We have just moved down to Florida recently and had to find a new dentist in the area. We booked in for a cleaning and both my husband and I had a really great experience with Elaine, one of the dental hygienists - shes so lovely and thorough. I later had to come back for fillings (I blame covid and recently having a baby) and, while I was dreading it mostly because of the needle, I was pleasantly surprised that I barely felt the needle thanks to the very effective numbing cream, but also Dr. Hernandez does an excellent job of you not seeing the needle so youre not aware of whats going on. I honestly have to say this has been my best experience with a dentist while living in the USA for the past 7 years.

Everyone there is super nice and kind. I have been going there with my family for years and have always been happy. I trust everyone including whatever DrHernandez has to say. Thanks a lot ☺️ would recommend to anyone needing a good dentist

The services that i received today for whitening teeth is excellent did not feel any pain felt very comfortable. Dr Dennis assistant explain every procedure she was doing. She is a professional and has naturally lovely personality. I highly recommend Dr.dennis to everyone very professional and truly caring about your oral health.

I recently had my 6 month cleaning and examine with Dr. Dennis Hernandez.Mir was my hygienist and was superb; she took her time and was very thorough. Both she and Dr. Hernandez were very professional, knowledgeable and provide excellent service...they are an excellent team!

I tried reaching out to this dentist office multiple times in the past 2 days. The phone is either being forwarded to a generic voicemail or a busy tone. I also sent an email and requested an appointment via their website, no one responded. If this is the type of response quality that you get before even getting any work done, id think twice before using them at all. Are they even still open? it doesn’t seem like it.

I have been trying to find a good dental office in my decade in south Florida. I finally found my dentist family! Lorraine was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My hygienist was amazing, gentle, caring, and empathetic. And, Dr. Hernandez’s encouragement, and professionalism was just what I needed to calm my nerves and feel at ease. What a great group!

At the beginning of all the closures, I did something stupid and ended up popping off my 2 front veneers. I had been looking at getting them capped ultimately. However with not working during this pandemic, it wasnt in the cards. Finally through a reference if a friend, I was able to get into the practice of Dr. Hernandez. He was very nice and did his best to get them back on ( the surface available isnt that great ) but he did it! He also was very kind in only charging me for 1 since 1 was compromised due to coming off in the past. Thank you Dr. Hernandez. I will be very careful😁

I was very apprehensive to get my teeth Zoom Whitened. And although it was a big uncomfortable, I was super happy with the results.And I got custom bleach trays for “touch ups” and bleach syringes.My hygienist, Ms. Elaine is the BEST!I highly recommend Dr. Hernandez and the entire practice!

I started with Dr Hernandez when I was a teenager, after trying several other dentists as my own adult, I returned! He sees my entire family of 5. From the young kids to the adults, he makes each one of us comfortable. He is patient and caring. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Even with 5pm emergencies, that occasionally occur with 3 kids, they are always willing to help! We highly reccomend.

Absolutely horrible service. Made my appointment a month and a half out as a new patient. Showed up fifteen minutes early to fill out the expected paperwork. The receptionist took my drivers license and insurance card. I filled out most of the paperwork leaving out the parts that I should not need to fill in or could not fill in seeing as the receptionist still have my license and insurance card. She hands me back the paperwork and tells me I need to fill in this information. With that aside I waited an additional 25 minuets past my appointment time to eventually walk up to the desk and ask what was going on. She said they had another new patient before me and that was the cause of the delay. What I don’t understand is how I scheduled a month and a half ahead and they still couldn’t get it right. I wasted 40 minuets waiting to be seen and left. No apology, nothing. Will find another dentist before I ever consider going back here. Will not recommend.

I havent been to the dentist in about 2 years since i couldnt afford a decent health insurance plan that could cover it and that really worried me about the health of my teeth! they have a great affordable monthly plan that covers teeth cleaning and a discount on the rest of their services which are reasonably priced! Dennis is a real professional who is also very attentive of his patients and is great at communicating with procedures or any questions i had! the staff is also very friendly and its the best choice ive made all year!

Dr. Hernandez is a good dentist. He mostly makes good conversation although he did think it funny to talk about hamburgers extensively after he found out I was vegetarian. Not too nice considering you cant really say anything when they are working in your mouth, but overall not a bad experience. He and his staff were also very good with my four year old daughter, especially his office manager. She is extremely sweet overall and very helpful. I have to say that she is one of the best office managers I have met to date.

Im so happy I found Dr. Hernandezs office after not having a dentist for the last five or six years. I went based on a bunch of glowing recommendations from my neighbors. :) The whole experience was pleasant from the booking and check-in process with Lorraine, an amazing cleaning with Yolanda, and personal attention from Dr. Hernandez. I was really impressed with what a good job Yolanda did cleaning my teeth, but also explaining to me what she was doing and how I could improve my self-dental care. :-)

I went through several dentists and never really satisfied with the service or always feel like you are getting ripped off. Until my neighbor refer me to Dr. Hernandez. The staff was so nice and Dr. Hernandez explained everything what should be done. After my first appointment I was so sure I found the one. After to many years of not seeing a dentist (mostly because of a horrific experience at a young age) there came a time I had to go.Dr. Hernandez was recommended by 2 coworkers.I was horrified to go but had to.From the first time I walked into his office until now (as I am still being treated) I was treated with respect and was assured that everything would be OK.I have had major dental work done and still have a lot to go but I could not have found a better dentist.From the office to the assistants I have been made to feel comfortable, have never had an appointment to be late, and have been accomendated with late visits when necessary.I no longer fear the treatments and would highly recommend Dr. Hernandez and staff.

Doctor Hernandez is very unprofessional. Every time Ive been there he gossips and bad mouths his children while working on my teeth. His poor kids! Im so annoyed every time I leave there with the conversations I had to endure between him and his hygenist

How good is Dr. Hernandez? Well if, on a a Sunday night you wake to find what is left of your tooth in pieces in your hand. Yes, really. Hes your guy. A friend referred me and the next day I had not only an appointment but an affordable treatment plan for both a root canal and a crown. I come back to my workplace still commenting on how wonderful this Dentist is and I am greeted with- Oh, no, you have to go see my guy. I am still raving about Dr. Hernandez and Lorraine while cell phones are being being searched and business cards retrieved as my coworker and employer plead with me to see their guy . So imagine now if you will the moment that all three of us realize that we were are all talking about Dr. Dennis Hernandez. Yep, thats right, the same Dentist. Now so lets be clear, I cant recommend avoiding the dentist or waiting as long as I did... but if you have, the ONLY DENTIST YOU WANT TO SEE IS DR. HERNANDEZ.

I now live in naples but dr hernandez and his office staff are kind and courteous which makes going to the dentist a pleasant exerience which to all of us usually is a scary one including the time i had a tooth pulled and a retainer imediately reinserted in over the extraction resulting in no pain whatsoever . They are very professional but you feel like you are family. I drive 2 1/2 hours to see them but worth the visit . Ive tried to find a dentist in naples but non compare to the care or feeling i receive after walking in their door.
