About a year ago I got a car wash with interior clean. They spilled some cleaning liquid on my car seat. I didnt notice because the seats were still a bit wet. After they dried I had a spot there for nearly a year before it finally rubbed away. They should have said something!Now I go again today to get a basic wash, and it looks like absolutely nothing was cleaned! Look at the photos and tell me if this looks clean. Never going here again.I ended up cleaning it myself...

Car got attacked by a flock of birds. Raceway did a great job and the car is almost spotless.

First time here with my truck. Wait was very short. Decided on the ultimate wash and opted to try their express detail service hand wax for an additional $29.95. The truck first went through their automated washing area pretty quickly and was pulled into their detail bay. After hand drying the truck they began waxing it by hand. The whole wash and wax process took approximately 30 min. The wash did a good job of removing the dirt and most of the bug splatters on the windshield, hood, and front bumpers but still left two very noticeable bug smears on the windshield and front bumpers which they waxed over. Overall they did a good job, but if you have a lot of bug splatters the wash may not remove it all. Total cost was $42.90.

An underwhelming experience to say the least. Last week I was going to be picking up some folks from the airport and wanted my car to be nice and clean for them. So, I went to Raceway and paid for the ultimate full service inside and out wash. Refer to the attached pictures to see what passes for their top of the line wash.

I had an appointment set up for 9 am CST for an auto detailing. I showed up at 9 am CST and waited for 20 minutes. The door was locked and no one answered the phone. This place should have called me. Horrific professionalism.

I can’t say enough about how amazing my car looked after the detailing! The staff was thorough and paid attention to the smallest of details. The owner even took the time to notify me that a lost wallet was retrieved and delivered it to me personally when I arrived! I will be returning and passing this experience on to family and friends! This car wash did a great job detailing my 2005 Lexus ES330 at a price that was affordable. The car looked like new and did not hold the funky chemical smell my car has had before after other detail jobs. The staff was friendly and courteous. I will return again and recommend that others give the detailing a try.

I took my car into this car way yesterday and was appauled at what they considered a clean car. I paid $17 for a regular car wash and when it was returned to me there were crumbs, smudge marks, and dirt everywhere on the inside. My 7 year old daughter looked in the car and asked Why didnt they clean the inside Mommy? I brought one of the employees over to show them and he brought a manager over who looked at and said, oh we dont vacuum the seats. It was more than vacuuming the seats though ... He could have easily grabbed a towel and wiped down the inside cup holders and seats but instead walked away without caring at all. Incredibly unprofessional. I worked at a car wash years ago and we always took great care with anyone that wasnt happy with the service. I will never come back to this car wash and will let others know about my experience. Really disappointing.

Just went for the first time. It was very busy but the line moved quickly. I got the exterior and interior services. My car is SPARKLING clean and the interior also looks great. They hand dried my car and did a very thorough job. Only paid $17.95. Highly recommend.

Bought $18 (w/tax) interior car wash that included basic interior + mats. They cleaned salon mats, windows and dashboard. The seats, door panels below the windows, 3 mats in the trunk - all of these remained untocuhed. Because it was NOT included in $18. The do offer a 40 min superior interior wash for $35+tax. Dont know how good it is, but the service they provided for $18 was a waste

The guys at Raceway do a fantastic job of getting my car clean. If theres ever an issue, they are happy to address my concerns. I drive out of my way to get my car washed here.

Every time I try to go here there is an hour long line. Ive called to make appointments for hand washes and details and am always told the have openings next day or two. Maybe someday I will actually make it through the carwash to be able to tell you how it is.

They did an ok job washing the car...not great and not worth the $25 + tip. They also broke my windshield wiper and didnt tell me. A part of it broke off and they placed the loose wiper and broken clip in between my hood and the windshield. I didnt notice until I used my wipers the following day. Very disappointed and wont return.

Zero customer service skills. Was told they dont do only interior cleaning despite having their prices for interior cleaning online. after one of the employees searching for a manager for 20 minutes one finally came out and told me they would be able to vacuum and shampoo my interior. They finished in about 10 minutes and my car looked like it hadnt been touched. All I got out of this experience was wet seats

I had my car hand washed today for almost $50 and I was told that my interior will be washed including all the floor mats. Unfortunately they only cleaned the front mats and non in the back. When I asked one of the technicians why the rear wasn’t washed, he stated that the amount that I paid only includes cleaning the front mats and not in the back. Really....!? $50...... I am very Disappointed and will never use this car wash again for the hand wash.

