Daydreams is by far my favorite place to get a massage. The setting looks so inviting and comfortable. You don’t feel like you are in a commercial massage parlor. If you want to feel like you are at a luxury massage parlor but without spending too much this is the place. I wish they offered monthly massage deals the mimosas are amazing and everyone is professional and great.

I have no complaints about this place! Ever since I have started going here I have been treated with respect and I am always taken care of! Taylor does my pedicure/manicure and she does a PHENOMENAL job! Erin does my waxing and massages and she also does a PHENOMENAL job! Recently had my sisters 30th birthday here. Was 4 of us total. We had to go to the Lakeland location because Brandon is closed on Sundays and Im glad we did. They had a private area we could sit in while we waited in between services that was so relaxing and fun. Amy gave 2 of us AMAZING massages. Erin gave us fantastic facials. We felt like we were in a movie. Everything was perfect. Thank you ladies for making our day. It was a little pricey but worth every penny.

Purchased $800 Facial Package for my Mom and myself nearly 2 years ago!! We have NEVER been able to get an appointment since then. We understand Covid, however this problem has been ongoing. When we do get an appointment it gets canceled or we are told the wrong time and they have no availability!! They refuse to refund our money!!! They are terrible at communicating changes with customers and at this point I feel like I’ll never get what I paid for!!! Algenise is an amazing masseuse!!! Ive had more massages than I can count, but hers was the best deep tissue Ive ever received! Im currently visiting from Indiana, and I woke up yesterday with the most painful back knots. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and Im sooo glad I was scheduled with her. I feel like a new person. I will definitely be seeing her every time I come down to visit my family!!The spa itself is also wonderful. I loved the seating area and tranquil mood. I also loved all the nice products they sell. I definitely bought a few things!

Just moved to Lakeland yesterday. Drive from NYS to FL and after being in the car 20 hours my body was HURT. I looked up massage spas and DayDream had the best reviews. Upon entry every one was super nice! The atmosphere was nice serene and clean! My massage therapist was Victoria S. She was SO SO SO POLITE! Her techniques were ON POINT! I felt very comfortable. She recognized my tension points and worked out all the knots. That girl is GOOD!!!!!!!!!! I felt so so much better when I left and I will definitely be back!!!!After my massage I was offered water and a mimosa in their relaxation quiet area and it was so good!! Day Dream Day Spa is a friendly, clean, and safe environment. I had a pedicure just recently and the tech was so nice and did a wonderful job. Also the front staff was amazing. They are also so friendly and helpful. Upon coming in I was greeted right away then my temperature was taken and questions asked. It was fast and simple. I would recommend everyone to them for any spa needs!

I have my first ever Facial at Daydreams. Erin Sparks is my esthetician. She is so amazing. I have very sensitive skin. I must say this spa USE THE HIGHEST QUALITY skincare products that do not contain alcohol and fragrance. And Erin did my extraction, my face is so much better. I am very pleased with the services. And she is knowledgeable about skincare and I am able to correct what I have been doing wrong with my routine. Will definitely return every 4-6 weeks and recommend. Thank you. Wai

I often have a different masseuse each time but every time is a great experience. It’s relaxing from the moment you step into the waiting room. I went in for a massage and pedicure. The staff was amazing and very attentive to your needs. They were quick to stop and correct anything you felt uncomfortable with. I currently live in another state but visit Florida frequently because we have family there. One day I had some spare time so decided to stop in for a quick massage. To say the least I was blown away. I was greeted immediately by a friendly front desk attendant. I was taken to the back and offered champagne, where I waited for my therapist. The back is dimly lit and built for relaxation. As for the massage itself, it was wonderful. I’m a bit older but still like the massage therapist to really work out my knots. The therapist was very careful and considerate and asked whether the level of pressure was comfortable. It was perfect! Not painful but definitely got “in there.” Since then, every visit to Florida (last visit was earlier last week), my husband and I make it a tradition of stopping in for a service or two. I’ve yet to encounter anything beyond stellar.

The staff here have always been very professional and very friendly. I was never concerned about the cleanliness of the spa and since COVID came into the picture, the spa has definitely went above and beyond to keep their clients safe. I feel like the rates that are charged are fair and reasonable For the services.

Hi, we recently relocated to remote work for the winter - from Saint Paul, MN to Lakeland, FL. When not remote, I talk with a lot of people and use my hands a lot, so having a weekly manicure is important to my self-confidence. In these Covid times, I started searching for the perfect manicure and found DayDreams Spa on my third attempt. What a wonderful calming experience (and very safe) as it is truly a dayspa. I talked to the owner and discussed my desire to have regular manicures and pedicures. I have now had two manicures and one pedicure and loved each one. My favorite is the honey scrub/mask on both. Noted on the Wall they have been voted Best Spa in Lakeland the last couple of years. I can definitely see why!

Ive been here multiple times. Upon arrival Im offered a drink and snack as I change into a plush robe. Soft lighting, gentle music, a fireplace & chaises make waiting in the lounge nice in itself. I was surprised at how much I liked my first facial- yes, Ive gone back for more. My favorite service is the massage. Ive had the basic massage and the stone massage. I went in skeptical of the stone massage, but really enjoyed it. Once my husband joined me for a couples massage. It was the most relaxed Ive ever seen him- worth every penny. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect way to pamper yourself or a loved one.

I went to DayDreams Spa to use my gift certificate that my sons gave me for Christmas. I hadnt felt well in a while so i got the full body massage and I felt so wonderful afterwards, I was refreshed and relaxed...oh what a feeling that was. When you check in you complete a short health survey first then you go to the back where you wait in the lounge which sets the mood for your visit. The lights are dim, theres spa water and some treats if you wish to have some. All in all I was very pleased with the services and the spa.

The individuals who are managing the appointments need help! The environment in this Spa is the best ever!! However, if you keep having issues with bookings being cancelled, because they dont have enough nail techs or other employees on staff to back up when someone calls out sick, it hurts business. This is not a problem with the nail tech. This is a management problem. You need to be prepared for people to call out and if that means you have to spend a little more to keep more folks on staff you should do it. This is supposed to be a luxury spa, if I book 2 weeks in advance I dont expect to have to reschedule 80% of the time. Im sure all of your customers would agree if we wanted this kind of stress we could go elsewhere and pay less. Step up your game, hire someone who knows how to manage issues and keep more techs on hand so you dont have to reschedule peoples appointments. Still all that said once you get in this is still the most relaxing spa in the area due to the ambiance and the techs who perform the actual spa services.

My message with Dale was incredible! He made me feel super safe, explained everything he was doing before he did it, I never once felt uncomfortable with him at all. My tranquility massage was everything I was promised! Can’t wait to go back!!
