They should up 3 hours early which is great but all my windows are streaked. There is one window that has a very visible area where they forgot to wipe it down. If I could do 2.5 I would, 3.because they were early.

I am giving 5 stars, but 4.5 stars would be my rating if Google allowed it... The 4.5 rating is because not all of the algae/moss was removed from the bases of some of the windows. Granted, there is not a lot of algae/moss, but I can see some.I would definitely hire A Step Up again to clean our home. When our tech was finished, the house almost glowed it was bright!! Amazing.Well worth the money; and much safer than trying to do it ourselves.All of the associates are very friendly and helpful, very responsive to questions. I highly recommend this company.

I dont typically feel compelled to write reviews, but A Step Ups service was outstanding and I wanted to let people know. I have tried to schedule this cleaning w other companies several times. It never got done because they either didnt reply or show up for quotes. A Step Up sets the gold standard on the customer experience. They were responsive all the way to the day of service and their quote was clear and concise with no surprises at the time of service.Their team did an excellent job on our siding and windows. They even washed some a second time to ensure it was up to their standards.Their team both on the field and the office were a pleasure to work with and I would contract them again in a heartbeat.Great job guys!

Great job all around. Scheduling process was a breeze, with great communication. Appointment arrival was right on time, and cost was exactly what was quoted. We would not use them again. We already had to call them back once because there was some areas on our home that the guy said could not be cleaned, but my husband took a diss track to it and took a video of it coming off within 10 seconds. He was just being lazy. We paid for them to clean our gutters and this was the results. Would not recommend.Update: the guy did come back and clean out the gutters and the siding. I was glad they came back to fix it.

I have wanted my roof cleaned for some time now but was afraid to have it done mostly because of landscaping etc. I talked to A Step Up and they were very informative and took the time to answer my questions. Just had it done a few days ago and it looks like new! I am very happy with the job that was done. They are very careful with taking precautions so the solution doesn’t hurt anything. Last year I was very impressed with the window cleaners. Not this year. He left windows wet and spotted saying they’d dry clear. They didn’t and I had to ask him to go dry most windows to remove spots. He then did and they look fine now. Did not remove most spider webs and did not clean the windows in and above the front door.

We originally hired this company to wash my parents windows as a gift and were so impressed that we hired them to do our home. The technician was fantastic! After he was done he did a final walk around and redid a couple of the windows that we both weren’t happy with. We will definitely be using this company again!

I had A Step Up come out to wash my house and other services too - clean gutters, wash windows, and clean surfaces (deck and concrete walks / patios). The house looked great afterwards. The bet way I can sum it up was I was talking to my neighbor the next day and he said - after they got done - your house just glowed it was so clean.

This was my 3rd year having my windows cleaned and I couldnt be happier. I look forward to this day every year. The person that came out was very friendly, efficient and respectful of property. Some of my windows had calcium/lime deposits from watering and he took extra steps and time to get them clean. They look terrific. All my windows look great, its so nice to look out though clean glass.

Our house had not been washed for over ten years. The technician removed all of the accumulated dirt, grime, cobwebs -and mildew in just a little over an hour. The house is beautiful. Highly recommend.

We had a mixed experience with A Step Up. The office was very friendly and the communication from Kirstie was great. However, they were unable to complete the work on the day we were scheduled as they ran out of supplies. And then we determined that they had not performed all of the services paid for. So we ended up needing two visits to complete the job. The end results were satisfactory. But they are not the cheapest and thus we expected a little more organization and a higher level of service. Based on other positive reviews, we may be an outlier and do appreciate that all businesses will have a bad day. But wanted to share our experience.

I put off calling to have my exterior windows cleaned, as I kept telling myself I could do it myself, I just needed to get the 15-foot ladder out and I would be able to climb up to reach my second floor windows. Each time I thought this would be a good day to clean the windows, I ended up putting it off again, as I really didnt want to deal with getting out the 15-foot ladder and hope I could find solid footing in the non-level ground around my house. I finally called A Step Up and had them come out and take care of it. They had the right equipment to do a great job without even having to climb a ladder! I should have just called them to begin with. When the fall comes around and I start trying to convince myself that Im perfectly capable of getting out that ladder and cleaning my own gutters, or renting a power washer from a home store and cleaning my own house, Im going to remember how long I unnecessarily lived with dirty windows and just call A Step Up again.

They did an excellent job on my windows! I would recommend them to anyone. My windows are complicated because they are Pella windows with blinds in between the windows and they figured out how to work with them for me to get the best result. Also, there was residue on my front windows from sprinklers. They used a special solution to get rid of it. My windows are spotless!

I thought the window cleaner missed one of the porch glass doors. He returned and redid all twelve of the doors. Turns out, there was a broken seal between the two pieces of glass in one door. Best window cleaners I have had.

Received a flyer in the mail with a special so I thought Id give them a try. The rep was on time, explained the process and did a great job! They use purified water, so no spots, and they dont use any soap so no film on the glass. Highly recommend!

Service was very good, as my previous experience. They were 2 hours late, however, and they refused to do the windows above the deck unless I let them through the house, which has never happened before. Another guy returned the next day to do it without an issue.
