I have three sons and also my husband that go to this barbershop. I can say it’s one of the best barbershops I’ve ever been to. It’s good enough that I drive from Winter Haven to Lakeland just to bring my boys to get their cuts. The barbers are all friendly and the customer service is on point. I make their appointments and there is no waiting. The barbers are always professional and Santi always leaves my boys looking clean and handsome.

It has been my barbershop for the last year or so... Good service, it does open every day. Walk ins, welcome.

My first experience was amazing but its only gone downhill from there. I was told cut and shave was $25 but each barber asks for different amounts. Ive been told $25-40.Got there early one Saturday to see employees flying into the parking lot late only to take the upfront parking for other customers.Went there one Friday afternoon and even though there was only 2 names on the sign in sheet in front of me, I had to wait for 6 total people because they didnt know to sign in despite the sign thats days SIGN IN at the front. The whole time Im waiting, an employee is drinking Hennessey and playing ps5 on property in his day off (told to me by other employees).Radio in the shop was so loud that day I was yelling just to talk to my barber; who proceeded to charge me $35 for only a cut and convinced me not to shave and grow a beard.This went from a good barber shop to a 3 ring circus for them to hang out fast. Now I see why barbers come and go quickly here.

At the barbershop there was a young man by the name of Joshua. He did an excellent job with me my son and my 2-year-old grandson thank you so much Joshua we definitely will come back to you.

They take the time to attend to all the small details, do a very nice clean job. I came without an appointment they were busy but I didnt have to wait long, my barber was friendly and professional

It was quick to get seated, good haircut, but little pricey for lining the beard without shaving. (Shaving wasnt offered)

I was a walk in on a weekend and very particular with my hair and New to the area. With a short wait I was taken care of by Jesus, he did an amazing job. My son got a cut too and he was very happy, its now the only place we can go.

Ryan hooked ne up. Been looking for a barber because I just moved here and he hooked me up. Went above and beyond too, with eyebrow and nose hair trimmimg, I never did these before but those small details were dope, even gave me a face massage. Got my fro cut with fade on the back and sides, line was crispy. I definitely recommend him if you go

Everyone is organized with their clients & work station. They were happy to be there & focused on their clients. Comfortable seating in the wait area. Their app makes it easy to set appointments. Very professional but not uptight. Jesus has been my go to barber for both of my boys.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by baker for years and he always does an exceptional job. He can do it all. I’ve had him do low fades, high fades, comb overs, designs and each one has came out perfect!! Every time I walk Into the shop everyone is friendly and polite. They make sure to keep it clean and professional at all times. If you need a fresh cut I highly recommend this spot!!!

First time going here, I read the reviews on here and I can personally say I was blown away about a barbershop with 100% good reviews. I chose to try it, I walked-in and soon as I entered I was greeted then promptly sat down to a barber named Edwin, a very professional and charismatic person. Now personally I dont have much hair for a nice style due to unforgiving genetics but Thankfully Edwin managed to create such an amazing style out of what I did have to work with and I feel confident and happy with the results. I do plan to head here from now on and request for him during my appointments. Environment here was very welcoming and I would recommend anyone to head to this barbershop and try with any of the amazingly talented individuals to find the right one for you, as for me Edwin will be my barber, I am very thankful to have gone to this barbershop.

Staff here is very friendly. They always say hi to you when you come in so you know youve been acknowledged and not ignored. Ive never had an issue with wait time here with the amount of staff they have. I recommend going to Joseph for a sharp fade. He does some clean work. Although sometimes its too sharp and clean that its making my hair grow back super fast. If you wanna save some trips to the barbershop you should add some hard gel or putty to your hair before you get a cut. Maybe itll dull his tools down enough to slow the growth. Its worth a try...

Smooth has joined forces with Franchise and the atmosphere is electric. I was looking for a barber to shape my beard and Ricky was recommended to me through others at our local gym. (Beards are sacred) I havent been to another barber since. Javier in Rickys absence took great care of my hair as well and I can say that this shop has some serious talent in it. If you want a seamless fade this is the place to go. Congratulations on the fresh facility and keep up the quality work.

I made an appointment with this barber (artist) Edwin Uzhca and he got me in the chair right on time, very professional, easy to talk to, very down to earth guy. I explained what I wanted and he nailed it perfectly and very time efficient for everything that he done. He got me in and out just like I needed and still done a very clean professional job. I booked an appointment with Joseph for a haircut and design. I called him and told him I would be like 10 mins late because I was waiting for a uber. He told me he would place with me someone else, I guess he didn’t want to do it for me, I wasn’t giving any real reason. I showed the guy I think his name was Edward/Edwin. Something like that. I wanted some of my hair taken off and not too much, but I think he didn’t really understand the look I had in mind, I also noticed when he was shaving it, I had like a bald spot which he was able to create a heart design with a line. But I can tell there’s like a patch missing. The design isn’t ugly at all it’s decent m. But I don’t think my Vision was bought to life. I’m a female and I wanted the cut to me more feminine I’m not sure if I will ever come back because If I booked an appointment with someone they should tell me they can’t do it, or send me to someone who they know can handle my needs just a well as they would.

Franchise barbershop has a great family friendly atmosphere. The barbershop is clean and well put together. Everyone there is nice and welcoming, especially Julio. For years my brother has always hated getting a hair cut because he never gets what he wants or the barber cuts him to much. Julio has taken his time with my brother and always gives him what he wants or something better. He lets you know what will look good on you, I can honestly say I recommend him. You will not regret it.

The barber shop was convenient I didn’t have to wait long. The barber that cut my hair did a really great job he didn’t rush, took his time. I recommend checking out Edwin really cool guy and a great barber.

We rushed all the way to Lakeland, walked in the shop and they refused us service at 7:30PM. Tried calling the number listed on the internet and it was useless. No where list where must be in shop by a certain time. Sadly, we sat and watched them locked the doors after they dismissed us. Felt like we were refused service because we were the only people of color and the only ones had to leave.

Was kind of skeptical like the others with this being nothing but five star reviews. But they did not disappoint. Came in at 12, they had eight barbers working and there was no wait. Jesus took care of me and did a great job! Just moved here from north Georgia and do believe I found my new place for my haircuts.

Barbershop environment was very clean and welcoming!! Jesus cut my son’s hair and he did an amazing job!! He is clean, dedicated and patient with children!!! He also did my eyebrows and they look sharp and on point, something that women always fear is someone doing their eyebrows and end up looking bad, well jesus did an amazing job and I’m happy I gave him the chance to show me his skills!! My 6 year old son hates haircuts but I took him to Franchise last weekend and the staff was friendly. They made him feel comfortable and there was entertainment for him while he got a haircut. The wait time was reasonable and the shop was clean. I will definitely be bringing him back soon.

They have great hours, and a dozen(ish) barbers that are all incredibly talented and detail oriented. My guy Javier, who works here, always ensures you look crispy and clean before you leave his chair, great edges, fades, military cuts, etc. Never have I ever had a bad cut from him.Overall staff is great, the music and tvs being played is awesome. And they have a selection of quality products if you so desire to purchase those as well.
