Highland office in Lakeland so unprofessional bills ins before delivering partial, the kicker is charged my ins and not only did they not deliver wasnt even an impression done so covid came in 2019 they canceled multiple appts of mine kept giving me new then say still no Dr and just cancel again, I ended up being diagnosed with breast cancer so now after surgerys and treatments radiation I call to say did you get new Dr yet that can do my partial nope so here it is 2 years later after being hung up on ins has all documentation they called with me several times to just be ignored and told cant help call corporate called corporate no answer multiple times no call backs nothing so long story short they still till this day never refined claim saying that they didnt give to me and u cant go to another dentist not even another coast dental cause they will not do it cause highland still has that they delivered it, and like I told Highland office manager forgot his name u would think I remembered it after the hundreds of calls and me going there, its right on tip of younger he shouldnt be working there and how many others did this happen to fraud dept is next I no longer care to even get the partial now learned to eat with no molars but few and even my ins said after all this I dont have to wait on coast dental to retract and return the, $$ my point is that Im sure Im not only one and the whole office should be evaluated and investigated

Today i had a cleaning with most rude, judgmental ruff person ever like i literally had tears in my eyes the whole time she was working on me the things she was saying was uncalled for.. first off jakleen mousse, rdh you don’t know my story and what i been through to now finally corrected the problem.. i cried two hours straight in my car.. mrs.stacy who works in the check out part was a doll she was very concerned bout my feelings but i couldn’t find the words to say anything and i fought hard to keep my tears in i have never been so disappointed in a care working never did a review either but that lady is awful cold hearted and only if i could get someone else to finish the work but she’s the only one in that office...EVERY OTHER EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN AMAZING BUT TODAY WAS NOT IT

After setting my appt for a cleaning. I show up fill out all the forms required and then I’m informed that they are only going to take X-rays and let me speak to a tela doc from the office!?? And have to return for my cleaning on another day! I ask why was I never informed I wouldn’t have a cleaning done today I was told our scheduling company out of the philippines does not do that. But sometime in the 5 confirmation texts and email you didn’t think to let me know that? Unacceptable disregard for my time! Oh I guess the cherry on top is I had to fill out my paperwork and wait on the front curb since patients aren’t allowed in the waiting area! Evidently the dr isn’t allowed in the building either!

If you have MCNA as your dental provider, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They will treat you subhuman. I only dealt with Angie. Super rude/disrespectful, talked to me like I was a child. Nasty attitude. It was a complete waste of a drive and visit; they should have at least checked my insurance before I showed up. Like most places do. I wouldnt have anything else to do with this place based solely on this receptionist person. I also saw them telling everyone who was leaving the office to leave a Google review. No one said that to me, but here I am.

Dr. Klaib and the staff here were amazing. Had to take my son in for what we thought was an emergency, turns out his four wisdom teeth need to come out. They were extremely helpful and gave great explanations as to why my son was in pain. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs! Oh, yeah, there was no charge for the visit!

Great experience. Its been a while since I visited a dentist and I was very nervous. Thankfully I picked the right office because everyone was very kind, thorough and accommodating. I look forward to my follow up and getting my dental health back on track. Thank you all for taking the time to address all my questions and concerns. I called Coast Dental in January 2020 to make a new patient appointment for my mother. There was nothing available until April, so we decided to keep her appointment with the dentist shes had for years and schedule the new appointment on July 2. On July 1, I was contacted by Coast Dental and advised that the office would be closed for the 4th of July holiday on 7/2 & 7/3. They apparently didnt know about the closure when I scheduled in January. So, I rescheduled for the end of July. So today, I called to confirm the appointment and to make sure that a cleaning would be included with the appointment. We didnt want to have to go back for something so basic. I was told that a cleaning would not be done because pre-authorization was needed. I confirmed with the plan that no pre-authorization would be needed and I told this to Angelique. She accused me of arguing with her, which I wasnt, and told me I could cancel if I wanted.... so thats what I did.Angelique was extremely rude. Im usually very thorough and like to know what I will be dealing with before hand. I was trying to avoid having to take additional time off from work.I have not heard good things about Coast Dental. I was told that they are charging patients a cleaning fee for cleaning between patients (due to Covid-19). GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Also, the dentist I originally scheduled with is also no longer there, and I was scheduled with a young new dentist. I would never employ such an unpleasant person like Angelique to deal with the public. She has a really bad and nasty attitude.Wish I would have not wasted so much time. Some clarification from the start would have been nice.

