Was never informed of the new address - a letter wasnt sent out to their tax people - per paulette. We also were not told when we dropped off or were called to pick up our taxes that credit or debit cards were no longer accepted. Poor customer service!!!! Maybe they just dont want people who only have their taxes done anymore.
