I enjoyed watching my Niece Dana and her daughter compete. The atmosphere was AWESOME everyone was friendly.

Truly a life changing place. Accommodating to all fitness levels. Friendly to the point that you feel like family. Variety of class times and types for every fitness need.

Just joined about two months ago. All the coaches and members have made me feel welcome. I recommend if want a family oriented friendly gym this is the play to try.
