The woman who handled my partners health insurance was a complete idiot, and she screwed up our insurance for months, leading to our having to pay BACK over $1,000 for her mistakes. Amazingly, most of that was for insurance for myself which I NEVER actually had for use over the summer, but had to pay for, anyway. Thats absurd, and shows a lack of intelligence and thoughtfulness. The mistake was made not once, but TWICE! Shame on you guys!
