This place is terrible, use to be great but last few cuts have been absolutely terrible, you tell them to do one thing and then they they don’t do that and when you confront them they tell you that you are wrong. Don’t recommend

My teenage son is very particular about his long, curly, dense hair. He left very pleased with his cut/trim! He was even given pointers on home care. Thank you, Finleys! You are always top notch!

I learned of you all when I played in a LT high school golf tournament 3 or 4 years ago when you were there and handed me a desperately needed beer on the back nine . I promised myself then that I would find Finley Barbershop when my barber retired --she retired in August.

Great haircut! Since reopening from the Covid-19 shutdown, they have redecorated. It felt like a great, clean update. The staff was great, with only two customers allowed per hour so that they have time to clean in between visits. I felt safe the entire time I was there and confident that Finley’s is taking this reopening seriously. And I got rid of three months of hair! Happy customer for sure! Nice local barber shop. The ambiance is pleasant. The stylist was friendly and trimmed my beard well. She also cleaned up my neckline. I would have had my hair cut, but I have someone I have seen for years who does that. The stylist was very knowledgeable about beard and hair products, two of which I bought. I found the prices to be reasonable. The beard trim was $15 before tip, and the grooming products were priced the same as on Amazon. They recommend making an appointment. I made mine a few hours before going in on a weekday. I recommend checking this place out.

I Love this place. I make appointments for my six year old son and I to get haircuts at the same time. On Sundays you get a discount for father/son cuts but I usually make appointments more sporadically. Everyone is good there so I tend to just book a time slot online where we can both get our hair cut simultaneously. Never had a bad experience and I’ve been going there for about 2 years.

Made a 3:30 appointment but didn’t get seated till 4pm. (They said it would be 3:45 but I found out afterwards that they knew it would be longer but didn’t want to tell me the truth). Poor service. Won’t be going back.

Family owned. Great community of barbers. I have been going here for many years and have had my hair cut by many of them. I HIGHLY recommend Finleys Barber Shop.

No complimentary drinks (a hallmark of Finleys), no restroom, no blow dry supposedly due to tdlr regs (might I suggest at least a towel dry?). I left with a completely wet head and as a result couldnt tell if the cut was decent or not. It wasnt. I think they are using covid-19 as an excuse to downgrade the quality of service they used to provide.

I always get a good experience from getting my haircut here. I usually go online and just book anyone who is available for the time I desire. I do not go to just a single barber, but different ones usually. I really can say Ive never had a bad haircut here. The massage and shave they throw in is a nice bonus.

Good experience overall. The staff is friendly, comfortable waiting area, and complementary drinks are nice even though I didnt have one. The hair cut was done as requested, and the hot towel and shampoo after the hair cut is a nice touch. The rejuvenating neck massage was actually a few seconds with what seemed like a car buffer on my shoulders. A neck message performed by staff would be better, and would be more accurate in regards to their advertising description.

Ive had many hairstylists try to cut my unruly hair. Some were bad and some were pretty good. But Mary Ann, at the Lakeway Finleys is absolutely superb. She is both friendly and professional. And for once...my hair looks good.

I wish when I took my son there it didn’t feel like they were so rushed to get to the next one and that they don’t mind not doing the kind of work they would on an adult male because my son is just a kid. The front desk lady is generally super nice in person and so are the barbers for the most part. It just always seems rushed.

This place is great! We always book with Alex at the Lakeway location. Hes GREAT with my son! And my sons hair always looks fabulous!

Im compelled to provide my comments in an attempt to balance the effect of the prior real jerks review. My experiences at Finleys have always been fantastic and the staff has been engaging, friendly, even entertaining at times. I consistently get a great haircut in a welcoming environment. Its a relaxing respite amidst my typical chaos.

Never coming back. As soon as I walked in the barber looked nervous. I asked the barber not to edge up my front, they edged up the front, I asked not to push back the side burns they pushed back the side burns. My hair line was pushed back. My fade was choppy. The side parts of my hair on top were longer than in the middle. And they charge 35 dollars per cut. Absolutely not worth my time or money, my mom and myself couldve cut my hair better. Sports clips probably has equal barber experience as finleys. Save yourself 25 dollars for the towel and conditioner.

Great place to get a fresh cut. Old school barber style, hot neck shave and warm towels. I suggest booking with Mary Ann! She does an amazing job every time and is a pro at her job!

First and foremost this group of beautiful people that work there immediately give you their attention when you come in the door. They hand hold from the time you walk in until you walk out.Secondly, if you want EVERYTHING a mens hair salon/barber shop can offer and more - they have it. Just to emphasize the point beyond some mindless brochure-think - theyll wax your nose hairs for you and anything else youll let them wax (from the neck up).The hot face towels, the shoulder massages, the straight-razor neck shave, the large-leather chairs in their private waiting room with soft drinks for the kids and beer or wine if you prefer for an adult, and of course you can have flavored coffees from their Keurig machine are just some of the sweet amenities at MY barbershop. My wife will sometimes sits in the back there and drinks something while reading a magazine then we go have dinner together nearby at one of the boutique restaurants in the same area.Oh and you can get a full face straight razor shave. If you are so inclined.Their online appointment service is very specific too for the person you want to groom you and the services you can get.Peace

Haircuts for hipsters. Even the stylist acted like the back massager was was something he was reluctantly required to do. The use of non- barber scissors like crimping scissors left my hair jagged when grown out. He dried my hair with a laser hot dryer and realizing he gave a bad cut slathered my hair in heavy gel. I left the place looking like an extra from the movie Grease.

You are treated more like cattle than a customer.Stay away. Not so special as the hype makes it out to be.I have given them 3 chances... Felt like cattle each time being pushed along. More to tell.... But.. Find out for yourself.

Been to other Finleys and I wouldnt recommend this. The appointment was for a 30min haircut, the person hardly took the time to do each of the steps. Was done in 17mins. Finleys @ Avery Ranch is much better, they take the time and do it right.

Been to other Finleys and Boardroom. These guys didnt take the time to go through each step thoroughly. Paid for 30min but got about 18mins of service. Would recommend other Finelys over this one.

First time here and let me start by saying that I dont ever write a post about anything but they was so awesome that I just have to say, thank you. Carla was amazing as well as the rest of the staff. Only regret is that I didnt have a beer while I was there, lol.
