6 appointments missed by company, had to reschedule each one. Then they broke a part during install and started all over again because they had to order the part.No dis count for the multiple hassel, just I am sorry from the manager, sometimes these things happen. Everyday??? 6 times. Excuse was we over scheduled each time.
