We just had Jeff Dewey come out to our territory in Arizona to help kick-start our business. He was simply fantastic. His presentation to potential hosts was effortless and highly effective. Virtually every potential host that we talked to expressed positive interest, and every owner (except one) that we talked to has either come on board already or is highly likely to be on board in the next week or so.In fact, in only four and half days, we already have 6 firm commitments and another 7 or so hosts that are almost certainly going to sign on, some of whom will have multiple screens. There are probably another 6-7 host locations that I feel strongly about getting on board after we follow-up with them (using Jeffs advice) in the next 7-10 days. I attribute this immense success to Jeffs presence and presentation.Not only did Jeff exceed our expectations in gathering hosts for our network, but he provided invaluable advice and insight into how to build and expand our network; how to target, attract and retain hosts and, just as importantly, advertisers; how to use our available space on the network to negotiate with our hosts to, for example, obtain advertiser referrals; the importance of getting, and how to get, referrals from various resources, including hosts and vendors; and how to deal with my vendors, like TV installers and equipment suppliers.Ultimately, I could not imagine a more positive and productive coaching experience than what Jeff provided to us last week.In addition to Jeff, we have had an excellent experience with everybody else at N-Compass--Jodi, Ron, Lindsay, Jocelyn, etc. They have provided everything that they said they would, have answered all of our questions promptly, and are always there for us when we need them.

Wed like to thank the N-Compass team for the opportunity to arrange a training week with Jeff Dewey. We were very hesitant to commit to the added cost, but are extremely happy we did. It was a pleasure having Jeff here. We learned so much that will help get the business jump started. While Jeff was here we ended up getting 8 host agreements, and with follow ups well end up with 15-20 host locations based solely on the intros Jeff did.We appreciated Jeffs innate ability to add insight and guidance for each location we visited. His knowledge and expertise was worth the money, and we would highly recommend any future franchisees to take advantage of the Jeff Experience. As a matter of fact, the week of training in Denver along with a week with Jeff should be mandatory.There are things that can only be learned from repetition and practice, so we appreciated the time Jeff took in critiquing our sales pitch, correcting mistakes, and suggesting different approaches.
