They did a good job repairing my collision damage. Gotta take it back again since my Truck is still pulling to the right and window works when it wants to, but wasnt on the damage list, since I didnt know it got damaged somehow. I would have gave them more stars, but due to one dishonest thief that works there, who decided to steal a brand new LED fog light out of my Truck, here is where we are. Rest of the team was great, friendly and attentive. Called or texted me daily updates.

This shop is wonderful! I’ve used their services 3 times for paint jobs & body work after being hit in 3 separate accidents. They were honest, on time, courteous & as professional as one could wish for. My insurance company uses their services & I’m so glad they do.

I dropped my Jeep Grand Cherokee off here after a hit and run that left my rear passenger door dented in. The door ended up having to be replaced and from start to finish Service King was amazing. They kept me updated constantly via text so I never had to question what they were doing with it. They were finished within just a few days and when I picked it up they had washed it and vacuumed the inside! Super impressed with them!

This was by far the worst experience that I had a body shop. I was leaving for vacation a deer across the road in front of me hit the car coming from the other side bounced back and hit my car on the right side and underneath. I got a crack on my windshield, all the plastic parts close to the front right tire where broken or dangling as well as the cover underneath the car, the right fog light was shattered and the right headlights pointing downwards. Service King fixed the bumper, replaced some of the plastic parts, replaced the fog light and the windshield. They forgot to align the headlights, they forgot the undercover and they broke some of the clips that were holding together the trims around the windshield. I took the car back in and they replaced the undercover but said that it was not up to them to align the headlights or fix the trims that I would have to buy them on Amazon for 15 bucks. The paint job was limited to the bumper only, when they could have also smoothed the hood. The total bill was well north of 3k and the job mediocre. Overall I do not recommend this shop. Oh I forgot I even had to do the alignment at a tire shop because they didnt check.

Great experience. Very professional and communicated with me very effectively and quickly. Kept me updated during the whole process and explained things that I didn’t understand. Really enjoyed the staff and received top notch service that I haven’t had before.Had to replace my bumper after being rear ended. I was worried the color/ paint job wouldn’t match my vehicle 100%. I was beyond surprised how AMAZING it looks. Matches perfectly and can’t even tell anything ever happened. Anxiety is gone because of the great work they put into my car.It was also surprisingly fast. Brought it in on Tuesday and got it back mid day on Friday. I was really excited about this!I would HIGHLY recommend this location/ company to fix your car. I will bring all my future issues back here because they know how to handle and fix my baby while providing the top notch customer service.I truly appreciate the work thank you Service King!

Took my car in on Monday, got it back Friday afternoon. Excellent service, was kept updated throughout the process.

I had half of my truck repaired after getting side swiped and it looks good as new now. They even had the bed liner resprayed which was an awesome surprise! Zachary and the rest of the team there were super nice and stayed in regular contact. I even got my truck back a day earlier than expected! They coordinate with Enterprise rental cars too, so all I had to do was leave my rental in their lot and hop into my truck, Zachary took the rental keys, so easy!

I do not recommend this facility. Front of house lacks ability to communicate effectively and lacks knowledge. I am accustomed to working with high-end vendors and Service King is no one of them.

Took my work truck in to repair after deer hit it. They tried to return it to me with paint overspray on the windows and the bed light not hooked back up. The next day I returned the interior of the car except for the days they had armoralled was cover in dust. But I was anxious to get back to work. Additionally the factory white paint was apparently too hard to match so they took the decals off my undamaged door so they could paint the whole side and make the color difference less noticeable. Then its been about a month and what do I find they didnt tighten the bolts back down for my ladder rack and they have fallen out. Luckily I saw this before my ladders and rack fell off going down the highway and killed somebody. Third rate setup with extraordinarily poor attention to detail. Paint on rubber door seals as well

Totally unaware of the process of getting my car fixed, Josh my advisor, was so knowledgeable in helping me understand and simplify the process. He set realistic expectations, was professional and efficient. Silly mistakes made a great experience into a good experience. Brought my wife’s car here for repairs after a deer decided he wanted to play chicken with her. They repaired the car quickly and made it look brand new. But, several days after picking it up I noticed there was weather stripping missing from the rear wheel well. So had to take the car back to have them put that on. Within a week the rear passenger latch started getting stuck and not unlatching. Had to take the car back again to have them replace it. They said the latch was bad, I think they didn’t replace the original latch that was damaged in the accident.So…The customer center is clean, tidy, and they have free coffee. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. They kept me up to date with the whole process and where the car was at each stage of repair. Their repair techs seem to be too busy or absent minded to do the job right the first time. Every time I had to take the car back for repairs I had to schedule time off from work. So the silly little mistakes were not just a simple inconvenience for me. A 5 star ratting turned into a 4 star ratting. Would I use them again? Yes

I was so impressed with Service King in Lakeway, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They were so professional, efficient and my car looks great. I received daily texts with updates, so I never had to wonder about the status. I am so busy so this was a great relief to me. My car was wrecked on September 19th. It was a Friday. I authorized them to begin working on my car on September 24th, the following Wednesday. When I went to the shop that Wednesday, the guy I spoke to said it would take a few days to get parts, and then another few days to put them on. Today is October 16th, almost a full month since my car was wrecked, and over 3 WEEKS since I authorized the repair.I spoke to another person on the phone about a week ago on Thursday or Friday (October 9th or 10th) . They said the parts were in, they just had to put them on and they should call me early next week to at least tell me how long it would be. I received no phone call, no voicemail, no email, absolutely no communication.I went into the shop yesterday, October 15th, to see how much progress had been made. My car was in the exact same position as it was 3 weeks ago on September 24th, except now there were some boxes of parts sitting near the car. No work had been done whatsoever.In what world is it perfectly fine to have someones car for 3 weeks with no communication on the progress of fixing it, let alone NOT EVEN STARTING.
