Awful experience. I am a big guy and she couldnt line the chair and the bowl right to wash my hair. Then I had to ask to get it rinsed. She thought a one spray would be good. I made her rinse it good. Hair was NOT WASHED. NOT A GOOD VISIT. NOT MT FIRST TIME THERE.

Affordable, quick, and easy. They keep a record of how I like my haircut, and they are able to cut it that way consistently even if another stylist has to cut it.

Took my fiance for hair cut & beard trim. He was refused beard trim due to covid, while all other barber shops have no issues trimming beards. We were not told this before appt. Therefore 23.00 is high price just for a 5min head buzz! Will not come here again. Its all female working. Perhaps they rather not deal with beards.

I got charged twice for a beard trim and I asked why and she told me its 8 dollars for every 5 minutes it may have tooken her 7 minutes at best but 16 dollars to trim a beard to me is highway robbery

Walked in 10 mins before closing and was told that salon was closed and told that neither of the 2 ladies could cut my hair because they were closed . Sign was still on saying open it was 7:20pm store closes at 7:30 and was basically told to go away . Total disappointment because I get my hair cut at all Sportclips nationwide .

Ive been going to the same barber for years. We just moved and its too far for me to travel to see him. I have seen advertisements and heard great things of the Sports Clips chain. This location, and my stylist Priscilla specifically, were on point. She asked what I usually do with my hair and then got right to it. She was done exceptionally fast and the cut was spectacular. I was very nervous going in but was so pleasantly surprised when I was finished.

The lady was very precise with my hair and knew a lot about hair.

I had a dinner to go to and didnt have time to wait in line for the place I usually go to. Since I was in a rush I decided to pick the first available hair cutter. Sue was the one who cut me. She asked what I wanted and I said my head bald and my beard trimmed. She started with the beard and and used a trimmer which was fine. She then asked where I wanted the neckline I told her to keep it where it was and she proceeded to use a trimmer she later claimed was new and decided to attack my neck. I told her it hurt and she continued until she was done. Immediately after but apparently not during she noticed that she had done quite a bit of damage to my neck and her first response was to blame me and claim youre so sensitive. No Ive had many haircuts and beard trims and no one has every cut me that bad. She put some moisturizer on and tried to get a different trimmer but I said forget it, Ill take care of the beard at home. She proceeded to simply use the trimmer on my head and then claim she was done. That is not bald but I was afraid of what would happen to my head if she tried to actually cut it. I was paying for mine and my brothers haircut and she said it was $40. She was charging me full price for slaughtering my neck and not even completing a simple haircut. I didnt say anything at the time because I needed to fix her mess quick. Terrible haircutter and even worse customer service.

In the past Sports Clips has been somewhat convenient when my regular barber has been too busy. However this past weekend my two year old son and I went in for a trim. The service was actually quick considering the amount of people that were inside. The lady cutting my sons hair was very nice and kept him occupied but this is where things ended. I was offered a chair two booths down so that I could get my cut at the same time. My hair cut was quickly performed and with the product she put in my hair I could not tell it was uneven in some parts. I almost the whole was given a sales pitch for product not only for myself but for my daughter at home to help prevent head lice. My sons hair was butchered and I will post a picture to show the result, his neckline was trimmed super high! I will not be returning to Sports Clips.

Ive been getting my haircut there for almost a year now. I would recommend finding a stylist you like and sticking with them. They make the extra effort to remember who you are buy actually leaving notes in their computer about your haircut. I always use Roxanne Brown. I even brought my wife to see her and as skeptical as my wife was about this place cutting womens hair and as picky as she can be about her hair, she was very happy with the results. If you got time, treat yourself to the MVP treatment. Its worth the few extra dollars.

Both my son and I went there because of a coupon we received in the mail. The atmosphere was great. Jessica was wonderful and did a great job with my hair. They made me feel well taken care of. A bit pricey, but worth it.

If you have a beard then avoid sport clips.During my last visit I was charged $14 just to trim my beard.$7 per 5 minutes they told me.Thats ridiculous!I had no idea this rate was their new policy.Lots of turnover. Lots of new faces.Your hair cut quality simply depends upon who you get.

I waited for 1 hour, and not one hair stylist said a word. The check in board quoted 30 min wait, but I waited 1 hour. I left after being quoted another 30 min, despite watching a stylist sitting around and dancing in the cutting area. Worst service Ive ever seen.I left and went to xclusive cuts. My son had a much nicer cut and the wait time was accurate.

This place is pretty cool they have TVs throughout the entire place and the barbers there are nice .also its a good place if you like sports to catch up on them as well you get a hot towel and a neck message.

Good service nice cut but people with the ap can bump you in line which is bs. I literally nearly walked out because of this. Yea schedule from phone cool but not if you walk in. Havent been back probably wont getting pushed back in line sucks.

