Good friendly company to work with. No issues up until the end. Be VERY careful about the Auto renewal term on the contract. Automatically locks you into another 36 months. Im no longer using their service but still getting charged $348. Aweosme way to do business.

We used to have radio and CD music played while putting our customers on hold on our telephone. And that was very unprofessional. Now we have Woodstock Media (previously On-Hold Concepts) not only take care of all the on-hold messages with the right BGM, they remind us also to update our messages on regular bases. Thank you for your great messages to make us be more professional.

Service and quality is good. Responsive to emails. After three years of paying for the service, a hefty and unnecessarily punitive termination fee left a bad taste in my mouth. Most people are better off using something like Fiverr.
