Outstanding! Everything went according to plan. A/C condenser, air handler, ductwork, line set. Frank and the boys were amazing. This was an installation on a 60 year old house that never had A/C. Install took 3 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Called, they came out on August 19th. Tech has no idea what was wrong and called his boss. Stated he needed to figure things out and that they would contact for a solution. I am still sitting here waiting for someone to call me and it is now September 7th.Unreliable doesnt even begin to rate this business.They were quick with the bill which was paid immediately and then asked for a rating, well guess what if I could rate them a 0 I would.

Our initial experience was great - over the 4th of July weekend, our central air wasnt putting out any airflow. We called Reeds and they suspected that our coil was frozen, and walked us how to fix it on our own, which worked. So a few days later, we called to have them come check out our system and do maintenance, and we were informed it would need to be replaced in the future. They took photos, and told us theyd email an estimate for replacing the system including financing options. The tech also said hed send photos of the problems our system was having.And we never heard from them again. No estimate, no photos, no follow up.

We’ve had someone (shoutout Jason D.) come to our house twice in two weeks for totally different issues. Both times he was able to come the same day and solve/fix the problems. Super quick and good at what he does. We want to replace our whole unit next year and we will 100% be using Reeds when we do.

They are always so helpful and friendly! They are honest and knowledgeable as well! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my heating and cooling system! Highly recommend!!

Four AC contractors installed the AC system in my home, in both the attic and outside, on one of the hottest day of the summer. Their level of tenacity, expertise and courtesy during this 7 hour day was commendable. I was able to feel comfortable and proceed with my own work as they worked quietly and without fanfare. I recommend Reeds Heating and Cooling without reservation. I have used this company for many years for my AC. I will say an added bonus is the extremely competitive price point. However, notwithstanding, the service is paramount -- way beyond any figures!

Reeds is the absolute worst Company. I dont normally write reviews but their service was SO HORRIBLE that I wanted to warn others. We purchased a home in Jackson and during the inspection the heating/cooling system failed for not working correctly. They charged TWO service calls to come out and fix things. 2 months later (after moving in to our new home) the whole system is not working properly. Weve had to hire a NEW company to fix what should have been fixed before purchase. We actually have our Attorney involved as Reeds totally misrepresented their work and did NOT fix the problem! Heed this warning. DO NOT USE this company!

My Father passed away suddenly and I was in charge of selling his property. The AC system needed to be replaced and Reeds was recommended. I am a NY resident and the property was in NJ. When I was communicating with the office staff and securing a date for installation, I was told that the permit would be filed when I signed the contract. That did not happen. The permit was filed AFTER the installation. We sold the property and now I was concerned about the permit which is needed to go to closing. My realtor advised me to call the township which I did and was told by the town that they were waiting for the check for the permit. I was surprised as I thought this was done when I signed the contract. When I called Reeds office I left a voicemail about what I was told from the township. Well, Mr. Reed though it would be a good idea to call me and berate me because I had the nerve to call the town! He spoke to me like I was absolute trash! He literally screamed at me. I am morning the loss of my Father! To think after you spend over $7000 with someone, the would speak to you with kindness and understanding. I followed the instructions from my realtor as the permits were very important. Once they got my money it was okay to yell and berate me. I would NOT recommend this company at all and neither will the contacts in the Freehold area especially the business that recommended them!

It is always nice when you get what you pay for. Frank and his fantastic crew replaced both upstairs and downstairs systems in pretty much 2 days. All systems go, thank you Frank and crew. Its great to know that you have responsible and professional people working at Reeds, I called because my furnace was making some load noise, the next day came in evaluated the the system and in formed me that the inducer had to be changed they immediately ordered the part and was install the next day, Frank and Damian were very informative professionals, thank you both.

My parents called Reeds because the heat in the house wasnt working.. they told my parents that the part was $500 and for a new unit would cost $2000-$3000.. we called a family member for a second opinion.. the part we needed was only $75 and they dont need a new unit. My parents are in the 60s...I believe they were taking advantage...I wouldnt recommend this company. ...
