Had a leaky fridge and called John in the morning and he came to fix it that afternoon. He repaired the fridge on the spot and gave me a great price. My husband and I are small business owners who service people and we support other small businesses as well. My refrigerator water dispenser stopped working. I called John and explained this to him. He suggested removing the filter and trying the dispenser. It was a clogged filter - it doesnt get easier than that ! Excellent friendly service ! Thanks John !

John has serviced appliances in our home many times in the past, always giving us great customer service, this time was no exception (repaired the compressor switch on our Whirlpool refrigerator). He works quickly and efficiently, always having the parts on hand needed to make the repair right then. We placed the service call at 8:00am and he arrived 2 hours later. John shares his knowledge and advice on appliance maintenance with patience and even though he isnt here long, he always makes us laugh. Dont listen to the last review, these guys are great. They might not work on everything but they are very knowledgeable and experienced. Ive used them several times and they are always fast to make service calls and reasonably priced. They will be honest and let you know if repair is a good option or if you need to replace instead. Highly recommend!

Called for a fridge repair and john arrived same day to check it and fix it he was very nice and worked very fast and my freezer is working good as new.

Wont come look at my machine cause it to old and he doesnt work on machines someone else has done work on...I replaced the timer. Not brain surgery. Whatever Ill take my money elsewhere

My fridge was not working properly. He spoke with my husband and told him it was a simple fix. He explained how to do it. My husband followed his directions and it was fixed. His advice saved us a service call and possible repair bill.

My waterline for the ice marker blew out the back. I called on a Thursday and he showed up on a Saturday. Had to order a filter for the water line and told me to call and set up a return trip. Called on Tuesday, came out that afternoon, and now I have ice!!
