Leo was terrific. My mom had a major pipe leak on a Sunday and based on the google reviews we called Damage Services. Within an hour Leo came over to assess the situation. He made sure my mom reported the damage to the insurance company and arranged for a plumber to come and fix the leak. He then guided her through the whole claims process and handled most things himself with the claims adjuster. He quickly remediated the mold and made sure the insurance company had all the needed paperwork. When my mom could not located a framed collection of her husband’s WW2 medals taken down from the wall during the restoration she was sure it was lost. Leo sent someone over the next day to help her look and found it. Cannot say enough about what Leo did to help find these sentimental pieces. At 94 my mom needed someone to be there through this trying time. Leo made her feel calm and reassured her that everything would be fine.

Leo and his team were extremely responsive. They showed up quickly, were happy to explain things to us in detail and were available whenever we had any questions. The best Customer Service I have experienced from ANY COMPANY in a long time!!! Outstanding!!! We discovered soaked carpet in our dining and formal living rooms on a Sunday morning and were referred to Damage Services by a friend. They were amazing!!! They arrived very quickly (actually, ahead of schedule). After introductions, the first thing Leo did was show me his License (Always a good sign). He clearly explained his approach, how they bill the insurance company directly (i.e. No out of pocket charge), went over his very simple one page agreement (NOT filled with ANY legal fine print) and then went to work. He very quickly found and terminated the source of the water (blocked A/C drain), removed the destroyed carpet and got three commercial dehumidifiers and eight fans running. Being new to the area, I asked Leo for recommendations on other services we would need to put things back together and all of them are proving to be top notch too. I dont write many online reviews, but this company deserves!!!

This company and its owner, Leo, helped me big time with my homeowners claim, which happened to be my first one in the nearly 14 years Ive been living in my house.I originally took on the services of a Public Adjuster because I had a couple of them in the networking groups Im a part of, and they always preach the importance of needing one. However, I quickly realized that I was not in good hands, and while Im not going to generalize, I felt like I was better off not using a Public Adjuster.Luckily, a good friend of mine had recommended that I reach out to Damage Services to help me with the water damage issue that was getting progressively worse at my house. Leo agreed to come take a look that same day, and once he was there and explained a few things to me I felt at ease, all of a sudden, because he was providing guidance that I never got from my Public Adjusters.Suffice it to say, Leo (and his team) were not only incredibly professional, honest, timely, and great at communicating (all of which are very rare attributes amongst South Floridians!), he also loves to share his wealth of knowledge, which hes amassed in the 12+ years hes been doing this, with his clients! Recently I had water damage under my kitchen sink. I found Leo on the internet as his reviews were quite good. Leo came over and surveyed the area, letting me know that the water leak also had mold .He was so helpful to my wife and myself. He explained the process clearly and took control of the project. He was at my house for every step of the process. Even when outside workman were in the house he was there to assist and recommend solutions .
