Raymond my technician and was the highlight of my day, and although it is only Tuesday, there is a good chance he will win the week. First, he was on time, professional, clearly intelligent, and polite. Ray carefully examined the entire area and made his recommendation. The best part was that he suggested I give him access to the storage building before leaving, to which my tenant refused to provide me with access. My tenants wife speaks no English, and I was trying to communicate the importance of allowing the technician access without success. Out of nowhere, Ray begins to speak Spanish fluently and convinces her to let us in. I have been trying to get in there for years. Bam! It was filled with ants and termites and will need to be tented. Finally, the cost of the service was beyond reasonable. I could not be happier. My 88 year old Nana (whom I care for now that she has a bit if dementia) started having a cockroach problem in her condo. I called this company and they had me scheduled within the week. The technician was punctual and even arrived a few minutes early, which is great, as my schedule is very busy and waiting around is not an option for me. He was extremely polite and kind. He was gentle and patient with her, as he thoughtfully explained what he was doing. He was very nice to her little dog, and was careful to keep his products away from the dogs accessible areas. He took his time and was very thorough and meticulous in his work.The entire experience was wonderful as it did not stress my Nana one bit. I am very grateful for this company and their professionalism.

I highly recommended this company and the owner, Ray. I recently moved to a rental unit (after owning my home for 20 years and never having a rodent problem). I had no idea that rodents were nesting in the back of the refrigerator. Fast forward...horrific smell, deep cleaning, hotel stays, and overwhelming anxiety and stress on my part, my landlord contacted Excellent Environmental. Ray called me and said he would arrive at 5pm that day. He was here on time and immediately went to work. He was professional, sympathetic, and highly knowledgeable. He was able to rectify the problem and take preventative measures. If you need these type of services, he is the only one to call.

Called them on Sunday night on Fathers Day and left a message. My call was returned Monday morning (today). Had someone out in 3 hours later. Young man was so polite, cordial and sweet.I thought it was a much bigger problem than it was. Young man looked it over, told me what to do and didnt charge.Please dont think they dont charge for their work. They do! But they do come out and survey the situation for no charge.Awesome awesome company!

Had a nasty termite infestation in my attic, which another company had failed to cure despite charging me a lot of money. I heard about Ray, the owner of EES, from a good friend. I could not be more pleased with his service. He fumigated the house and followed up with a spraying of the rafters in the attic. Everything was done promptly and in a most professional manner. We have been with Excellent Environment maybe close to 15-20 years. Everything from simple home spraying to treating our palm trees when they were infected. Theyve met all our needs. I have been using Excellent Environmental Services Inc. since 2002. They are very reliable. You pay a yearly fee and if any insects reappear inside your home, just pick up the phone and they return to take care of the problem at no additional charge. I also use them on a quarterly basis for extra outside care. I am highly satisfied with this very reputable company.
