Had a good experience today. From Hector to the Finance guy, The delivery specialist who got the truck ready, to the receptionist who helped setup my FordPass for my brand new F-150. The price was fair, my trade offer was superfair too. All in all between the time i came in and i was driving out it was well under 3 hours and the new F-150 was mine. I have bought many many cars. So far these guys are at the top of my list. I drove all the way from Miami and it was worth it. I strongly recommend them. Would definitely by next Truck There!

Avoid Wayne Akers at all costs. Absolute con artists. I ordered a 2021 Ford Explorer ST to be picked up at Wayne Akers... after a $1000 deposit & 3 months of waiting, my Explorer arrived at Wayne Akers. No less than 12 hours after my vehicle arrived, another salesperson sold MY vehicle to someone else for cash. Be warned, this dealership will do this to anyone if it means they make a quick buck. I took my business to Essential Ford in Stuart & I recommend anyone else do the same. Wayne Akers is as unprofessional & shady as it gets.

Went in yesterday with my boyfriend for an oil change with my advisor was Teresa. She was very professional, spent a good amount of time with us to discuss other concerns, helped us with the display settings and had us out within a reasonable amount of time.My boyfriend bought his truck a few months ago and this I was our first experience with Wayne Akers Ford service, we left very pleased and will return for our appointment with Teresa for the other concerns we discussed.

If you are looking for a pleasant, easy, comfortable car leasing experience then ask for Diego, Shultz and Randall. I usually get so anxious having to go to the dealership because I haven’t always had the best experiences but these guys made my whole year! I didn’t think my credit and price range would let me leave with such a beautiful, mint, brand new Ford Explorer, but it’s sitting in my driveway now! I’m one happy and satisfied girl! I definitely recommend them. I’m for sure a Ford girl for life!

This is by far, the best dealership in south Florida for pick up trucks! Hands down! I have bought my last three trucks with Ray and I always get a great deal and a great truck! Orlando Menedez the finance manger is on top of his game and got me an amazing rate. I normally would pay cash but the rate was so good I could not pass it up. Do yourself a favor, I have been doing business with them for over 20 years, go their first and ask for Ray!

If I could give a worst rating I would!!!We brought in our 2017 Ford Edge to be serviced for the windshield washer sprayer this morning. We were driving the vehicle yesterday and the engine light came on. When my husband spoke to the service advisor Theresa & told her that the engine light came on yesterday her response to him was NOW CONVENIENT!As if my husband was lying to her…. How unprofessional & obviously this person is in the wrong position!It really doesn’t matter when the engine light came on our vehicle has a full bumper to bumper warranty on it.We took it back to where we purchased the vehicle Grieco Ford - Delray were there very pleasant and appreciate our business.

I ordered an $80000 truck in Michigan With a 3 year lease for $24000 with 19500 milis inthey wanted 30000 for 2 years thats a $15000 difference. These pictures are of a brand new $47,000 2021 F150 that was purchased by Ed from Wayne Ackers Ford. Truck was taken back to the dealership with 500 miles on it after Ed noticed the rust and a claim was put it for repairs with Ford, claim was denied.Ed was told by a salesman that several trucks where driven on a parking lot that had a chemical on it and this “rust” is the result. Truck now has 547 miles and is sitting at the dealership because neither Ford or Wayne Akers will take responsibility.Ed is following BBB Auto Laws and Florida Lemon Law procedures, but that is a long process, so he’s paying for a truck that isn’t being driven.To add insult to injury when Ed took the truck in the finance manager address him as “Rusty” and laughed afterwords.Ed was told Ford is sending a representative down to access the truck on 4-8-21, truck was taken to the dealership but no one from Ford showed up. An employee was seen taking pictures of the damages and told Ed he will send the pictures to the representative.The truck is at the dealership and they 10-15 days to fix the issues.Ed has always purchased Ford trucks and this is his 7th vehicle from Wayne Akers. He wants to get these pictures out there so if you are buying or have already purchased a f150 from them to check underneath for rust/corrosion damages.This was to be his last truck before he retires but instead of being able to enjoy it, it’s been nothing but a hassle.

