WOW! I have never been impressed with such service. First off let me start by saying I’m probably one of the most high maintenance customer. But it’s just because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. So I was hesitant to walk in and try a new place out. Yet, when I first walked in I was greeted immediately by the manager. She was so nice and you could tell she runs that Supercuts like a well oiled machine. So for my hairstylist I got Vanessa and she was AMAZING! She really educated me on the style I should go for based on the shape of my head. To my surprise I even received complements on my new hairstyle. Vanessa is a master of her craft! I will definitely be coming back again!

My husband went to get a trim around his temples. I begged him not to go to this “butcher’s shop”, but he went grocery shopping at Publix and decided to give Super Cuts a chance.He was super careful and told the woman not to take any length of his hair in the back and just trim slightly his his curly hair in the back.I did not recognize him when he came back. His hair had a military cut. All the curls were gone and his hair was trimmed about 5 mm of his scalp.He looks awful! I feel bad I didn’t go with him. He is recovering from the stroke and the woman was so quick cutting his hair that when she was done (in no time at all). It was too late!Stay away from this place if you want someone to spend time with you and care about the way you look.

I made an appointment online the day before with the hairdresser Fiol because she had good reviews. When I arrived for my appointment she had left. I had a 10:30 am appointment and had received 2 notifications reminding me. However the woman that was there cutting someones hair offered to cut it for me. Best thing that happened to me! She was quick and did exactly what I wanted! Her name is Carmella. Thanks again for doing a great job! FYI dont rely on booking online!

Made an appointment for noon 7/27/21. Walked in and there were 8 people waiting. I was never greeted by anyone. Waited 10 minutes and chose to leave and bring my business somewhere else. Very unprofessional. Terrible experience. Find somewhere else to go

Dont bother make appointment there, you just waste your time. I make mine, wait about 15 min ( what was ok when finish earlier customer) but then, pick walk in front next .. thats super service..get me uninstall they app and go other place.. What is point even make appointment when they dont follow those...I am very dissatisfied on they service.

Scary Cut. Carmella cut my hair and was racing through it, constantly hit my head with the comb and clippers, felt like things were just falling on my head. She also got an attitude when I told her not to use the volume scissors, it got to the point that I actually started dodging the scissors and asked her to please switch and go slower. Sides came out uneven, the top of my head is patchy. Not the worst cut I’ve ever gotten but definitely the most painful.

Do not go for a hair coloring with Fiol!I don’t think she’s the best person to take care of your hair. I went looking for a professional service and after I left the salon I had to go to Sally’s and buy a hair color to fix my hair, so at the end I lost my time and my money! . Now they are calling me to go back to the salon to fix what they did. Do you think I want to go back there ever again? I will not, and I hope you don’t go either!

I should have given them -1 at least or 0. I got scalped! Help! I do public speaking!Ive got medium length curly, curly hair. I told the girl: Dont cut too much off the back, please. Instead, she used shears! It took her about 3 minutes to do the job. She did it in the blink of an eye.I look absolutely horrible! My wife is furious, asking me Did you actually pay her? I told her not to put more salt into my wound.People, stay away from Super Cuts! Unless you dont mind shaving your head when asking for a nice trim and shape.I feel embarrassed to see my neighbors, not mentioning my clients.

I went in today to ask about having my hair dyed as i did a temp ruby red color the weekend prior myself that was fading quick & to see the price. Leila came right over to help me, She answered all my questions with confidence and I decided to have it done right then. She did an AMAZING job and i am fully in love with my new violet/red hair. I will not go anywhere else or have anyone but Leila do my hair and I will absolutely be recommending her.

DO NOT TRUST THE OTHER REVIEWS!!!!!!! I get my hair colored there every two weeks. So I’m there often. They always do a great job. When ever I didn’t like something ( which is rare) they have always corrected it. As for everyone else who has had a bad experience it’s probably because they are either FREELOADERS or don’t KNOW WHAT they want and expect the stylist to read their mind. Sure some of the stylist don’t speak great english but they do have common sense and skill......so if you want a great color, cut, wax and have the money go to this Supercuts. The manager and the workers are great.

Horrible customer service! They cut my granddaughters bangs and totally ruined her hair. I called the manager to suggest that if her employee is not capable to deal with children then she should take care of the customer herself instead of letting them ruin their hair. The manager of this store totally denied that the child in question was at that store today.

Do not let these people cut or color your hair, do youtself a favor and go some place more upscale. Theyve screwed up mine and my wifes hair to the point where she had to pay a lot of money to get the color corrected elsewhere.
