I’m really disappointed with how unprofessional this company is:I called a few weeks ago to have some flooring done, the first handful of times I called, some strange prank line was answering with the grinch and I thought maybe I had the wrong number, maybe the lines got crossed or maybe a child was playing with the phone and set it up to do that. So I did an online inquiry, and finally got someone to call me.I made an appointment to have our two living rooms tiled and already bought the tile to have the job done. It’s been a few weeks and today they were suppose to come out at 8am. I never received a confirmation text or email or anything and when 9:00 rolled around I called asking when I should expect the guy to be here since I have arrangements to have my dogs out of the house for the day and the lady tells me “oh, he’s finishing up a job today but can come tomorrow” I would’ve waited around all day for nobody to show up, and I only had the arrangements for my dogs for today, plus I run my own small business and have a baby to take care of and had to put everything to the side for the flooring to be done. I wish I would’ve been contacted either over the weekend or this morning about needing to reschedule and I wish I would’ve received some kind of confirmation about the service.

They did a poor job installing tile on my back patio. Grout lines are crooked and tile is not flat enough. One of them gave my Husky, my dog some ham off a sandwich that really messed his stomach up bad.

Outstanding work ethic . Demo and construction methodically executed and completed the job without any issues. The staff and crew were professional, polite, courteous and friendly. They are experts in their field. Love my new shower.

Unprofessional. And flush with cash, I guess, to be choosing what work you will and will not do. Especially, when being unorganized and dishonest upfront.I received a quote over the phone and scheduled a date for install. I asked if their is any factors that would dramatically increase the price? She said, “No”. The night before the scheduled install, she txt me for the address and once I asked if she would also like pics, she replied, “Yes”. The night before the job?? I also had to contact her two days before the job to see if they were on schedule, ugh! The next morning the tile installer comes to my door with no tools. Seeing the job for the first time, “I will need a wet saw, so the job will not get done today”. I said okay...but you will be doing the install correct, “yes”. The scheduler now txt me over the weekend, “Sorry, I didn’t know it was tile and pattern and we underbid the job”. Can you provide any quote, now knowing it’s glass-pattern tile?...(trying to leave screenshots of convo but unable)....How unprofessional! But, did me a favor. So, I pay it forward to you! Go elsewhere.

You must avoid this company. Every aspect of my bathroom re-tiling is compromised. Crooked cuts, uneven joints, broken decorative tile are issues left unresolved. Beyond the extremely substandard workmanship, I experienced a complete lack of respect for my property from beginning to end by most employees. When confronted with issues, the owner disputes fact, denies responsibility and blames anyone she can to deflect accountability. In fact, I wouldnt be surprised to see a rebuttal of this review. I offered to settle my issues monetarily, so that repairs could be made by another contractor, since she was unable to fix these issues when they were brought to her attention. She accused me of being a person who doesnt expect to pay for everyone elses (sic) hard work. I found her to be untrustworthy, unprofessional and deceitful. Saying I am completely unsatisfied is an absolute understatement and I regret having not vetted her before hiring her.
