I brought my 2020 Tacoma there to have a roof rack installed. The crew there was super low key, helpful, excited and very professional. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday and picked it up on Thursday. The owner wanted to keep it there for the night so he can take a final look before I picked it up. He informed me Wednesday afternoon that I needed more equipment for the final product and said to bring it back. He squeezed me in the following week and got the final work done right away. This shop is fantastic. My truck is looking fantastic because of these guys. 30/10 recommend going to this shop. They don’t try to upcharge or over charge. 100% bringing my next truck there for any details.

To me the sign of a great company is how they handle a situation when things dont go right the first time and Frank (the CEO) does everything to make sure it is done right in the end. I took my Model 3 for a chrome delete and there were some issues with the job the first time. Frank sprung into action and made sure every issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. The final product is perfection. There isnt a seam to be found on the very complicated to wrap Model 3 mirrors. The car looks like it came that way from the factory and matches the quality you would expect from removing and painting every piece of chrome. I couldnt be happier with the end result. I also had my windows tinted and again sheer perfection. He truly treats your car like it is his and wasnt the result to be perfect. His holds himself and his employees to a high standard that ensures the work done is showroom quality. Cant wait to get back there for PPF and ceramic coating in a few weeks as I know it will be done right and make an amazing car look even better.

I was accepted this past year to show my 2008 Bullitt Mustang at the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals (MCACN) held in Rosemont 11/17/18 – 11/18/18. MCACN is the worlds largest all indoor car show devoted to muscle cars, dealer-built supercars and Corvettes. There were cars on display valued from $7,000 to $6,000,000. They had attendees from 40 states, and several countries with the furthest attendee bringing their car from Australia. 30,000 + attendees were there to view the cars on display.Knowing how strict the judging was going to be, I recalled meeting Frank the owner of Luminescent Detailing at a local car show in Gurnee. He impressed me with his car and knowledge of auto detailing so I called Frank and informed him of the upcoming MCACN show and although I felt my car was in great shape, I needed to take it to the next level to score well in the show. Although Frank’s team was very busy he made the time to detail my Bullitt. I asked that he address the exterior finish, interior, engine compartment and undercarriage. After I dropped the car off, Frank immediately called to inform me of several imperfections in the finish that needed to be cared for to restore it to show quality finish. This kind of attention and honesty is why Luminescence Detailing is the best place for professional finish services in the Chicagoland area.When I met Frank the Friday of the show, the Bullitt looked better than it did on the original showroom floor. It has been transformed into a masterpiece and it gave me the confidence going in to the MCACN show that we would be displaying a winner. After we unloaded the car and the Bullitt was staged, I noticed a few scratches in the jewelry store lights that could cost in point deductions. I called Frank for advice on how to rectify the issues and he did not hesitate in stating he would be right over to take care of this for me. After Frank did his magic the scratches were removed, and the Bullitt was perfect even under the bright lights. This caliper of service is rare and a testament to how Frank treats all his customers by providing detailing services to the highest level of perfection.On that Saturday, the MCACN judge took 45 minutes to inspect the 2008 Bullitt and we earned the top award which was a Blue-Ribbon Award with a score of 998 out of possible 1000 in the Street Stock Modified division. The exterior, interior and engine compartment scored 775 out of 775. The 2 points deducted with the undercarriage for an oxidized brake line and a tiny scratch under bumper which I think occurred during loading or unloading.This MCACN Blue Ribbon award would not have been possible without the excellent work by the Luminescent Detailing team and Frank. I plan to bring Frank my 2003 Mach 1 Mustang to work his magic on this spring as I prepare it for the 2019 MCACN show. I came in contact with Luminescent detailing while searching ceramic coating for my GT-R. Frank was extremely helpful with all my questions and very accommodating to my schedule. I’ve had the luxury of having Frank at Luminescent Detailing paint correct and Ceramic Pro 2 of my cars and have an appointment to have him take care of another one in a month. His paint correction work is insane. Glad to have him around to take care of my cars as well as my family and clients cars. Hand washing my Ceramic Pro’d cars has become more of a hobby than a chore because it’s now so easy and the hydrophobic finish is insanely easy to dry. Look no further for a detailer that will give you the best finish your car is capable of.

I have to say Luminescent Detailing did an amazing job on my STI! The Ceramic Pro detailed job they performed is more than what I expected! Frank was more than willing to talk me through what it was all about. The Xpel Clear Bra on the other hand that they did was clean as could be and made me nothing less than estatic with the out come of the job. I would recommend anyone to Frank and his group of guys working on anyone’s car!

I visited various detailing shops that were highly rated for their application of Xpel film and Ceramic Pro. During my visits, I had the opportunity to look at more than forty vehicles that were partially or fully wrapped with Xpel. Some of these vehicles also had Ceramic Pro applied on top of the Xpel wrap. When I stopped by Luminescent Detailing, I spoke to Frank, who thoroughly explained the difference between Xpel and Ceramic Pro. When I asked about the benefits of them being applied to my car, again Frank provided enough information for me to fully understand what kind of protection they both offer. He walked me around the shop to look at various cars that were being wrapped with Xpel, coated with Ceramic Pro or both. His work was undoubtedly the best that I had seen. After Frank examined my 2019 BMW 740i Xdrive, he indicated even new cars may need minor paint correction. The quote I was provided was very competitive. I hired Frank and his team to apply a full Xpel wrap and the Ceramic Pro gold package. I have to admit, I was a little nervous about getting the work done, but can now say with 100% certainty that I made the right decision. My car looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I totally agree with the other reviews posted before today. I highly recommend a trip to Luminescent Detailing located in Lake Zurich, Illinois before hiring anyone else for your detailing needs.
