Ive used All Clear Window Cleaning for a couple of years now and they do an excellent job. The crew works hard and they are very respectful and professional.

This company doesnt call back for weeks once youve called & left a message for window cleaning. When they do finally call back to schedule a date (3 times) they dont show up & they dont call to say they cant make it out that day. In the meantime, Ive been home all day waiting for them. Because Ive had them cleaning my windows for 18 yrs. & once again giving them the benefit of the doubt, I call again (for the last time) to find out why. Im frustrated & I express it & then they hang up on me & said they dont need our business. I find them to be unreliable, extremely rude & VERY poor communication & customer service!!!!

Have paint and tapers mud ready for wall repair when they leave.... leaning ladders against the wall and wrecked our guest room wall under the window. They said they would look at it but 2 months later still no inspection.
