CellFix is superior when it comes to knowing iOS (iPhone) they don’t really specialize nor have a lot of Android however my experience all five times have led to several purchases including iPhone 8 Plus,SE,11,and Apple Watches. They have excellent quality and service when it comes iPhone and products. I’ve had excellent service when it comes to replacing/ home buttons,screens,and volume issues. I definitely recommend their service.

The absolute worst! Kept my phone 6 weeks, likely stole my data, the jerk who took my phone just happens to not work there anymore, and they claimed the motherboard did not work, yet the phone was in perfect shape except for a broken on/off button when I brought it there. Batteries plus on South Florida had IT FIXED in FIVE DAYS!! Plus these bandits charged me for NOTHING!! They should all be in jail!

Not honest… This guy first tells me T-Mobile Won’t unlock the phone the same day so he could give me $50 less on my trade in. That was a lie cause 10 minutes after I traded the phone TMobile unlocked my phone, as soon as I told him the guy yells out it’s too late the deal is done ☑️ so I won’t get that extra $50 lol 😂 wow… Then he tells me the Samsung 10e came after the S10 which would make it a newer phone than the S10, that was a lie. Then I had issues date connecting to the internet, he blamed TMobile service and I took it to TMobile and they said the service is fine but the phone is just not high end like Alex from cellfix was claiming, so I purchased the S21 and Bam 💥 perfecto!!!

After a long irritating process of trying to get my home button fixed from another store who severed the cable.. I gave up and called cell fix and finally got help from Ali. He was able to help me within minutes and insisted if i had any more trouble to give him a call and he would walk me through it if i needed. Had cracks from months ago and finally dropped my iPhone 7 so hard I thought it’d be unfixable- but Aly was super cool and helpful and fixed it for way less than I would’ve paid at the Apple store or anywhere else..(also he didn’t judge me for my awful lockscreen and the fact I was dressed to go to the Renaissance Fest) would totally recommend this place to anyone (give the man a raise) thanks again !

Bought some AirPods from the store about a month ago and they have been malfunctioning and now are completely not working called to see if I can get a resolution and he says to buy more why would I buy more if the first pair you sell me had issues and then now stopped working makes 0 sense then proceed to hang up on me. Don’t recommend buying a thing out this store terrible customer service if you have any issues

They sold the screws to my phone, stole the plate that protects the chords, and put a random screen on my phone. I learned this when I took it to another place and they opened the phone in front of me and showed me.

Buyers beware! I broke my iPhone and was desperate for a replacement, so I went to them for a used iPhone 11. I purchased the phone and was told it had a clean ESN and was unlocked. They stuck my SIM card in and phone worked with the carrier I was currently with however, when I went to switch carriers they told me the phone still had a balance owed in it from Verizon Wireless. This company refused to do anything about it and I’m still stuck with the phone months later which is unable to be activated through any carrier. Essentially I was sold a stolen phone. Can’t even pay off balance from Verizon because the balance is under another person’s name. Company is very shady and will tell you anything to sell you one of their used phones.

This place gave me a used iPhone(undisclosed) for $1300! with no accessories or charger, not even a box. Then gives me a really hard time when I try to express my disappointment and get what I paid for. Still unresolved. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. It’s corona virus time we don’t need businesses taking advantage of its customers. No longer will I be a customer.

My phone got an auxiliary plug stuck inside. They got the plug out but now phone wont come on. The insurance Ive been paying for wouldnt cover it. I called and they said they did nothing wrong, it was already messed up. It was working when we took it in there!!! So no one covered it but me.

I found this place online and it was a great experience. The gentleman fixed my boyfriends note 9 in an hour. I was able to run errands while it was getting fixed. I dropped off my Galaxy S8 to have the LCD screen replaced. I was told it would be finished in a day, 2 at the most. When a day passed with no phone call I started calling to check on its status. They kept telling me it was fixed and was being delivered every time I called. First of all they never told me they were sending my phone to Tampa to be fixed! Second of all by the 4th day of me calling they said that they were just now working on it and it would be done in about 45 minutes! 5 days later I got my phone!! Plus they said they would put on a screen protector free of charge. When I went to pick it up they said would you like to buy a screen protector for $5 more dollars? I told them that they told me they would do it free of charge. They put it on. However I had to take it off because it wasnt put on correctly! All that being said my screen is fixed and working correctly, but it was a hassle!!

They were so helpful here!!!! They not only fixed my son’s phone but the reps also answered all kinds of questions that they didn’t have to answer - they were just being really nice to us and patient! Very appreciative of their excellent customer service!

I stopped in CellFix in Lakeland today and was blown away by the selection of phones and accessories. I have 3 teenage daughters. They usually buy used phones and need replacement AirPods and Apple chargers and adapters. Picked up a new pair of AirPods for less than $100. It was a wonderful find. They could not have been nicer! They were really helpful in showing me what was wrong with my phone and gave me a temporary fix that will allow me to get by until I figure out a longer solution. They were really honest about the issue (basically a jammed volume button), why they didnt want to take the risk of dismantling the phone, and they didnt even charge me. I would definitely recommend them.

Phone completely shut off and wouldn’t take a charge, googled options and found that unfortunately I’d most likely have to replace the entire phone. Went into cellFix looking over my options not thinking it could be fixed. Zach was so so awesome. Super nice, attentive, and quick with time being managed with myself and other customers. Fixed my phone in less than 10 minutes, and even explained the issue so I had some peace of mind of what was going on. Last night my husband finally told them I would just go get the refund this morning, once I got there they were trying to force me into a different phone then I originally wanted. I could tell by the way they were acting definitely was trying to take advantage that it was a female. The gentlemen did not want to have to give me my money back. After I told them I wasnt going to accept the phone they wanted me to take, they told me my refund could only be returned to the card which means I cant go anywhere for 3 days to get a phone since they have all the money pending refund. Worse experience Ive had in a long time. Females beware of going in the store they will try their best to scam you. Only way I accomplished anything was going back with my husband to get the refund. Not to mention they are selling phones telling they are brand new when in reality its actually refurbished. They actually sell phones that have even been ran over by vehicles and they just fix them in their warehouse and resell them as new phones. This is all stuff the employee told my husband. BUYER BEWARE BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
