Bought a used dryer after being assured it worked. It was missing the lint filter which they said had been ordered and was due to come in any day. I took the dryer home and waited. After almost 2 weeks of waiting I ordered the lint filter through Amazon and got it in 2 days. Then I tried to use the dryer. The timer knob didnt work properly for 2 out of 3 possible settings. I called and a service call was set up for a Saturday. I was away and drove nearly 2 hours to be at the house for the service call. No one showed up or called to cancel. By that time the shop was closed for the weekend. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this place. I spent $325 for a dryer that doesnt work correctly.

Absolutely the worst place in the world to buy any used appliances they dont stand behind their product bought a refrigerator had three or four problems with it I called them they would not return my calls have no customer service at all

Appliance Service Company stands behind the appliances they sell. I had a minor issue with a fridge I bought from them and they came out quickly and fixed it, good as new. They were very professional to deal with. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another appliance from them and highly recommend them.

Love this place! Clean stuff, helped us replace a broken plastic railing on the door of an old fridge, and if you need something big they have a pay plan too.

Do not call this company. Owner is rude and they have no clue how to fix anything. They will take your money and run and your appliance will still be broken. My elderly mom was taken for 240 and she lives on a fixed income. Ruthless money hungry business. I will be spreading the word to my friends on Facebook not to do business with them
