Gave this business a try last year and the experience was not very good. The prices advertised were not the prices charged. The staff was very friendly and the cuts were pretty good. Decided to give them a try again this year, and lo and behold the price that I confirmed from the wall IN THE SHOP with the barber was not the price quoted after the job was done. The ONLY good thing about this shop in my opinion, was the barber Alex who did an awesome job on the cut and the customer service to one of the members in my party. Great job Alex! Other than that WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT GO BACK.

Awesome experience! Alex took my appointment, and totally transformed me back to pre-covid! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional! I opted for thePerfect Cut which includes a beard trim. Talk about spot on! Ive never had my beard look this cleaned up and defined! Very nice clean shop, easily accessible from 98N. Kudos to Alex! I will be back!

Wasnt all that great the guy who cut my hair pretty much choked me with the neck thing it was so tight. When it came time to do my edge up I was rushed out with a decent fade. Wont be going back. Would rather cut my own....

Javi and all them damn good barbers... BUT its true what they say dont trust the dude in the first seat. (Bold dude) My fade was off & wasnt blended well.

Wait time was about 1 1/2 hours. Another 1 1/2 for a simple fade with a part. I dont mind waiting for a good haircut, what made me rate this place 1 star was because the guy clipped my ear. I was bleeding perfusly and their idea of stopping it was putting baby powder on it. Which just made it burn and hurt more. I wish I could just forget this experience but this battle wound is already scarring. Worst part is they charged me 30$ for this. Dont waste your time here.

My boys always love thier cuts. Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Most importantly its kept clean.Its usually a very long wait during peak times 45 min to 2hours but its so worth the wait!Avoid that by coming during the not so busy time frames.

Be prepared to wait a long time. I went there twice and the first time I was waiting for about 40 minutes, the haircut took another 20 minutes(no beard trim just trimmer on the sides and scissors on top). Second time I came I left after waiting for one hour and during the entire time only 1 person that was waiting got on a chair. If you want a simple cut this is not the place to go.

It was one of my worst experience at the barbershop. They made me wait for a long time about 2 hours and then they said we are close without cutting my hair. When I confronted to owner about making me wait and not cutting my hair, owner started talking very rudely to me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give 0 stars I would give them 0 stars. Props to Damien at the shop. Great cut. This was an emergency situation and i was super nervous using a different Barber. Nothing but great service. This was a boys haircut and it turned out very nice. Wait time was long but nothing uncommen in busy Barber shops. Shop was clean from what i could tell. Atmosphere was relaxed. Gentlemen were friendly.Ive read other reviews stating that customer service was lacking unless you were puerto rican or part of the in crowd. Im white and I have never been here before. I was not treated any different than any other customer in the store.If i ever need another emergency hair cut this will be my go to place.Thank You.

Love this place. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted. And to leave hooked up, was a Bonus!! Excellent customer service!!!

I gave my business to Manny(the owner) here at perfect cuts for a few months, the haircut itself isnt the problem although its just ok not great. Mannys customer service is awful unless youre Puerto Rican in which then you get great treatment. He always runs late, or gives your appointment time away within minutes of the appointment time. He always makes you wait. If he cuts your hair right before lunch he will rush through your cut. If you are going to use this place go to his brother Javier who does a better cut and gives good customer service as he cut my kids hair. Overall Id avoid this place if you arent in the clique with them.

1st Barber was great. 2nd barber sucked, nearly scalped me trying to rush me out in 5 min giving me the college special so it depends on the Barber. This is really an Appointment only place and all the Clients and Barbers were spanish and all got way better cuts and attention to detail. I think the 2nd Barber was the Owner but I dont know. Pretty smug unprofessional youth type. I get the vibe that they prefer spanish clients. Plenty of other Barbers out there who will not curb you. Im out of there. 5 stars only because the 1st Barber was superb. Racist 2nd Barber in my opinion. Just look at the names vs reviews here. Says it all. I watched a spanish 4 year old get a 20 min cut. Also the Barber just assumed a tip without me giving an ok. I just got the out of there. The 1st Barber was a tall guy with a pony tail so he is the one to go to. Note below the incredible dense response to a customer. So he gives an EXCUSE for giving a bad cut. A Professional NEVER gives a bad cut. If the client misses an appointment bump him dont be stupid enough to put your name on a bad cut. Need to bump up that IQ and read more about business. This is what you get for screwing some customers another bad review.

Place didnt open till 9:22am when its supposed to be open at 9am. Only two barbers were available both days they had appointments but took two walk-in. Waited for an hour and they both said they were to busy to take me on for a cut. Been here I. The past and this is by far the worst experience at this barber shop.
