I left my tax papers to be done by Jasmin on 2/07/2021 and till this date I haven’t heard nothing on taxes I have called left messages and nothing so I give this people 1 star they are not professional don’t know how to communicate with their client.

The worst place that you can come to make your taxes is this lack of attention, disorganization and indifference. Really if you can find another place, do it. I did my taxes for 4 years here and there was not a year that I had no problem. Especially with Mrs. Roxana.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER !!!! IF YOU READ THIS DONT GO TO THAT OFFICE. THEY ARE THE WORST. YOU HAVE TO DO MULTIPLE CALLS OR SHOW UP TO THEIR OFFICE TO GET AN UPDATE ON YOUR CASE. PLEASE DONT HIRE THEM TO DO YOUR IMMIGRATION APPLICATION. MY APPLICATION GOT RETURNED AND MY MEDICAL EXAMINATION GOT EXPIRED THEN, THEY RESUBMITTED THE APPLICATION AGAIN AND GOT ​​RETURNED TWICE. THEY SUBMITTED AN OUTDATED VERSION DEFINITELY THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING .. UNBELIEVABLETHIS OFFICE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THAT OFFICE. YOU HAVE TO MAKE MULTIPLE CALLS OR GO IN PERSON TO YOUR OFFICE TO GET A STATUS IN YOUR CASE AND TO BEGIN TO WORK IN YOUR FILE. I DID MY IMMIGRATION PAPERS WITH THEM AND THEY DID SUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS NOT ONLY ONCE BUT TWICE WRONG. IT IS INCREDIBLE THAT BAD SERVICE. THE WORST THING THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
