Great place to get your car fixed

I was recommended to Chucks garage, and I couldnt have been happier. First time was an unplanned fix. They fit me and gave me excellent timely service. I then brought my car back to have a once over, (was told by someone else I needed struts and shocks...no I didnt ) But I did need back brakes like now !!!...which made sense as I had never had then done since I bought my car. They were honest and fair, priced right. Would highly recommend and I since have. Going back to have my front brakes done as well...Thanks guys !!!

Chuck and his crew are absolutely fantastic. In a world where you cant trust mechanics I absolutely trust Chucks garage. Blew my motor. He went through my options and Ultimately I decided to put a new motor in it. I bought the motor had it shipped to shop. While working on my car they found a few things like hole in exhaust. Got it all fixed. Runs fantastic. Saved about $2000 overall from what Dodge wanted me to pay for motor and labor. I will absolutely go there for all of my mechanic work.

I recently had the opportunity to meet Chuck and his team and would 10/10 recommend. As a female, it can be hard to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic that doesn’t want to rip you off because they “think you don’t know any better.” (Sad but it happens 😔) I was quoted $1,200 for a new ac compressor by another shop that I thought I could trust. (They didn’t know when I bought the car, that I was told the compressor was recently replaced) When given the information for who replaced the compressor previously, it was Chuck. While the warranty was non transferable, and understandably so, he still went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on. He did a compressor test to make sure it was still good, and it was. He was actually able to get my ac back to ice cold for less than a 10th what the other shop quoted!! I even had an issue right after I left with a valve sticking. When I called him, he said no problem, just bring it back. He pinpointed the issue right away from knowing what he did! Got me right in the very next day and made sure it was perfect before I left. They even have a clean and comfortable air conditioned office where you can wait if you want. Overall great experience! This shop is affordable and trustworthy. They definitely take pride in what they are doing and operate from integrity and honesty! Like I said 10/10 would recommend for quality work, professionalism, attention to detail, and prompt service! Thanks so much for making my stressful experience turn out A okay! Will be recommending this business to anyone who needs quality auto repairs at an affordable price!!!

What a pleasant experience ! Im and 82 yr old woman walking with a cane due to a recent fall and Chuck made it so easy to get in and out.My 1994 car needed a front end alignment and it was done painlessly in 90 minutes and at a reasonable price. Ive recently lost my old mechanic so will be going to Chucks from now on. Highly recommend.

Very great service. Super friendly. Had a repair that was made, and it had to be redone. Was redone with no issues and even reciever a card for a free oil change next time. Great business, will be coming back here.

I had to make this review and let others know about Chucks Garage and the owner Chuck.. I moved here (Lakeland, FL) 5 months ago and last month I seen a leak from my vehicle. I observed it and my husband suggested I get it looked at. Not knowing anyone here and having resources I reached out to a fb group Im in. The young lady Michelle recommended I take my vehicle to Chuck..I called and spoke with Chuck about the issue I was having, and since COVID19 was active we agreed to make an appt for later in April. I brought my vehicle to Chuck on 4/29/20, oh and not to mention he asked if I was close by to get me a ride back home, talk about 5🌟 customer service!! Chuck called me back later that day regarding his findings. His price was VERY REASONABLE, FAIR, and he even took pictures of the issue I wasnt aware that I had.I had a mechanic back in VA for 9 years. So moving to another state its hard to find honest people that wont drain your pockets and take advantage of you. One thing I can say about Chuck is that he was honest and trustworthy to me from the beginning. I now have a new mechanic that Im very happy with. This is literally the epitome of doing what you love and it shows. Chuck started his garage because he loves to work on cars and what better way to spend your day than getting paid to do just that.His rates are the cheapest in town and the work is amazing. I even had some of my own parts (spark plugs, wires, distributor cap) to do a tune up. I gave them to him to perform the work and he didnt do the usual things do and charge an increased labor rate since they did not provide the part.Super knowledgeable, super friendly, great rates and even better service. You will not be dissatisfied with Chucks Garage.

My daughters truck needed a new alternator. He took the truck in around noon or maybe a bit later, and it was done before 5pm. You cant beat that for service. Clean shop and very friendly. We are definitely bringing all our vehicles here.

Im from Ohio and was recently in Florida when my cars AC stopped working. Being from out of town I had no idea of where to take it for repair or who I could trust. After a short drive up the street I see Chucks Garage sitting off the road with a sign saying AC Service. Based on the other posts I read, I stopped in. Chuck informed me he could check the system for no charge, $75 if he had to recharge the system, and would call before doing any other work. He also advised me that he could work around my schedule of needing the car to get to the airport.I take the vehicle in the next day at 8am. By 10am Chuck calls and informs me that the compressor is bad. His estimate is only $8 above the lowest estimate I found when I googled how much it should cost. I had him do the work. At 2pm I get the call that the car is ready. When I go to pick up the car, Chuck tells me there was less work than he thought and charges $80 less. Thats right I said less. Thats a first. He could have charged the me the price he quoted me and I would have never know the difference. You dont do that unless you are an honest person. I would not only say that Chuck is an honest businessman, but his prices are fair and he does excellent work. I would highly recommend Chucks Garage for all your vehicle repairs

Not doing a test drive on vehicles that they say are completed and when it’s not working properly they’re just fixing it whenever they get done with paying jobs.

I highly recommend Chuck! My vehicle needed work and I got an estimate from a national chain that I had used several times before. They quoted me $1000 for a faulty part. I took it to Chuck and it was not that part at all. It was something much less. I was out the door $170 which included an oil change. My vehicle is running beautifully. I am now recommending him to everyone!
