My son has been out for his medication for 3 days and I am yet to receive a response. I understand the office is busy but my so. Is.manic bipolar and and they have failed to fill his meds that have adverse reactions when you stop taking the medications

Words cannot explain how this office has helped me and is still doing so. They are so caring and sweet. Incredibly smart people and just amazing.

Peggy seemed like she was having a really bad day and was incredibly short and annoyed with me our entire phone conversation, as short as it was. When I tried to set up an appointment for my partner after doing so for myself, she let out an AUDIBLE SIGH into the phone as if I was an extreme inconvenience for her. I decided to just cancel any appointments here and will be looking elsewhere for someone who has the time of day to schedule an appointment without being completely rude. What a way to scare off any new patients.Sorry about your bad day, Peggy.

This team covers my ALF for med management & psychotherapy. They are on time, always available on phone. Residents are happy. So far great service.

Everyone is very nice and and the Nurse Peggy is very nice and very professional she take her time call me for a follow up on her day off very sweet and the Dr. Thomas also take her time with my family and very professional. This place is very good.

Most definitely the best mental health service in Lakeland. Easy to talk to, friendly, understanding and clean office. I highly recommend them. They gave appointment to me at a short notice and have been very generous.
