Horrible.. Words cannot describe. Service very poor, experience with place of rental was sad. They say...You can only talk with 800# we just go by the computer as a pick-up location. Even though they are providing the service? Im not a complainer type but man... Even my price was wrong and I had to wait days for credit. Wasnt a bad day I was having just ran into poor process and service.

We reserved a12 foot truck IN JACKSONVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA a week before. They tried to give us a 16 foot truck After waiting 3 HOURS for the truck to come In, we drove out of our way for one hour to exchange the 16 foot truck for the 12 foot truck. WE HAD TO FILL THE 16 FOOT TRUCK WITH GAS, even though we were doing them the favor by taking it there and exchanging it for the 12 footer. Needless to say, we got nothing for our troubles. Not even the 5 hours back that it took us to get this mess sorted out. 😕

Did not get the chance to use their rentals but great customer service
