Waller worked with me when dealing with a difficult insurance claim for a plumbing leak in my kitchen. They were very flexible in letting me pick and choose what work I wanted them to complete and what I wanted to do on my own to try and stay within my insurance limits, and also accommodating of any changes I wanted to make as things went along. The work was of excellent quality, and I would definitely use them again for other upgrades or repairs to my home.

Waller just finished a full bath remodel on an older home. This is the third project Waller has done for me. All have been within the cost estimates and they more than met my expectations. The Waller team has skilled craftsmen, who are courteous, professional and hard working. Management stayed on top of things, communicated and they were happy to work with my choices for materials and ideas, giving gentle guidance if you start to go astray. Great to have some women on the team too! Highly recommend.

I have used Wallers for 2 major projects on my home - an addition, as well as a complete kitchen/utility room remodel. Their work is high quality and everyone involved is quite knowledgeable, skilled and very easy to work with. They keep you informed every step of the way and make sure you understand the implications of every decision you make in the process - from selecting products to where/how to layout windows and lighting, etc. They make sure everything is exactly right and the way you want it to be. Cant say enough good things about this company.

We chose Waller Construction & Design Center to remodel our kitchen as it was time for a make over. Joe came over and we discussed what we had thought we would like done. He completely changed our way of thinking and we are so glad he did. We thought we would like to just paint our cabinets, he told us about refacing and changing the whole look of the kitchen. And it’s a WOW!!!Prim and Tom are by far the most courteous, hard working, competent, timely gentlemen we have had to do work in our house. Everything was cleaned up before they left for the day. Your staff actually built 2 in-house paint tents with air vents, so there were no paint fumes in our home and also helped to keep the dust to a minimum.In a period of 3 weeks we had a complete new WOW kitchen! Our project was out of town but Waller construction did not hesitate to take on the remodel after a flood. Initially the insurance company low-balled our estimate but Waller was relentless working with the insurance company to provide sufficient funds for our project. The team at Waller were always accessible and their subs were professional and respectful of our home. The supervisor on my project was amazing, extremely patient, knowledgeable and very thorough. The remodel experience was seamless and we are proud to have a built a trusting relationship with Waller Construction.

The crew came in to my home and as very efficient and clean. they protected my furniture and carpets and was done in 3 day (wow). Im so happy.

We needed several intricate bathroom safety bars installed quickly. Our layout was a bit odd. Waller Construction not only responded extremely well to the urgency but also to the design needs. Totally satisfied - a big 5 for their overall work.

Waller Construction has done several projects for us over the years. Waller handled an insurance claim for us on a commercial property after Hurricane Irma. The insurance company was low-balling us and taking forever to respond. Waller fought them every step of the way, meeting the insurance company reps at my building on numerous occasions (3 different adjusters) to prove his estimates were correct. It was frustrating dealing with the insurance company, but Waller knew what to do and how to do it, and ultimately got everything we needed. His construction team handled much of the work, did a great job, and now my building is in better shape than ever before.

Waller Construction remodeled our home twice in the last 2 years. They remodeled our master bedroom and bathroom, then remodeled our guest bathroom and sunroom. There were some scheduling delays, but the finished product was amazing. Great quality work! And they stand by their work. We had a couple of warranty issues (a couple of cracked tiles in our master bathroom shower and a leaking guest bathroom sink drain). Both issues were repaired quickly and to our satisfaction.We have received many compliments on our remodeling projects. Great job Waller! We purchased a home and wanted to update the kitchen, stairs, master bath, electrical, plumbing, and painting of interior, some minor and others major changes. Our Keller Williams Realtor along with USAA insurance highly recommend the Waller Group to us. After exploring several options we selected Waller. They were excellent in all regards with the renovation! In addition, they provided work related options and associated costs. Overall, the communications, we were not living in the area at that time, was outstanding, including timely photos, conference calls and monthly meetings. After the work was completed and we moved into the house they followed-up to be sure everything was working and we were satisfied. We had a laundry room, bathroom and small kitchen remodel on a very old home. Waller Construction was very easy to work with and reasonably priced. We had issues come up when appliances were being moved back into the house and Waller Construction resolved the issues no questions asked. We will use them in any future jobs

