Will bill you for random charges and when you try to ask for clarification on the mysterious additional charges they cant give you an answer. Been dealing with a billing dispute with them for almost 2.5 years now and they have turned it over to several collection companies all while I have over 20 emails asking for an explanation of charges. Even the rep I was initially dealing with said the charges are unexplainable. Unfortunately, she left the company and I had to start over with someone new and completely unfamiliar with the on going issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values honest business practices.

They have noy pick up garbage at a house thats disabled 9 weeks in a row..drivers and hir supervisor should be fired.No route books in trucks..

Today on 1-2-21 at 12:20 one of your trucks was driving northbound on highway 27 and trash was coming all out of it, flying everywhere. It hit my car. When I stop the driver he was extremely rude and all he said was that he worked for a multi-million dollar company and then drove away. I am highly upset and nobody should have to deal with this on their way to work.

Ask for a courtesy pickup and my garbage still hasnt been picked up i called 3 times and today the guy that answered said it would have to wait until next pick up.

Everyone should be aware that advanced disposal / Trash taxi does not take care of any damages that their drivers trucks or containers due to your property. Their rental department will not notify you of any precautions that you should take to prevent damages to your driveway and property. The fine print in your contract supposedly says that all liability is on you with the homeowner. In my opinion this takes advanced disposal from the top of my list as a credible company to the bottom of the list. I will never use them again will never recommend that anyone use advanced disposal

We are a commercial business the driver comes and retrieves the dumpster then will squeeze the trucks contents all over our parking lot completely nasty, This is a place of business and we have complained to no avail.

They believe quality service is knocking over all the recycle cans as they put them down and sometimes even running over them!! I was able to visually observe the lack of caring by their driver today after months of calling the supervisor to complain. Three weeks ago they skipped the entire neighborhood!! Took two days after I called to get them to come out and get it!!! One day I found my recycling can in the middle of my driveway laying down more than 12 feet from where I put it that morning. Another time they managed to put it down on the exact opposite side of my two car driveway right up against my mailbox. Now it that is quality service then I would hate to see mediocre service!! I called today to speak to a supervisor and its been over an hour and no call back. Dont expect one as he never has called back previously. I always have to go through the Winter Haven Public Works supervisor to have them call this incompetent supervisor

Have been trying to get a quote on a dumpster for a month. I keep getting told someone will call me or email me a quote, and then I receive nothing. I even went to the website and requested a quote on there. This company must have gotten too big to worry about individual rentals.... I also have a friend who has a full dumpster and he has been waiting for a pickup for almost a month.

They do the garbage pick up in my community. Today, for the third time, they picked up HALF my trash. Seriously??? I guess I should consider myself lucky they picked up that much, because they also have a habit of skipping my house altogether some days.

So we had waste management prior to advanced disposal and not only is the better price a reason to switch but because our previous disposal left us with a full dumpster advanced disposal offered to remove the trash in order to make our delivery date be more reasonable. The rep that services north lakeland was very informative and not pushy to help explain the pros and cons of switching. In which I requested the switch. I believe her name as Kylie. She was straight forward and honest. All the things we look for when going into business with seoneone. Thank u advanced disposal. :)

This is the worse service Ive seen. Scheduled day for pickup is a Tuesday. They missed picking the trash up and in spite of calls each day they will not come out to pick it up. They keep telling us someone will be there by 3pm. All they are good for is an excuse not to show up!!!

(TRASH TAXI) Theres little excuse to pickup the neighbor and miss ours! We just got past their Friday pickup that didnt happen until Saturday, many times. After months of this inconsistent behavior and the neighborhood unsure of what to expect, they suddenly come racing through the neighborhood at 6am missing many of the residents who became conditioned to their delinquency. I dont know if this will help? I dont know if they will retaliate and worsen their service? Or, theyve targeted our neighborhood for some reason. I will take my complaints to the city since they hired this vendor. Good luck and come on Trash Taxi do your J O B!

They take almost absolutely anything; they always show up. The people are really nice. I appreciate them as our trash service in the Hamptons, Auburndale, Florida.

Best place to work for.

I live in Auburndale and Trash Taxi is in charge of our recycling. On numerous occasions they simply drive down our street and only pick up cans on one side of the street. Never picking up the cans on the other side. Called the number on the can and the man said that this is an emergency line, but I will give your number to someone?? They will be in touch? My can is still sitting by the street(seminole ave) full and no one has reached out. Please remember, it is every can on the same side of the street as mine. NOT PICKED UP. The neighbors are trying to reach out as well with no response. It is very frustrating and lacks professionalism and respect. And there isnt much we can do about it. For now. Hopefully they get this worked out and improve their service.

Horrible service and I have no choice but to have them!! They always skip houses here in our neighborhood, they say we can put up to 4 trash bags out of the trash can 4 times per year but the truck driver is the most lazy employee ever he never gets the trash by the can like he should, the employees are super lazy, rude, you call to complain and they sent the trucker to pick up your cans and never bring it back, AWFUL SERVICE, WE PAY TAXES TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH...HATE THIS FREAKING COMPANY.

I live in eagle lake fl. Missed picking up my garbage on Friday morning called Friday afternoon to have garbage picked up woman said she would have garbage picked up didn’t show called every day for garbage pickup told a lie every time I called. Idiots at work would give 0 stars if I could

They took all of my trash from one can and left it on my lawn. Where am I supposed to put my trash for a week? If it was not recyclable material, why not just put it into the other trash can?

Trash Taxi is the best reason not to use Florida Refuse. They are awesome people and great service.

There is a full dumpster at the house next door to us bc of remodeling and even with Hurrican Irma fastly approaching us it still sits there. Trash taxi was called and we were told they would try to have to picked up before the hurricane hits us. Guess it doesnt really matter to yall bc its not your family and house that could be hurt!!!! No worries...I videoed the full dumpster, its location and what my house looks like so I have proof.

Very shady supervisors, truck (commercial vehicle) hit my daughters car while parked on public street, 3 employees showed up, not one called sheriff, instead they called their insurance adjuster.

Just getting trash at 645pm!! Come on get you act together! Live in the Hamptons and maybe I will start holding back my payment!

Trash pick up missed us again. Were are really stinking after TWO weeks in a row with no garage pick up. We called after 1st week they promised to come and didnt.No wonder Polk County is most thrashing looking Co. In US.

In 3 years I dont have any complaints,but this is the second time do we have to call, those guys pick the light garbage and live the trash can in the middle of the street.
