The school offers an abundance of skills there is tons of knowledge and skills to be learned from the instructors. The instructors are polite and patient with all the students. They are able to dedicate time to a one on one student and get them to up to speed at any level of the class without embarrassing them or making them feel that they’re not capable. All the instructors have a great heart, they want to teach they wanna and be able to share their knowledge. I think this is a great school for any skill level that’s out there. Please go by and get to learning from these dedicated professionals.

Recently took a self-defense course here and had a great time. I was nervous at first as I have never done something like this before but Randy and Phil reassured me with their level of expertise/knowledge. I walked away with the confidence and skill necessary to defend my self if I am ever in a dangerous situation with an attacker. I highly recommend all women to take this course. I will definitely return for more classes!

Back in January we spent sometime looking at options for our kids in the Lake Worth and surrounding areas. Great place! Great people! Great workout! The gym is extremely clean and the instructors are friendly and informative. I recently attended the woman’s self defense workshop- It is 100% something every woman should attend. It opened my eyes to different situations and how to handle myself. It gave me a sense of strength and control. I also go to the Sunday Bust A Move Dance class and for someone with 2 left feet I am able to keep up, actually dance, have fun and get an AMAZING workout that targets EVERY part of your body! I highly recommend Senjutsu!!!

I decided to take Senjutsu’s women’s self defense class to learn a few skills before going off to college in the fall, and it was the best decision I could have made! The instructors made me feel comfortable the entire time, and I feel so much more confident in my ability to defend myself moving forward. My boys have been going since June of this year and I can definitely say I have no complaints. The instructors are professional and have excellent knowledge in what they teach. I love how they teach alittle bit of everything. Im so happy we found this place and my boys enjoy it. They definitely getting a workout because everytime class is over they come out sweating. I got there 8 months ago, and never did anything like it, now I’ve been going to tournaments, and won some of them because of my teachers. They are excellent teachers, made new friends, everyone there is so receptive. Definitely recommend.

I attended the women’s self defense workshop here and was a little nervous for the experience as it was out of my comfort zone. The instructors made me more than comfortable though and gave me step by step instructions on different moves as well as made sure there were women I was comfortable practicing with. As a college student in my 20’s this was something that I really needed and I’m very happy to have done it! I recommend anyone to attend these because these are skills you really should learn. Bringing my mom the next time!

All 3 of my kids LOVE Senjutsu! We try to go 3 times a week and they’re excited every single time. In just a few weeks, the difference in their coordination and confidence is unbelievable.I have 3 boys. 11 year old twins and a 5 year old. My twins don’t play any sports and we have tried a LOT. We’ve even tried other martial arts places and they wouldn’t even try it.Today, one of my boys said to me “I cleaned my room. Master Randy says we should do things without being asked.” So after I picked my jaw up off the floor, I started writing this review!I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The facility is beautiful and super clean. You can pay a small fee and parents can work out in the gym while kids are in class. The trainers are wonderful and very patient. Recently signed my daughter up & so far she really enjoys what she has been learning. To start the MMA academy is very affordable especially for single parents! The instructors are very patient & amazing at making all the kids & parents feel very welcomed & comfortable. Very good schedule which gives you options on days to attend. Overall a great experience so far & looking forward to future progress with my child’s mma skills at the senjutsu academy.

I have finally found a place that my kids love going too. The classes are wonderful. They get exceriseand are learning self defense and discipline. The class times are perfect and days are flexible. I can stay and watch or drop off. I feel the instructors are very knowledgeable in this sport. I am very pleased with the growth and confidence my kids have shown since starting these classes.

This place is amazing! The amount of positivity my son is receiving from these instructors is so refreshing. It is very clean, and has a class for everyone in your family! We are so excited our son is involved with this school.

I’ve learned so much from this gym! It’s very clean and the staff is very professional. I love that there is a weight room and a cage for sparring with plenty of matt space too. I always get a great workout: from lifting weights to learning new skills from the teachers there.

Came to the gym just to train and learn but quickly met a friendly group of instructors and people who generally all there to help eachother get better. Couldn’t have found a better place to call home and couldn’t recommend more to anybody looking to learn striking, or grappling. Did I mention there’s a full on weight room and cardio equipment? Would do more stars if possible.

With Aikido being my style of choice i was skeptical about joining jui jitsu. After checking local dojos in the area i met with sensei Randy. Randy gave me some background on the style and seemed very knowledgeable so I chose to sit in on a class. From the begining i felt very welcome and the class was very fun and physically demanding.Sensei Randy and Phil are very patient and understanding with student abilities taking time to thoroughly explain each technique clearly. As in Aikido the key to success in learning jui jitsu is repetition sensei Randy makes the class format variable and keeps the students interested thoughout the entire time.After almost three months, I have learned many new techniques that can be used alongside my Aikido skills while becoming physically fit and having fun.Whether you are a serious jui jitsu learner or just trying to get healthy and fit definitely check out Senjutsu.