Waller Construction recently completed repairs to our home from damage sustained during Hurricane Irma. It was a challenge to find someone that was both able to take on a job of this size and communicate/explain the details and scope of the work that needed to be done while listening to what we wanted out of the finished work.Working with Brian Waller was great -- he had our back throughout the long process, trying to work with our homeowners insurance company as well as making the process as smooth for us as it could be. Brians employees, from our project manager to our painter, were a pleasure to work with -- professional, attentive, and straightforward.As first-time home owners, the process of getting our home fixed after extensive damage caused by Irma was a confusing and stressful ordeal. 5 months into the process we were given Waller Constructions name, and without their hard work, support, and help, we would not have been able to restore our home to anywhere near its pre-hurricane state.

Had my whole kitchen opened up and remolded. New floors, Cabinets, counter tops and much more. Work was well done and they were very helpful in guiding me to picking the right colors and getting the job done.

Had a big issue last year - showerpan failed in our master bath that penetrated the wall and leaked into our kitchen, causing some extensive damage to the wall, flooring and cabinetry. Brian and his team helped from start to finish, assessing the damage, helping us coordinate with our insurance company, and getting the work done in a cost and time effective manner. We have an older house, so there were some unexpected challenges that came up, but the Waller Construction team were unphased and did an amazing job - the finished kitchen and bathroom are fantastic and we’ve gotten a lot of compliments on both. I cannot say enough good things about the Waller team – courteous and professional, and they take pride in what they do. I would recommend the Waller Construction team without reservation and we will use their services again.

I was recommended to Waller for a pretty big job - several tens of thousands of dollars in damage on a multi-unit property due to water damage. Insurance tried to lowball us but with Wallers assistance (Brian specifically) we were able to get the value that was deserved from the insurance company. Special thanks to Cassie for being my main point of contact and keeping me in the loop the whole time as I am out of state but she made the process as smooth as possible and was very nice to work with. I highly recommend Waller and their staff and I look forward to working with them in the near future

My husband and I bought a new house last year. It was new to us but was actually about 40 years old and very outdated. Waller came in and transformed our house into our dream home! They helped us every step of the way and did a fantastic job.

Wallers help in repairing my facility after the hurricane was top notch! Highly recommended!!

We contracted with them to repair our roof and remove an area of mold which developed due to it in the ceiling. A 7-10 day, quick job. Over 2 months later, multiple other damages incurred to the home by the subcontractors AND finding out at the end of it all that they had NOT been in contact with our insurance company, we were handed a bill which left us on the hook for an additional $3000.00+ dollars. This was after they destroyed our stove by the contractors using it as a standing stool while scraping ceiling and leaving us without any way to prepare meals for 2 weeks before they brought in a very badly used stove to replace it with that barely worked and finally relenting, after many calls back, and buying a new stove. In the mean time, every meal eaten, breakfast, lunch and dinner was bought, costing, literally, $1000.00 of out of pocket expenses that were not planned for, including my 12 year old sons pre-planned party that suddenly had to be catered instead of being prepared at home as was planned.The foreman for the job left a few days after the work began to visit family in Cuba and we were left in the lurch with subcontractors who were apparently not informed about what the job was. When we called Waller, we were told hed be back in the office in 2 weeks...... Apparently nobody was there to cover for him in his absence. In the end, the job was completed, but you can still see where the 4th time repair attempt was made and does not match up to the rest of the ceiling appropriately and wall paper that was partially peeled away from the ceiling during the texture removal process that was not repaired and left separated from the wall.Then, we were threatened with legal action if we did not pay the additional $3000 that our insurance company refused to honor because they were not informed by the contractor prior to the work being performed. Since we were told by the Waller Representatives they worked Hand in Hand with our insurance company and everything would be taken care of, we did not think we needed to follow behind them to Check Up on them. The company has been around for years and has a good reputation within the community on Large projects. But, I would not ever trust them to work on something like a private property home ever again. I know they will never step foot back in my home.

They do good work but only when supervised by the home owner and you have to have a good communication with the project manager

The only appointment they showed up for was the initial consultation. The communication from the Waller contact was poor. The estimate submitted to our insurance company was incomplete. After one week of no communication we were contacted by the Waller office to inform us that the contact was no longer employed by them. We NEVER received confirmation that the mold remediation was complete but we did receive an invoice. I would NEVER recommend this company.
