a little crooked, but the tailgate and glass latch properly and lock and unlock without issues. He didnt charge me a dime. My friend had recommended this shop to me and I will certainly recommend it to others, as well as bring my vehicles to them should one get damaged in the future.

Extremely rude over the phone, the receptionist did not let me know she was transferring me to a service writer, just said hold on. I spoke to one of the service writers, mike, and he was extremely rude saying that my repair would be over 1000 dollars, without getting any vehicle information, or extent of damage. For perspective: the part is 150.00 and labor is about 500, very uneducated. And unwilling to listen to their customers. Very dissatisfied with this shop. -- To shop owner, review the phone call. Horrible customer service. Not one pleasant person in that shop. And to think I was stupid enough to almost take my other vehicle in. I am beyond thankful that they didnt want my service. Yes thats right, they didnt want my service. I was told by the man who I had only spoke with once about the status of my vehicle that it was a busy time for them and it wasnt even smart of me to have 2 cars in the shop at the same time and I should take my truck somewhere else.This place was highly recommended by one of their employees and trust me I will never recommend this place to any of our customers. Took them over a month to fix my vehicle and all I had was minor hood damage. A very dishonest business in my opinion and they really need better front store employees.

I was in a minor accident with another individual and decided to repair damages out of my own pocket rather then use insurance. When the vehicle was dropped off Monday morning I was told Id receive a call later that day or early the next letting me know whether or not the original quote and completion date were correct. After 3 days of silence I called back (Thursday) and was told the vehicle was in paint and would be completed later that day or early the next and Id get a call later that day with more information. I didnt hear anything until Friday at 5pm when I got a call requesting payment. They charge a 2% rate for using a CC and wouldnt accept a company check. If I wouldve know this days earlier or by 3pm I couldve took care of things with no problem. Rick handled my account.

Fantastic! The previous owner of my WRX glued in the air dams and it ran. The dealership ended up scraping the glue off and just making a mess of things.I went to a number of auto body places and they all tried to sell me a whole new bumper and paint for anywhere from $700 - $1000. I went to jewell and a very nice man buffed down the area where the dealership sanded it, and applied some of my touch up paint. Now it isnt as good as new or anything, but its far superior to paying $1000 and he didnt even charge me. Just asked if I would leave a nice review and spread the word. Seriously these guys are fantastic, and further down the road when I do have the money to 100% fix/paint my bumper I will be bringing it to these guys.

After spending several weeks trying to find a shop i felt confident in letting have my severely damaged car, i came across Jewel Auto Body, and they are exactly that a jewel!Having a brand new car that took over 15,000$ in hail damage i was stressed out about where id take it, knowing it was going to be a really big project. Upon my first call to Jewel Sheila spent 30 minutes on the phone educating me about the company and the process. Feeling confident, i took a trip across town (over an hours drive) to visit their operation and have my quote from my insurance company evaluated. I was warmly greeted by Rick who took at look at both my quote and car and spent the following 45 minutes showing me other cars they were working on, as well as detailing the vast process my car would go through.Feeling comfortable i set a start date for about 2 weeks out and got everything lined up.Jewel took car of everything, from making sure i had a rental car to handling my insurance company.The car took slightly longer the estimated but at no fault of Jewels, they were stuck waiting on a part.Now the results.. the results are BEAUTIFUL! keep in mind we are talking 15K$ in damage and my car looks brand new. A few small things aside the car was results were mind blowing.My particular car has a difficult color to work with as its Pearl white.. They really managed to capture that shimmer the car had on its first day allover again!I cant say enough about the friendliness and workmanship of the team at Jewel. Rick and Sheila were awesome to work with, and the results make the 4+ weeks it took worth it!Thank you Jewel Auto Body for restoring my car back to such amazing condition.1 week followw up: Wanted to note as well, there was a few very minor issues mostly with interior reinstalls of trim and such, Called and spoke to Rick who very politely told me to bring it down any time i had some free time. Upon arriving issues where promptly resolved and always with a warm smile. I will defiantly return to and recommend Jewel Auto Body

A year ago I was t-boned by a drunk driver. Initially, I thought my WRX was going to be totaled since the entire right side of the car was mangled. However, after posting about the incident on a local car forum, Rick contacted me and told me to bring the car into the shop to have them look at it. Much to my surprised, their initial inspection speculated that it could be fully repaired. Jewell Auto Body worked directly with my insurance during the entire process and refused to use anything aside from official OEM parts, even though they cost the insurance company more money.The end result was my WRX back to new condition. I was amazed at the outcome. The work they did on my car puts the before/after pictures they have on their website to shame. Fast forward a year to this week. I bought a newer STI and couldnt stand the door dings/dents the previous owner managed to accrue. I took the car into these guys to see what they could do. Their prices were very reasonable and the outcome was just as I expected it to be.... perfect. On top of that, everyone who works there is extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Id recommend them to anyone.

A NIGHTMARE!! This place made me pay $400 for repairing NOTHING! I am the victim in the accident, but they treat everyone with the same disrespect and disregard for customer service. Please save yourself time and money and pick another auto body shop.
