Great package pricing on cleaning and X-rays, they answered all of my questions, cleaning was gentle, the dentist was sweet and informative, I felt I was in great care. Just an all around positive vibe in the office. It was an exceptional first experience at this dental office. I would recommend checking out their yearly package that includes 2 cleanings, X-rays and discounts on services.

Anderson Dental is always Top notch, the whole staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve been using Anderson Dental for at least seven years and their excellent service is consistent. Neville is amazing and is very thorough with his job. I would highly recommend him.

I started going to this dentist several years ago and just recently returned to the area and decided to go to them when my crown popped out. First off, they placed me in the chair and started their evaluation and took x-rays, 20 minutes in, they finally ask me about my insurance... After the evaluation, they tell me I need a completely new crown and proceeded to explain to me what my insurance would cover and the only payment I would be responsible for would be $400 that day and my insurance covers the rest- mind you this is new insurance through my job. A week AFTER having the new crown put in, they call me to tell me whoops, looks like they may not cover everything. I just received a bill from them to cover the rest of the work. The only reason I agreed to having the crown done rather than just resentment the old one, was because they told me the insurance would cover X amount and I only had to do the one time payment of $400. Thanks to their oops, wrong information AFTER already putting it in my mouth, I now have paid double what they told me- more like falsely sold/conned me into- I would need to be responsible for. Oh and they forgot to contact me once the crown was ready so I spent a month with a temporary crown that was not placed well and was painful, so I could not chew any food on the left side of my mouth. But at least they offered a free dental cleaning on them for that mistake... with the person who did the cleaning being as friendly as a cactus.

A friend highly recommended the Anderson Dental in Royal Palm Beach. When I saw the fairly new one, less than 5 min from my house, I inquired if they were related to the RPB dentist; and yes they are the same practice. So I gave the one on Hagen Ranch Road a try. I was very pleased with Sherry, my hygienist. She was diligent, professional and personable. Dr. Emmy was pleasant and professional too. I am glad I gave them a try and will see them both again in January

I’ve had the best experience at this office, from front desk, to dental hygienist, to doctor. I haven’t been to the dentist in years and I could’ve not felt more comfortable in this place. The office was super clean, staff was wearing masks all the time, even the view from my room was great and very calming. Great service, my teeth look and feel better than ever, she explained everything, from X-rays to every step of the cleaning process and I got a goody bag at the end of my appointment. Very very highly recommended.

Aesthetically pleasing office, friendly staff with no wait time. Very pleased with sherry my DH who worked very hard on my mouth. I was a bad patient and hadn’t been to the dentist in quite some time. She was very knowledgeable, the dentist was friendly and efficient. Glad I chose them!

Had a bunch of work done (everything went great, everyone is nice) last time I had to wait an extra hour after my appointment schedule to get seen, which is fine, stuff happens.This time I was running 15 mins late (it’s 2pm on a Thursday sorry not everyone can just leave work early multiple times a month) and they have the nerve to tell me they can’t see me. That’s not okay.5 stars for the work I had done. 1 star for the balls to pull that move.

I would give 5 stars to the front desk ladies. They are phenomenal. The person that used to do my cleaning is gone. I found out after this other lady took over in my last visit. It was horrible and was she rude she was so ignorant to the front desk ladies. Well I guess I’m gonna have to find a new place.

The office is new and beautiful, the exam chairs face large windows so can watch watch outside during your procedure. My hygienist, Carrie, was so kind and gentle with me. The dentist was great and detailed, I really liked her. The front desk staff was beyond friendly and super fast!

Dr. Anderson and Lisa are the best team! I went in for some work and they made you feel welcomed and comfortable and patience of a saint from the start, never felt rushed or that you were being directed wrong. The front office are helpful and very pleasant as soon as you walk in.

They wanted to charge for many exrays. etc. They were not helpful. They called me by an incorrect name i corrected them several times. They got very annoyed with me. With that I said goodbye and will never return

I unknowingly and surprisingly saw the same hygienist from Comfort Care Dental, where I previously went before having my own dental insurance with Cignas SureFit plan. She is flexible with working at Comfort Care Dental and Anderson Dental. As usual, she gives me x-rays and cleanings, with positive remarks at the end.The dentist that came in afterwards agreed with the hygienist, whose name I think is Sue, said a minor thing wrong they found on my teeth. I was approached by at the hygienist at the reception desk, and thought her voice sounded familiar. She knows and said I take good care of my mouth, but just need to get a filling.

As a new patient I was pleasantly surprised how courteous and friendly the staff is. I texted from the car that I was there and the staff checked me in and texted me to come in a few mins later. I went there for a crown,the doctor came in for less than 5 minutes looked at my tooth and said that it can not be saved and asked her assistance to provide me a treatment plan for an implant for $3,600,I ended going to a different dentist and was able to do a crown for $700,and they still charge for an oral evaluation.

Your office is in violation of CDC guidelines for reopening in Palm Beach County. On Friday, a family member visited your office and saw receptionist with no face mask on and no Plexiglas divider. No temperature was taken, and there was no evidence that there were limits to number of patients within the waiting room.Updated 11/17/20 On two separate occasions, the front receptionist did not wear a mask over her nose. Office manager spoke to me the first time and assured me that the procedures for COVID safety would be in place. The second time he spoke to me, he told me that I was very sensitive to this issue and that I should go elsewhere.

Im so glad that I found a dentist who isnt trying to get you to do extra stuff you dont need. Dr Anderson was so amazing the numbing shot was not painful. And he filled the cavity with no pain. The worse part of it was waiting for the numbness to wear off. I highly recommend Dr Anderson.
