Called about a tv problem I had an asked if they do anything with tcon boards. Person on the phone said something along the times of that they’d have to check it and don’t do phone service and in the middle of me saying that’s fine and I actually was interesting in someone coming out I was hung up on? I was just trying to get a general idea if this is something they could repair and I wasn’t even able to get my next sentence out! Completely unprofessional.

It’s like a cheap automated call center. Not a physical location to take your tv.
