Everything was very good except I had to wait 10 minutes for an associate to check out.

Needed to rent a truck and load some wood on it. Wally was super helpful and helped me load wood (and Dan did too).Very helpful all around - nice work!!

This location has a racist and hostile employees and management that support his behavior.Yelp forces me to give them a rating of one star but Id give it zero if it allowed me. They have a lazy, hostile, racist employee, named Marty, that works in the tool rental department. He was already annoyed because my parents asked for his help and that meant he had to get out of his chair that he was sitting on the whole time.Marty didnt even try to help my parents and when my father told him he was of no help then he became belligerent was screaming at my father in a threatening manner and he at some point asked my Mexican father if he had his green card.The manager Mike Cadry, didnt even bother to hear my fathers side of the story and very politely asked my 60 year old parents to leave by asking them to step outside to talk. He didnt even do anything about his racist and belligerent employee. He was still on the floor when I called the tool rental department a couple of hours after.It shows that as long as your clientele is over 90% Caucasian, then the concerns of minorities are of no concern to this location.

Great rental selection at this location!
