The team showed up on time every day, cleaned up any mess, took down and put back up any blinds or drapes...just super easy to work with. Not to mention it was affordable when compared with other quotes we received in Lakeland. 10/10 recommend!

We replaced our lanai vinyl windows with real windows! We are so pleased. Installation was amazing to watch. The install team worked so well together. They talked and encouraged each other. It was pleasant to have them in our home. A great job, done well for a reasonable price. If you are thinking about windows act NOW. Get a quote and start planning. In todays environment it can take a while. Well worth the wait!

We have used Polk County Windows to do replacement windows in 2 houses. Very happy with the installation and installers for the most part. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because one of the installers was asked to wear a mask inside at all times but did not when I was out of the room. After I asked again they did wear it inside.

Ive just had the windows replaced in my home, and I cant be happier. Colt, Kevin, and Chad arrived on time, they explained what we could expect during the installation, and did a PHENOMENAL job! They were professional, and unlike many other tradesmen, they cleaned up so well afterward, that youd never know they were there. The windows are gorgeous, the crew was amazing, and I am super-stoked to have my gorgeous new windows. I cant recommend Polk County Window and Door enough. Bill was very responsive whenever I called and had my door installed three weeks early. Installers Colt, Todd, Chad, and Kevin were very respectful, courteous, and professional. We could not be more satisfied with our experience with Polk County Windows & Doors. After reviewing other proposals we selected Bill and his team based on his presentation and a recommendation from our roofing contractor Brian Gullett. Our new Simonton widows were delivered and installed right on schedule by Colt, Marvin, Kevin and others. They were courteous, professional and did a great job working with some difficult old windows to remove. They left our home cleaner than when they started and finished in one day. Two minor installation issues were immediately identified and repaired the following week. Our Polk county building inspector passed our project and was extremely complimentary of the installation workmanship. We can whole heartily recommend Bills team and his office staff for great communication through out the process.

If I could give more than 5 STARS I would. LOVE my new windows and will use them again to replace some more of my windows.

Bill is great to work with! He came out to our home many times before we actually signed the contract to work with him and his team. When Covid struck and the window industry was behind, he was communicative and apologetic and totally professional. He worked so hard to meet our deadline and the team that came to install the windows was incredible. These guys were so efficient and so clean that if it were not for the new windows, we would not have known they were at our house all day. Also, our windows are gorgeous! The entire neighborhood is talking about them! Id recommend Polk County Window & Door to anyone. Phenomenal company!

Bill came with his son and gave us a fair quote - I was impressed with his down to earth nature and felt very comfortable with contracting with him. He was very upfront with the extended time frame due to Covid - but once we were on the schedule for the installation the crew was promptly at my door the day we were scheduled! The crew was personable, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them and hope to use them soon to replace our front door! 😊

We are so glad we chose Polk County Window &Door. They are very nice, professional people. They do exactly what they say they will. I am not young, and they took all the blinds down and put them back up. Everything was cleaned up outside and inside. We live in a golf community and they are guaranteed for life. We got hit by a golf ball that broke our dining room window. The double pane windows are GREAT!! Bill came right over, got the number off of it, and we got a new window. Really enjoy the new windows. When weather is nice, it is wonderful to have windows open for fresh air. We never could open windows that were original to the house. Experience was so pleasant, I recommended them to my brother.

We had never undertaken a window replacement project before but our 100 year old home with 100 year old windows demanded that we do just that. We got estimates from a number of window installation companies and Polk County Window and Door stood out from the very beginning. Excellent quality of windows and very professional and personal service not to mention a very fair price. We committed in August 2019 but, due to Covid delays, they werent able to install until January 2021. I didnt think Id be saying this, but it was totally worth the wait. Bill communicated consistently and the installation team could not have been more personable while also being efficient and doing amazing work. I work from home and was concerned about the noise disturbing my conference calls, but I shouldnt have worried - they were very respectful and kept distractions to a minimum. I think my house may have been cleaner when they left than before they started. The work wasnt easy (the sunroom slopes a bit due to the age of the home) but the team figured out how to ensure they looked level and that there were no gaps. We are already planning for phase 2 - replacing the downstairs windows that werent a part of this phase. Thank you so much, Bill and crew. You guys are amazing!

Just had my windows replaced on my 21 year old home. They did a fantastic job. My father has used them in the past for two homes and I highly recommend them for the job. Now just so you know, he is highly recommended so he may have to schedule installation out a few months but trust me, he’s worth it. I don’t think anyone can compete with pricing. Would use them again and would recommend them to anyone. They did not ask me to make a review but I feel that I needed to knowing how great of a job they did.

I cannot say enough about these people. They are TOP notch in all that they did for us!!