I took my son to Coast Dental yesterday and the staff was courteous, the assistants were thorough, and Dr. Lake was amazing! He totally connected with my son who has autism, and he gave us the good news first. :-) It was refreshing to not have to hear fear tactics in order to purchase services. I recommend Coast Dental.

I had an awesome experience at this office. I had an emergency with my wisdom tooth and actually chose the Highlands Rd office first but they did not accommodate me whatsoever. When I called the Lake Miriam office, they were willing to help me and get me in right away. Dr. Klaib was very gentle and informative. This is now my primary dentist. I posted a week ago about this office which was great!!I came back on 8/15/19..and had five teeth extracted..I am so amazed that I had no pain whatsoever the day of or afterwards and today is 8/17/19..This tells me that my Dentist is the BEST at his job!!..he took his time to do the procedure..and was very kind to my daughter who got to stay and see the procedure 😊..I have finally found My Dentist..and could not be happier...I would recommend him to anyone!!!..thanks coast dental!!Id like to also add that I did not have to use any pain killers including ibuprofen..😁💚

My experience today was awesome can’t wait for my next visit. The doc was just very informative about what we can do with my mouth,and why I was having the certain pain. Iris was very friendly as well and the front office staff was very amazing as well with making me feel very comfortable with my visit today.Just got done with another great visit. The staff and dentist at this office are amazing. They have truly gone above and beyond for my father-in-law, who I have brought in on three occasions. The front staff was helpful and quick in getting him in, the hygienists were polite, kind, and informative towards my father-in-law. The dentist, Dr Klaib, was patient and kind with treating him. I can honestly say that I would recommend this office to any family members and friends.

They took me in for an emergency procedure and I could not be happier with their services. Ms. Diane was AWESOME!!! Dr. Kalib is very kind and makes you feel very comfortable and thoroughly explains everything to you. I have found our new family dentist. You wont be disappointed if you come here.

Just let me tell you.The office staff did my review because i didnt really know how to operate my phone.I went in for dentures and the set they first fitted me with was beautiful. When I went back to pick them up they didnt fit and was too big. They called and asked for more time and I had to go out of state. They dont nor have they ever fit . Then I told them they havent delivered what they promised. Then even though its their fault they want to charge$ 35.00 each time I go for ajustment even though they never delivered what they promised. You would do good to steer away from Coast Dental. I tell everyone i know dont use them. BEWARE!!

The hours state theyre open until 7, I called before 5 to see if they were open, no answer so I drove down to see if they could fit me in for severe pain. I get there and the doors are closed and locked with the hours stating they close at 5. This website needs to be updated and so does the phone message so people are aware of the changes in hours.

I am EXTREMELY UPSET. Yesterday I had an appointment for my children in Coast Dental and I confirmed the appointment on Friday via Telephone through their call centerThe two appointments were set up for 3 and 4pm at. 4744 Florida Ave S, Lakeland, FL 33813I asked for permission at work to leave early, arrived there at 2.50pm and they told me they don’t see children there were no appointments.The receptionist with a sarcastic smile in her face said she tried calling. Which is not true because I did not register any missed calls and I confirmed on Friday 07/24Very unprofessional, impolite and upsetting the way they manage the appointments.

I just left there office and it was a very great visit. Dr. Klaib was an amazing Dr like always front office was very nice Lisa office manager was always smiling and did a very good job answering my questions. Jackie hygiene did an awesome job at hygiene. Came here and it was an amazing experience. I had a few teeth removed and it went great, no pain. Definitely the only place I will go from now on. Dr. Klaib was very professional and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced.

They do decent dental work but unfortunately most everything else is not up to par. They attempt to over charge, and when you try and speak to them it takes several calls and getting your Insurance carrier involved before an issue is resolved. Seems like big business mentality so it is really no fault of the people working there.

My children have seen most of the staff new and old. We have seen General dentist, Hygienist,oral surgeon and orthodontist. Medical staff and office are friendly, efficient and caring. I will recommend this office. We were actually a referral for the orthodontist Dr Reynolds .I didn’t think he could be easily replaced. And Dr Nguyen has been just as good. Definitely full service one stop!A drawback is waiting area is too small for all the families that come and wait. So shop at Publix, go to the Library next store or exercise at LA Fitness.

