My printer was not working and I needed to print and sign something from an email quickly, and I was stressed. Ive used this store frequently to mail items in the past, but wasnt sure if they could do this. I met Tino at the store, and he not only made me feel comfortable, but he made me laugh, relax and got the job done so quickly and professionally. Even while working with me (and other customers), he still greeted everyone that came in with a happy and pleasant welcome. Im lucky this store is local to me, but I would definitely drive the extra miles if necessary. Tino made a possible disaster for me, into a very pleasant experience.

These guys are excellent! I went there with the family to see their Penske trucks, and I cant tell you how welcoming they were and open to showing us the trucks because we wanted to get a visual. Bill walked outside with us despite the heat and showed us the different trucks as well as the car carriers. He was so informative and answered all our questions. Someone else would have definitely been bothered. But, Bill understood our concerns and was more than happy to help. We met Rod inside as we were looking at boxes to purchase. He was also nice and open to answering any questions we had. They offered us a 10% discount since we were renting from them. They got a pretty nice display of boxes with their sizes in big fonts right on them so you can just look and pick. I personally love visuals, I dont like to just go by sizes. The prices are also decent. We couldnt be happier. I would definitely use them again and again.

Super expensive as a boxer and shipper.$35 for a box for golf clubs.$340 cost to send a picture, which I declined and paid $170 at UPS store.Good service in general, but waaaay to expensive!

Just went in to mail a bubble envelope containing a greeting card and a plastic necklace. Weight was 1.8oz. I was told a bubble envelope is considered a package and it would be $5.33... No thank you. Went to post office on Jog Rd. Mailed same envelope...$1.15. Seriously? I understand paying for convenience but thats just a rip off! I dont even want to give the one star.

Horrible customer service. The man working there had no grace, love or patience. He was rude, condescending and racist. As soon as he heard me speak Spanish to my kids he walked away with an attitude and a smirk on his face. Older man, who overpriced a local package regular shipping and gave me an attitude when I told him we went going to do it. He couldn’t hand me back package, instead looked down to the ground and told me where to get it back. Not to mention as me and my family are walking out he loudly demands “ you owe me $0.25 C E N T S for that envelope”. Nobody deserves to be treated this way.

If I could give it a minus review I would. I drove 25 minutes cross the county to pick up using a UPS info notice which involves walking in sign and walk out. As I was parking at 6:01 p.m. he turned the lights off & locked the door. I knocked got the cashiers attention waved the ticket @ him & he shook his head & wouldnt open the door.Thats the most rude, lazy bad business like behavior I have ever dealt with. Ill never use this place again & will be calling the owner & UPS about it & recommend they dont use them.

Never open at there listed business hours.. been about 6 plus times now! they close hours before listed times...
