CBK did an excellent job for us in updating our kitchen & master bathroom. Jeremy and Doreen were easy to work with and made a number of suggestions and assisted in our choices for flooring, countertops, fixtures, etc. Dustin was assigned as our Project Supervisor and he was awesome! He kept both projects on schedule and kept us informed all along the way. All of the sub contractors they used were very professional and respectful of our property. Would not hesitate to use them again.

CKB did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel! Every worker was respectful, thorough, and capable. We could not have asked for a better project manager than we had in Dustin. He made sure we were happy every step of the way!

We used Complete Kitchen and Bath to replace our cheap countertops. The salesman (Jeremy) knew exactly what we would want after talking to us for just 30 minutes. When we ended up making our final selections they were right on point with what he said we would chose. And the quote that he gave was also right on point....no up charges or hidden fees. Dustin, our project manager, was absolutely amazing. Even when something needed to be fixed he was right on top of it. His A team of professionals were outstanding as well. They made sure that every spec of dirt was cleaned up before they left. Everyone was kind and very polite. We would highly recommend them!!

I went to the showroom to talk with a designer about a project I want to do in my home. I didnt remember the salespersons name and the lady of the front desk started the experience off with being rude that we didnt know the persons name.When we had the chance to talk with a designer he would not listed anything that I said and every time I started to say something he would interrupt me. My family was with me at the time and they were looking at me like he wont let you say anything!?! I mean no joke, every time. At one point it almost got to be funny where I would start to say something just to hear him interrupt me.I have not used this company but I would recommend finding somebody who would listen to their customers.

Complete Kitchen and Bath renovated my bathrooms and kitchen and did a superb job! All of the workers were polite and informative as well as clean. At first everything was great from quote to picking out materials for the kitchen remodeling. John at the granite shop was awesome. The project manager Vince was great. All work was completed in a timely manner but there was a cabinet door that was scratched that Vince and Josh was aware of. Six months later the damaged door was to be replaced several times and each time was either wrong door or damaged. I reached out to both owners after I received an email that they wanted the final payment. I advised that the damaged door still wasn’t replaced and I didn’t have a final walk through or cleaning. Both owners, which are brothers, one said he would get with the other when I asked for an adjustment due to the time frame and items that were not completed. They kept saying they had to talk to the other instead of just biting the bullet and adjusting the bill. They said Vince wasn’t aware of damaged door which is not true since he was here when I pointed out the damage. In six months the grout was cracking. Job is done but I expected more customer service by the owners. I had a master bathroom that I wanted to have done but certainly they WON’T be doing that job.

We were there to get a idea of what we wanted to use for the remodel of our master bath. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, they took plenty of time to help us with our selection. I would recommend them to anyone who plans to redo a kitchen or bath.

John and his team were a delight to work with. We did a complete home remodel down to the studs. Literally doing everything, we dealt with many, many, companies and vendors. They were hands down the best. John was so knowledgeable and patient. Everyone showed up and did what they were supposed to with no complications. Highly recommend.

They never gave a estimate or called again

We used CKB to install new countertops in our kitchen and we couldnt be happier with the result! Customer service was phenomenal, John was very upfront and professional and didnt try to pressure us into anything. He listened to our vision and when we arrived to pick out our slab he guided us straight to the color scheme we were going for. We picked a gorgeous dolomite slab and were informed how to properly care for it and it was installed within a week for a very affordale price.Our kitchen looks gorgeous and we plan to return for flooring.

The business practices I experienced while dealing with Complete Kitchen and Bath were disappointing, to say the least. The initial sales consultation was great, the salesman(who no longer works there) was personable and informative and gave us bid proposal. A few days later we went in to sign the contract and the bid proposal had jumped more than $600. That was a red flag, but the salesman told me that he had bumped the countertops from a group 2 up to a group 4 price so we wouldnt receive sticker shock when we made our selection, but assured us that if we selected a group 2 countertop, that they would adjust the price back down to the original proposal price. Well, you guessed it, we chose a group 2 countertop and they tried to charge us even MORE than the contract price we agreed to. One of the owners DID agree to take back the excess tile that was not used on the job and give us credit for it, but would not stand behind his employees word, and credit us the $600 we requested. By the way, I sent him a copy of the original bid proposal showing the price difference, and he only offered me a slight credit for the group 2 selection we made. Other problems we experienced were, but not limited to, a severe lack of project management, sub-standard work from sub-contractors(see pictures), and they changed the geometry of the shower entrance without asking us if that was okay.In short, I would not use them again, and I hope this review helps you make an informed decision about who youll hire to remodel your kitchen or bath. (Photos show: vanity doors hit the door frame and wont open fully, wavy drywall that was NOT like that before, and wavy, recessed unprofessional looking accent tile.)

Showroom with lots of very nice kitchen and bath countertops, tile, and flooring options. The one on South Florida Rd is not the main design center. But they had many options to get ideas from. I came in to browse. The representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Make appointment for one on one attention.

Never received call back with quote for counter tops

We just completed a remodel of our kitchen. They did a fantastic job. From price to completion everything was stress free. Everyone with the company was professional and cared that my wife was happy with the final product. They went out of their way to take care of even the small details. Thank you to Josh! Great job!!!

