The first time we came for an alteration, the owner was very professional and attentive. But this time, when we showed up on a Tuesday, we were told we needed to come back for the owner to be there. I called to set up an appointment on Wednesday with the owner and she told me to be there on Thursday and she would make sure the dress would be done by the next day, no later than Friday morning. She apologized for her employees turning us away when they were capable of helping us at that time, but when we showed up to our appointment, nobody was there. I called several times and no answer. Now I’m struggling to find a new tailor because I was relying on the appointment I set up with her instead of looking for someone yesterday if she had told me that she wouldn’t have been able to do it. I needed this dress ready for my daughters prom but since Monday was Memorial Day, there was only this week to get it done since the date of her prom is on Friday.

The owner is the best. Does great work and fast! Best alterations anywhere!

If I could leave a negative 10 star rating I would. When my boyfriend came to pick up my things I was upcharged from the original price we had talked about, besides that she made a couple of comments to my black boyfriend when he came to pick up my things the comments was oh youre her boyfriend I wasnt expecting you to be her boyfriend because of the simple fact of me being white. I then called her and asked her what she meant by the comments she didnt started yelling and saying you people dont come to my store you people go anywhere else you want but dont never come back in my store. Which I wasnt planning on coming back to her store anyways because of the fact that the price wasnt correct and also the way she treated my boyfriend so she has no worries on that plus with everything thats going on in society you would think you would just be nice to one another but I guess its all a dream.

This was such a great experience. I came in with three items, including a handbag that broke and a dress that needed some altering. They were wonderful and were able to fix my items right on the spot. I recognize that not all items can be fixed on the spot, but these were able to be taken care of. And in case you are wondering since it was done so efficiently, the dress came out perfect! The price was so good, I asked if she was sure that she didnt mean more. Highly recommend using them for your alterations.

The place is very laid back which had me nervous about leaving a bridesmaid dress to get altered because I needed it to be perfect and not get lost; they didn’t give me a receipt or pick-up slip. BUT everything worked out, service was quick and priced right.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Florida more than 12 years ago. I’ve had dresses, pants, skirts and jackets altered, and have sent family members there for alterations as well. They do detailed work, are honest (they’ll tell you if you don’t need something altered) and are very fairly priced. I highly recommend.

Very pleased with the work I had done. I’ve been to two other alterations place in the area and the value did not match the quality I received. However, this place did a great job, gave a good price and was extremely fast!!! Super impressed and will be going here from now on.
