All the work was completed in 2 days and my new roof is beautiful. They even laid tarps around the house to catch falling debris and nails and keep them out of the yard, then cleaned the yard when finished. My yard was spotless when they left. Collis was a great company with which to work. They were very responsive and helped us with the paperwork needed as we started the process of replacing the roof on a rental home. Their work was of solid quality, and they did the work faster and sooner than we expected. Highly recommended.

We had damage to our roof in July 2019. After 3 months of negotiations with the insurance we were getting no where. A neighbor had his roof replaced by Collis Roofing and recommended getting them involved. We contacted Collis and Greg Dickey came to our home to inspect damages the next day. Greg took the bull by the horns and went to work on our claim. After going through 3 desk adjusters and working with the field adjuster the insurance finally agreed on full replacement. Greg stayed on the project to see that the insurance covered every penny. Jack Garcia, the supervisor for the replacement was on site daily and was great to work with as was his teammembers. The end result was a great job and a beautiful roof, finally completed in March 2020. We don’t know how we could have ever got this completed without Collis, specifically Greg Dickey!!

We highly recommend Collis Roofing!! We and multiple neighbors had roof damage after Irma. Our neighbors didnt use Collis & had numerous issues with quality of work & lack of clean up (nails left all over yard & even in AC unit!). We had absolutely NO issues with Collis! They worked with us to pick a shingle even giving us references to actually see the shingles and the quality of their roof work for ourselves. They worked with us on pricing & the insurance company. Their clean up was wonderful. They laid tarps on the landscaping, covered the AC, covered the edge of the screens on the pool cage, used a magnet to get up nails, & cleaned up all the trash. Most importantly, they did excellent high quality work!! The crew was highly skilled and very efficient. We wouldnt recommend using anyone else!

I had this company re roof my home in Winter Haven and did a good job. So when I contracted them again to do another re roof I thought I would get the same results? WRONG. Although the roof seems to be installed good the workers have NO RESPECT for property. I came home in the middle of the tear off and find my landscape lighting moved and never put back, my air conditioner is not covered and nails and roofing material are banging around inside and the workers could care less. I had to call a air conditioner company to come out and clean out the debris.

I contacted Collis Roofing and they provided a quote which I accepted. They arrived on time and the employees were polite and professional. The work was completed in one day! I had a wind mitigation study completed on the roof (to lower insurance costs) and the inspector advised that it looked like the roofers did a good job (I didnt ask, but it is nice to know the inspector noticed). I would recommend them to others.

Guy was supposed to show up at 10 to make an estimate. Sends e-mail instead with quoted price. Says he used some sort of satellite picture (or something) for sizing which is a pretty good trick considering were under trees. Although I told them I wanted a metal roof, no one ever asked for specifics of what I wanted done.

We had to wait until June to begin and with a phone call Greg came to our house to reconfirm the estimate and our roof was replaced within a week. I have already referred several friends to them. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. We had solar panels, so they came out 2 days before to remove them, and then put them back up after. Living through any re-roofing project is basically a nightmare. Collis Roofing did an excellent job minimizing this stress.All of the supervisors were friendly and responsive to calls and/or emails and even text messages. They answered all of my questions before, during, and after the project. They worked with me even when I asked for some modifications. They would not finish until I was satisfied.Final product is top notch. House looks beautiful. We got a tile roof with a peel-and-stick secondary water resistance membrane. Pricing was very competitive. They were not the cheapest but no where near the highest. I believe you get what you pay for. Furthermore, the final payment is what Id paid. There was no nickel and diming.Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Sorry, LONG overdue (I thought I did a review)...We had our roof replaced in April by Collis. Alot of the communication was done over the phone/texting because we live in Michigan. They made everything easy, and were wonderful to work with. We were in Florida the week of the re-roof. They arrived on time, with a large crew for a small home. The hard working crew worked non-stop, in the heat all day, for approximately 12 hours, except for a lunch period. An added bonus was the way they left the yard. It was absolutely spotless-I didnt have a pick up ONE thing, and during the job, the yard was like a hurricane hit. I was just amazed at the efficiency, work ethic and cleanliness.We most definitely recommend Collis. We are so happy we chose them--unfortunately we have not been so lucky with other companies we have dealt with in Florida.Hopefully, we wont have any roofing needs for a while, but if we do, Collis will be the ones we call, without one bit of hesitation.

We just had an entire tear-off and re-roof done by Collis Roofing. Greg and his crew in Lakeland were wonderful to work with, very professional and prompt service. Communication is lacking. I waited for over a week for an appointment. Collis called me and confirmed an appointment time the day before, I accepted and confirmed time. Next day comes around, 45minutes passes after scheduled time, no call prior if they were going to be late either. All in all, Im not going to have a company bid on my $21k house project if communication lacks. Taking my business elsewhere....Update: In response to their reply, It wasnt just 25min late, you were 45minutes late with no phone call update on late arrival if you were behind, Rural? ok maybe, I live in auburndale but NEVER have I heard of no service when I had service calls come to my property, you might want to change carriers. email wise, you just sent a confirmation email, that was it. nothing else. Stop giving excuses, you messed up and thats ok, it happens and costly sometimes. For those of you reading, google A3 ROOFING: did a fantastic job and communication was great! I highly recommend their services!

Had a roof leak and Collis came out inspected my roof and gave me an estimate for a roof replacement. Because I had an active leak, the they put me on an ASAP list and from estimate to completion was about a week and a half. The work quality is great and my roof is better than new. The only complaint I have is with the office telling me that an estimator will contact me within 24 hours and I had to call them back.

Greg Dickey worked with me the whole way through it, he provided me quotes for two different prices for roof repair, he even out sourced an engineer to fix the gable that was destroyed, in return help me get more money back on my claim to help with repairs. He also offered some money saving tips on some other work that could be done, rather then his team do it (Because he would have charge) Overall it was a great experience for a terrible moment of time. I fully recommend Collis Roofing and working with Greg.

We have recently had our complete roof replaced by Collis Roofing after a long a drawn out battle with my insurance company which is still ongoing. Greg Dickey has been most helpful during this time and without his input I have no doubt that the Ins Co would not have accepted responsibility. The majority of the organisation of the replacement was done by email and phone as I am from the UK and the actual replacement was carried out by a very professional crew that left my house and yard spotless. The crew arrived at 0700, were stripping the old shingles at 0705 and finished by the end of day. I cannot recomend Collis enough.

Had to contact them 3 times to finally schedule the estimate​. Once they finally showed up I waited the 7 business days they supposedly need to write up the quote. Never heard or received anything from them. I called them again and they informed me they were not interested. From the time I originally contacted them to them telling me they were not interested was over 3 weeks. Every other contractor I contacted had me a quote in less than 24 hrs. I cant imagine how long it would take to get my roof replaced. There are better options out there

Collis ( LAKELAND) did an amazing job start to finish on my roof, solar and gutter replacement. Being an out of state owner I had concerns since I could not be there at my rental property for the work .