I paid for the top of the line wash and paid for the windows and dash to be cleaned, I have a ram truck, and the back window was not cleaned. There is still a large smudge mark clearly visible and I still had leaves on the dashboard. Unfortunately I tipped before I checked. As after as the wash goes that was nice and removed all bird droppings, and the tire shine was nice.

These guys are always great. I have had multiple cars taken in for a detailing and come back looking like new. I take my SUV in for a once a month interior cleaning, I have two Labradors, to remove all the hair out of the car. Awesome job each time. Car wash service is great too

One of the better car wash around and prices are reasonable. My car was trashed and the guys there brought it back to life. Im glad they did such a nice job. Highly recommend this one Tuesday is Senior discount day but beware its only in the Wash not any of the extras. So it ended being only a buck.

I have only been for an exterior wash which is done well. Price is a little high but it is conveniently located and if you pay a little more you do get the clean car 5 day guarantee so if it rains or you need a wash within 5 days (on the receipt) it is free to get another wash.

Paying the $8 more for basic inside cleaning not worth it. They didnt even touch the dashboard and left big streak inside my windows. Using dirty towels. I still had to clean it myself. My 1st and last time.

Great car wash.... They have a great value - Unlimited washes for $20/m...... But.... The tire dressing they using is piece of garbage.... Its so wet that every time Im coming home after car wash, I have to wipe my whole car from the spray from my tires.

I brought my mini-van in recently for an exterior and interior detailing. My car was a hot mess from kid spills and crumbs, etc as I dont get it cleaned regularly at all. A gentleman named Alex took on the job. Honestly, the van is 8 years old and looks brand-new. He made it sparkle; every nook and cranny was spotless. He was also polite and respectful, helping get my car seats back in place. Excellent job!

Took my car in last weekend for a wash. Upon exiting I noticed that they didnt look like theyd been cleaned much at all. I asked the guy who said I was ready to go why they looked that way. He said I didnt get the Ultimate Wash. When I showed him the receipt showing I did have the ultimate wash he asked me to wait in a different area. After waiting 10 minutes a person who might have been a manager came over and said they would have to scrub the rims and hed have to charge me $25!!!! When I showed him that it came off when I rubbed it with my finger he said thats what he would have to charge and that they didnt have time. So I went home and cleaned them in the same amount of time he talked to me. When I said I wouldnt be back and would post about my experience he said OK and turned and walked away. This is without a doubt the WORST customer service I think Ive had anywhere for anything. Dont waste your time or money with this place!

Raceway carwash hires undocumented Mexican workers who are unable to communicate with english speaking customers. My new car was damaged after the conveyor system did not stop a Jeep from rear ending my vehicle at the end of the line. There was no employee that i could speak to about the problem. I had to move my own car off the conveyor line after the accident. I was able to get the owners business card from the cashier. My car had over $400 worth of rear bumper damage. Owner agreed to pay. I was without my car for a week. Stay away. Horrible horrible service.

Paid for the most expensive interior cleaning and when I got home realized that my center counsel and dash looked like they hadnt been touched. They didnt vacuum my passenger seat and missed a bunch on the floor. I called to talk to a manager and he said oh just come back and Ill do it again with no offer of a refund,partial refund or even a free one next time. It is a 10 minute drive from my house so its not exactly down the street. When I told him this he said let me go talk to the guy who cleaned it (like hes gonna say he didnt do a good job). So of coarse he comes back and says the guy said he cleaned everything. So at this point Im not gonna go back just to have him wipe my dash and center counsel with 0 other compensation. I told him he just lost a regular customer and he said ok and hung up the phone. Worst customer service Ive ever seen. I will not be giving them anymore of my money.

Got the super interior done. Most of the inside was clean, but it was missing in some nooks and crannies. Overall great value though.

Coming here for 2 years now and it’s just so difficult to get a super interior wash. Every time I come it seems like I have to always wait before they can get me started. Time to find a new place.

NEVER AGAIN!!Went there today for the first time, and and my car paint got messed up and my license plate were all bent didnt notice till I got home going to try to call tomorrow and see if I can get my money back!!! I really dont recommend this place I thought it was a hand wash car wash thats what the lady on the phone Said until late i got there and they took the car in noticed it wasnt a hand wash car wash when it was late!!! I have pictures on how they left my car but I cant post them on here for some reason! AVOID THIS PLACE DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!

Left the car at the end with the front seats adjusted in funny way, throw the floor mats inside the car without reorganizing them, car interior doors and doors sides uncleaned, charged 17$ for deluxe interior and exterior regular cleaning!!!! If you need to wash the floor mats it is an extra 8$ on the top of 17$. My car was Acura RDX.