I really enjoy the atmosphere and the products that are recommended to me are a good quality. The service is great I feel that when I get signed in and wait to be called back isn’t bad. I feel like I have the best person taking care of me and I trust her to do her best.

Prior to the haircut, I mentioned I only wanted a quick rinse following the cut; the employee seemed amiable at the time and we began without further preamble. Later, when she started to provide un-requested services (feet up, vibrating chair enabled) in the rinse-room and I re-asserted my interest only in the rinse, she told me she was unable to provide just the rinse as a matter of company policy.Ive been to this location several times, sometimes requesting the MVP, and other times just the haircut and rinse; this is the first time Ive been told of any company policy to this effect, and the employee expressed it has been long-standing. As I wanted to get the clipper fuzz out of my hair, I elected to continue this time. However, as a result of the experience and the poor quality of service on this trip, I will not return to Sport Clips, nor will I recommend them to any of my friends.The wait time was average and as-expected, but the haircut was unacceptably poor after I had a chance to look at home, and I have updated this review to reflect that.

Since being back in Lakeland it has been rough trying to find good Barbers around here. Well I thought to check this place out and I had a horrible experience. Beginning was great, but towards the middle to end got worse. I hate complaining, but hair is important. Every bit of the top of my hair is uneven and the fade on the sides close to the top was barely touched and uneven as well. I walked out almost in tears because Im hard on my looks to begin with. After the shampoo he went back to cut more of my hair on top but didnt even put the cover over me so hair was all over my face still when I left, plus my shorts and shirt. The ladies were friendly, but Im sorry Dante Im very upset with my cut and paid for something I had to go back home and Ill my fiance to fix the top because of how horribly uneven it is.

Been to the Sports clips back home and always had a great experience there, and i was a little unsure going to anywhere other than my stylist back in Las Vegas. Set up a appointment with Priscila and she did an awesome job with my haircut. I was extremely impressed with the cut, and Vip Experience she gave me. Ill definitely be coming back to see her the next time. Highly recommend anyone who is unsure where to go that is new to the area to stop in and see the ladies here to clean ya up..

Haircut was okay, service wasnt terrible but wasnt great. The worst part was all of the kids running around. My barber had to stop a couple of times to get kids to quit climbing on furniture. They even have a sign in the front that says kids arent allowed in the back, but the staff refuses to enforce it.It is a shame, I would love to have a good hair place oriented towards adult males in the area.

Absolutely horrific, lady ruined my hair. I asked for a simple light scissor trim on the top with a #1 around the sides and back, no fade or anything, just a plain and simple haircut. The first thing she does is grab the razor meant for the sides and run it straight over the top of my head. After realizing she messed up she had to give me a buzz cut to make it even look semi decent which believe me I look ridiculous, cant believe it. Dont go here please its genuinely terrible. If you do choose to go here the womens name was Angela dont see her if you enjoy your hair. Please take these reviews seriously I didnt and it cost me.

I love the online sign in: its super easy, convenient, and lets you know an approximate wait time, and which stylists are on staff. Also, I love that they carry great product, including the tea tree shampoo/ conditioner sets. Also, I wanna give a huge shout out to Leanne S (my 3 year olds stylist), Shanel, Angela, and Sharina. Those ladies are absolutely AMAZING!! My son, usually a perfect angel since his first haircut, recently got nicked in the ear by my husband when we attempted to trim his hair, at home... well, my husband cut his ear, and now hes deathly afraid of anyone touching his head. Right when we sat my son down, I forewarned Leanne. As soon as he realized what was happening, he threw the biggest, most embarrassing, tantrum. The four of those ladies took control, danced and sang their heart out, and coddled my son in order to get his hair cut. THANK YOU!!! You guys went above and beyond!!!

On my first visit, the stylist was rushed, didnt listen and cut my hair much shorter than I had wanted. I filled out a survey and they sent me a coupon for another haircut.Today, I signed in online, was given a time to show up of 1:39PM. I showed up at 1:41PM and was told by the manager that Id have to get in the back of the line and wait 45 minutes.Terrible customer service.

The MVP is the best

When I got my last haircut, I asked the lady, I wanted something short and clean. The style was up to her discretion. (Like most hair stylists love that, they get to be creative.) The lady that cut my hair, cut it short on top, buzzed the sides, which I was okay with, and said that her job was done, and that the styling needed to be done by me. First time anyone has said that ever. Pure laziness, and the cut was sloppily done.

My grandson got his haircut by a imbecile who cut a big bald spot in the back of his head! The manager stepped in to correct it and his hair is all uneven in the front and sides. Its picture day at school next week and his hair looks like crap! I wish I had been there when it happened. Somebody needed to have their butt chewed out!

Have no choice but to rate 1 star but I rate them a 0. My 14 year old son came in and got his hair cut. He came out and I took him right back in and asked them to fix it because I did not like it and was told I would have to pay full price $21.00. What??? Never in my life have I had this happen.