This by far is the best dentist I have been to in my life. Not only do they try their best to work with you, they are very nice and dont try and tease you for not properly maintaining your dental hygiene. They gave me a new smile and brought my confidence back. No matter where life takes me I will never go to another dentist. Ps. the hygienist team is also amazing.

Im very disappointed with the service from this office. In December of 2016 I had a few teeth fixed at the same time, which led to nearly 8 hours of dental work for a chipped tooth. It was a long day, but I was pleased with everything and everyone that day. When I went in in January to remove a temporary crown and add the permanent one, the dentist slipped with his tools and busted my lip pretty badly. Unfortunately, I had a wedding to attend that weekend with a busted lip. I decided to move past it and go in today for a routine cleaning and X-ray. However, They were out of fluoride, yet I needed to sign and pay that I received it. I was told I would not have X-rays done since Im two weeks short of their 13 month policy. I was told we would do X-rays in another 6 months, which seems like a long way to go to get an X-ray- 17 months. Not to mention I was unable to have fluoride, as their supply was low. Im giving them one more chance, and I truly hope the experience is more positive.

I came to Coast Dental for an Emergency for my Mom, Virginia Sanchez and they got her in on the same day... Dr. Klaib was so Nice and Sweet trying to speak Spanish with her to make her feel Comfortable. Iris, her assistant was so gentle while taking X-rays and she was making sure that we were taking care of us. The staff were super professional in making sure she was in understanding her treatment plan. I would recommend my family and friends anytime!!!

Dr. Klaib was very personable and his staff was friendly and courteous which made getting the dental crowns more tolerable. They were organized, took their time in administering anesthesia and did not rush during the procedure to minimize any discomfort. Jenna and the other staff members were likewise mindful of setting up a follow up schedule that met my needs and finalizing the billing quickly and efficiently. Overall a good team.

I had an appointment today with Coast Dental at the South Florida office in Lakeland and they were superb. This is my fourth visit to the office and with each time I was treated with great warmth and kindness. The visit today was about cleaning, but I have also had crowns and a tooth canal done at this office. In every case they were great. I was hesitant to use a corporate Dentist office and had issues with a competitor, but Coast Dental performed way beyond my expectations. I will be back and I want to get the word out to other friends and neighbors about my wonderful experience and would love to see them go there as well.

I was referred to this coast dental by the coast dental off Socrum Loop Rd because I was told my tooth needed to be surgically removed. The office employee called me the day prior and explained she needed my zip code to verify my Insurance, I gave it to her. She NEVER called back. The oral surgeon looked at the X-Rays that I BROUGHT in to my appointment and pretty much verified what I ALREADY KNEW. I Then was given a proposed treatment plan to remove 2 teeth. I explained only 1 was giving me an issue. I asked about the $180.00 consultation fee and was told I had to pay a minimum of $180.00 today irregardless of what I have done. Overwhelmed by the cost, I felt I was in a corner and trapped. Who has the money to waste away and walk out of $180.00? So I figured I better just have 1 tooth extracted. I asked yet AGAIN, this cost is the portion my insurance company doesnt pay, Alexandria said yes! If I had known NONE of it was covered I would have NEVER of paid what I paid. They completely took advantage of me and my money. I called around to other oral surgeons to find the price is half the cost of what I paid to coast dental!!! HALF the COST!!

Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend these incompetent buffoons to my worst enemy. They did my mothers dentures and spent 8 months doing a lousy job. She is extremely unsatisfied with the quality and fit. This place is a joke. These people should be ashamed of themselves for how they treated my mother. I am doing this review for her because she doesnt have a computer or internet. Her dentures lasted 1 1/2 years before they cracked. The place that fixed her dentures were amazed at the terrible job done by Coastal. There is no mistake. This review is for Coastal at Lake Miriam.

Went in for an emergency, I cracked my sole remaining wisdom tooth the pain was killing me! Dr. Klaib and his staff were quick to assist and, after evaluation, and realizing there was no way to save the tooth, extracted it with as little discomfort as possible. Greatly appreciated! All this was done with one day notice. Great customer service.
