Ive used Madison Plumbing for over 15 years - VERY trustworthy, helpful. Good creative problem solvers. Most recently Ive dealt with sump pump failures at the hands of a power outage. They arrived quickly to help pump water and dry basement. They recommended and installed a back up pump Theyve also installed an icemaker, fixed broken pipes - serviced gas boilers. Always trust them to do it right. Fair prices too. I always recommend them to others.

They came out quickly to put valves on main water line. They had to come back three times that day because of leaks. When I called and spoke to Dale the manager about how many times they had to come out and could I get a credit toward my next visit. He told me that well we didnt charge you to come out those three timed.

Needed a plumber. They were here in under an hour. Have used them for years and they always deliver.

They came out to snake a clog in my bathroom sink. They were unsuccessful and said they would have remove the toilet and tear out the wall to replace the pipes. They charged me $150 for unsuccessful snaking of the pipes and told me it would be another $500 to tear out the wall and replace pipes. They also left a mess of sludge all over my bathroom floor. I called another company for a second opinion. They came out and were able to unclog the drain with an electric snake after a little bit of effort. So now I’m out $150 because the guy from Madison Plumbing was too lazy to get the job done.

They came on the same day I called. They were in and out within a half hour. I will definitely call them again.

Excellent service! Came out for two rush jobs. Working on in laws old West Park home and they got it all up and running. Very kind to elderly people and refurbished the old furnishings rather than replace it all. They did an excellent job!

After 2 other companies failed to snake the correct drain, our problem was solved after many years. Id give 10 stars if I could. What a relief that the issue is fixed!

Great service! I use them mostly for my office, for the occasional leaky pipe and such, and theyre always fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I also appreciate that theyre willing to come out to the East Side.I did need to call them for an issue I was having in my home once. Our kitchen sink wasnt draining, and the clog wasnt in the immediate plumbing under the sink (I had already checked). Turns out the clog was in the main that runs from the kitchen through the basement into the ground. The pipe itself was very old and rusted, and the plumber was able to remove the old pipe, install a new one, and re-cement it in to the basement floor - all that same night he was called out. I believe the charge to my landlord was only a couple hundred dollars, which seemed really low considering the amount of work that was involved and the speed with which is was completed :-)

Rip off. RIP OFF. These guys came to my house. I asked what the hourly rate was, he told me $90. I asked what they thought was wrong. The guy told me I needed to rip up my floor. I said Id like to get a second opinion. I got a bill for $120.00. Then I got a bill $240.00. I called and spoke to a lady and she said she would talk to the owner, maybe her husband.. I got a call from the lady a few months later and she was asking when I was going to pay the bill. They then took the bill to creditors. They ripped me off and did nothing for me. Plus they lied about their rates. At minimum I would have paid them for coming out if that was agreed upon up front. Its pretty malicious thing to do in a credit is everything society. Id like to know how they think theyve earned $240.00. None the less I did not have to rip up my floor. I did have to punch a 5 inch hole in the dry wall though.

Charged $130 for an annual backflow test on home sprinkler system that others charge $45-60, should have asked their price before contracting with them.