For top quality flooring and beautiful granite counter tops and all at a very reasonable price. The workers are friendly and listen to what your saying and feel almost like your talking to good friends. The sales people were not pushy and again listened to what you wanted and tried their best to make it happen. John was our sales person for the granite and Jeremy was the floor sales person they were always available and pleasant. Both really nice guys. Every person in there company from their designer to the people who put the floors and granite in were reliable, worked hard at a great pace and communicated every step of the way so we were always aware of what was going on. We never had any suprises. We are very pleased with the whole company and would recommend them to anyone. And will use them again if ever we have the need.

From the first phone call to the completed job they were professional, pleasant, and always on time. They are great communicators. I picked a “ difficult to work with” granite for my countertops and they knew exactly what to do with it. They fabricated and installed within one week. It is beautiful. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

An outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. Ours was a total remodel from the floor up and every aspect of the job went smoothly. It was accomplished on time and at a fair price. We had our complete kitchen remodeled along with a bathroom and new flooring in every room except the bedrooms. We moved out during the process but I was there a lot. I was impressed throughout the entire process. Their work was excellent and I really appreciated the ideas they gave me. They proved to be well worth the expense.

Complete Kitchen & Bath put Granite in out kitchen and it looks great. They did great at running the pattern together. Everyone has commented how good it looks. I have friends that after seeing the work they did chose to go with them for their kitchen.

Went in on Monday, picked everything out, cabinets, backsplash, countertops to be called by Jonathan, the owner.Called again Tuesday and Wednesday. No return phone call. My time is important as well. Dont waste valuable time with this company, clearly they dont need or want the business!

We worked with Complete Kitchen and Bath for Kitchen Countertops. We went with Quartz from their own fab shop. We have mixed feelings on this company and the overall project. We selected them knowing their quote was the most expensive (so make sure you get other bids) but we did this because we wanted the job done right without any extra frustration with the end result. So, on one hand the craftsmanship of the countertop is amazingly good - material is nice and the angles and such that were cut are really, really good. On the other hand however, the scheduling was really poor (amazingly bad over several days), the follow-up and follow-through was virtually non-existent and the sales rep I worked with is just well...rude. I invited him to come look at what I believe is an installation issue but instead he chose to remind me that my husband had agreed to handle the trim work. So, I think in the end it is important to select a good quality material and an installer that you can communicate with but I no longer believe that the outcome of this project was worth paying this company a premium to do it. As a result, I would not recommend this company to friends and family unfortunately.

Im a bit unhappy. I dropped over $1500 on 2 bathroom vanities counter tops but had to do them on two different dates because the bathrooms were being remodeled on two different dates. I got charged an extra $100 for the second visit on top of the $1500. I get it, I required a second visit, but I think $1500 should have been enough to cover the extra 2 hours it took on the second visit. Im feeling a bit nickeled and dimed and I dont like that. I will not use them on my kitchen counters, I hope the $100 was worth it.

I will never let these people do anything else in my house they are nothing but liars. The paint in the bathroom is chipping away there is corner place that was never painted. They used the wrong ceiling paint and they got paint on living room ceiling and when I told them about it the answer I got was I cant see it. The old man lied to my wife about several things that I know can be done. Dont waste your money here. A one star is too muchWorst place to do business with the master bedroom different color paint. Do yourself a favor go out of business

We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen remodel. Compared to some of the larger remodels that Complete Kitchen normally does, ours was on the smaller side. But it completely transformed our home. It still amazes me every morning when I walk into the kitchen that this is my kitchen. Jonathan and his crew are such professionals and “perfectionists”. They each had their specialty area of the reno and took pride in doing a job that we could be proud of. Great selection and service.

The staff are rude. We had so many instances where the staff was dismissive, insulting, combative. When we brought this to the owner he was defensive of the bad behavior his staff exhibited even though it shocked him. They do not deliver on what they promise. The workers showed up to our house and walked right in, no knocking on the door happened until I requested it, they defended barging in by stating it was a construction site. I had to point out it was a residential house and I and my family live here so please knock on the door when you arrive in the future. No project management exists, you wind up doing that yourself but yes they will still charge you for it, even when they fire the person who failed to do their proj. Mgmt job. Overpriced for the quality. The staff at the stone yard are professional and treat customers with respect and are great to work with, its a shame they are under the same company name. Besides all that, they were supposed to include undercounted lighting which was discussed multiple times with them, when it came down to it, they acknowledged it was supposed to be included but they didnt have the ability to provide that anymore as their electrician they contracted with was no longer available and we would have to get materials & hire electrician ourselves (no they didnt decrease the price because of this) yes we did it ourselves. All the cabinet doors were installed with stripped out screws -- so adjusting them after they left has been pain in the neck. They brought & installed wrong crown molding too oversized for the cabinets. Yes I told them about it right away, they were argumentative and defensive-- so after having them fight me on everything and being treated so badly, I decided I would live with the wierd crown molding- not worth the fight anymore! Ill replace it later.
