My daughter started aftercare this year at Bravo’s fitness and to say we are pleased with the program would be an understatement. My daughter is so excited (and exhausted) when she comes home each day. Mr. Bravo is an excellent teacher who teaches discipline and skills in a fun positive manner. I would recommend this program to everyone!

My children love Mr Bravo and Bravo Fitness - they are excited to go there every day after school . He and his staff are respectful, kind and welcoming ! We are new to the area and Bravo has been great for my children - making new friends, feeling a part of the community and learning martial arts at the same time ! My son (6 years old) just started taking classes at Bravos fitness and he is loving it! Mr.Bravo is kind, patient and encouraging at the same time being strict and upholding a standard. I love that he instills in his students the good characteristics that are upheld in the school should also be displayed at home. My son is excited to go to classes and has a great time even while working hard.

My son has been taking Mr. Bravo’s class for a couple weeks now and he absolutely loves it! I love that he has fun but is also learning important life skills like self control, confidence and how to show respect to himself and others. I have been working with Bravo Fitness teaching art classes during camps. Bravo is very professional, organized, and detailed. His campers are very happy and polite during class. He takes great pride in them and is very patient and kind with all of his students.

Mr. Bravo the owner, is one of the most amazing instructors I know. He treats every kid with patience & encouragement! My kids absolutely adore him and consider him their friend. His passion for martial arts and his skills for teaching the art is phenomenal! !!!

My son has been attending Bravos for several months now. I have seen a  phenomenal improvement in his physical and mental strength. Mr. Bravo has really helped this transformation. Best of all he looks forward to every class and the challenges he is given. I cant thank Mr. Bravo enough.

My daughter has been going to Bravos for a month now...she absolutely loves it!!! This has definitely helphed with her confidence, self esteem and fitness. She had tried other hobbies/sports but gave up quickly. Since day 1 at Bravos she has felt welcomed and hasnt missed a class! I highly recommend this to everyone.

One day I passed by on my bike and decided to take a peak inside, questioning myself if I should even step foot inside... The Owner/Instructor Mr. B walked out, introduced himself, super friendly, and invited me to the 7pm kickboxing class.. knowing I was out of shape, I was very hesitant. But accepted the fact that I was beginning something new. This was about 3 months ago and I’ve been back every week since. It’s a new piece of my life that I love doing.. and everyone else who goes to “Bravo’s” gives off a comfortable and family-like vibe. 5* !!!

I really enjoy going to taekwondo because it really helps with my anxiety and it is a good way for me to be present in the moment. My first few classes I was shy but I realized how the environment felt very family-friendly. I also enjoy learning new ways on how to defend myself. Ive been going for about 3 months and I have never been happier. Everyone is extremely nice and the classes are fun. I enjoy learning with Master Bravo and continue to do so. I recommend joining Bravos Fitness and Self-Defense because this place brings out the best in people.

We started my VERY girly 7yr old daughter with Mr Bravo just a little over two months ago. We definitely notice a difference in strength and agility, the reason we began. Mr Bravo is very professional and thorough in his teachings of both skills and discipline/respect. We highly recommend him.

We enrolled our 9 year old son in Bravo’s Tae Kwon Do program a few months ago because he was in desperate need of an extracurricular activity that would actually interest him.Master Bravo was super accommodating in letting him try a few sessions befor committing to the month. After just a few hours, our son really fell in love with the sport. Not only does he love learning Tae Kwon Do, but he enjoys going to the studio, meeting and playing with the other kids and learning from Master Bravo and his talented team of instructors. Master Bravo runs a tight ship and instills the importance of respect, discipline, self control, confidence and technique. We have seen many self improvements in our son since starting. His teacher even emailed me to tell me how proud she was of his recent behavior and that whatever he was doing, to keep it up!!Bravo Fitness also offers an after school program, summer camp and a “parents night out” that are super fun and exciting for the kids. If you are considering this studio for yourself or your child, definitely give it a try. We are so glad we found Bravo Fitness and Self Defense.

Excellent instructor, fun to be around as well as providing a great workout. He is also incredible with children, he goes above and beyond to make sure children feel welcome as well as assuring their success.

I have been to other centers and met many instructors. Hands down Mr Bravo is the best within this field. From children to even the adult classes, his method works. I was at a plateau in my weight loss and began his kickboxing class and in two weeks I saw results.. others saw results.. my son was focused and determined since he began with me bravo at 3 years old. Family oriented and fun!!

My kids have been training with Mr. Bravo for a couple months now and they love it! I have noticed such a positive change in my boys. Mr. Bravo is an amazing instructor and pushes the kids to the best of their abilities. My son has autism and has improved so much! Mr. Bravo is so patient but also pushes him. Mr. Bravo makes Tae kwon do fun and keeps the kids engaged. Even with a full class of students, he pays attention to every single kid. Im so happy that we found this place.

I love this class but more important my son loves it. The instructor Master Bravo is great with the kids. He is the right amount of funny and strict with the them. He seems to really care about making the kids feel good about themselves. Definitely recommend this place.

Mr. Bravo is a top notch martial arts instructor. He cares about the kids and is always pushing them to do their best. Several of his students have won 1st place in different martial arts competitions throughout the sate.We were lucky to be part of that group.

Mr. Bravo is very motivated in getting you to move which is what we all need. He’s great with the kids and a positive role model. The school has a new fresh look and a great place to work out and train.

I just started the Kickboxing class and I am extremely happy. Mr. Bravo had a lot of different types of exercises that kept me moving and I was not bored. A lot of one on one instruction even with a full class. He is very motivational. I signed up for the year.

Mr. Bravo is a great instructor and gives personal attention to his students. Taekwondo is great for kids, it teaches them discipline and is great exercise.This is the place to go to get your kids involved with constructive activities. Im looking forward to taking the self defense classes.

Mr Brovo is amazing my son has been taking his classes for about 3 years now and loves it :) I started the kickboxing and it’s amazing, helping me town up and lose weight also! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Bravo is a great instructor and cares a lot about your wellbeing. Offers great classes with very flexible schedule love the kickboxing it’s for all levels of experience. If your looking for a great work out it’s the best.

Mr. Bravo has instructed two of my children in Taekwondo. He is great with kids and has a very fun and positive approach when teaching! I highly recommend.