After taking my truck in for service i realize how much of a crook this dealership is! My truck is still under warranty m. So let’s start with that!!!! I took the truck in for a problem that i knew was simple to fix but they told me that they needed to put the truck on the computer for diagnostics. That was over $200 each time; After doing that 4 times and being left with a bill over $1000. To find out it was something that needed to be unplugged and reset! Ever time i come here i have always been up-charged or charged for things that were totally unnecessary. I spoke with the service manager David Benjamin and he did absolutely nothing to fix my concerns. I guess since there’s no cars to sell these days they must rob the customers at the service counter to. make up for the lacking revenue! Totally unacceptable. Stay clear of this dealership!!!!

Stopped by to make an appointment to get an diagnostics ran on my 2016 Titanium Escape...The receptionist was very nice scheduled the appointment for 7:00 in the morning..... dropped the car off waited and waited and waited.....about 9 1/2 hrs. later got a call saying well we got you car to do what the issue was.. However, we will have to keep it for 2 day and you will have to rent a car because we no longer give loners. I said Okay I will have to reschedule.. I picked up my vehicle. after 5pm. to my surprise someone dismantled the control panel. I tried calling to no avail. next day called for 2 hours mail box full...had to drive15 miles to talk to the service manager.... who then laughed in my face and said he was the only one that drove my car and didnt do it . The Gen. Mgr. got involved. did something and popped the molding back in place with no explanation....or compassion for the issue. My advice to anyone who plan on using their services is to take picture so you will have proof of the condition of your vehicle upon drop-off. I will never trust them again.

Even though this is a hot model, and many dealerships want over sticker, the sales staff here gave me an outstanding price. My family came in to look at a 21 Ford Ranger the other day, we were greeted by a friendly sales rep Jordan who walked us around the vehicle and took us on a test drive. Jordan was very knowledgeable about the truck and he was able to walk us through the process and explain everything every step of the way, which was important to us as we are not familiar with the process. The finance person Orlando also was very helpful answering our finance questions on that end of the process. All in all we had a good experience at Wayne Akers and would definitely buy here again. Ask for Jordan he was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and helped everything go smoothly! We love our truck!!!

Just got my sixth vehicle from Wayne Akers. I keep going back because of the great service I get from the sales and financial people. I have been dealing with Orland since he was a sales person, then sales manager and now financial manager. I appreciate honest, knowledgable people who answer questions and call back with any extra info that I requested.I am not one to make up my mind quickly, it takes several dealership visits, with numerous phone calls and text messages, so I like the patience that is shown. ( nothing makes me leave a dealership quicker than pushy impatient salespeople). Wayne Akers didnt have a transmission specialist to repair my daughters new Explorer. Her vehicle was out of service for over two weeks. They sent here somewhere else to get it fixed. Poor customer service.Why does your dealership advertise known lousy For Explorers with the bad transmission knowing fully well they have defects. Theres all kinds of postings on the internet on Ford Explorers transmissions failing .You say customer service is your Number 1 priority. You didnt do that with my daughter. Seems Wayne Akers Customer service is your lowest concern and you just dont care except to make a sale.I seen your other reviews..haha.Friendly. What a joke.. i dont care about friendly. A dolphin is friendly. My cat is friendly. You dumped on my daughter and left her stranded without a car and nobody to fix. Your customer service sucks!

I have a 2016 Ford F350 with just under 29,900 miles which I took it to Wayne Akers Ford (2000 10th Ave N, Lake Worth, FL 33461) for new Michelin tires and a general 30,000-mile check. I explained to the service writer I had just changed the oil with Mobil 1 and a oil change was not necessary and that I didnt need an alignment for the new tires but Id like to change the diesel fuel filter as a precautionary measure.The next morning I received call from the dealership informing me that the rear brake calipers on the F350 were frozen and the front brakes were operational but needed pads and rotors. I found this difficult to believe with 29,000 miles but I asked the Service Advisor to replace everything necessary so the F350 is safe & reliable. I asked to use genuine Ford replacement parts, not remanufactured parts. I arrived to picked up the F350 and was surprised with an invoice of $4500.00 including an oil change and an alinement I specifically asked not to do. The labor was $850.00 for the brake work alone, which seemed excessive but I was happy the parts were new and I paid the invoice and thanked the service.On my way home I noticed the F350 was pulling hard to the right after the alignment and reviewing the bill at home I noticed the dealership used a cheap conventional syn-blend oil after draining the Mobil 1 synthetic I had recently installed. I spoke with the service writer and he asked me to come back the next morning and they would change the oil to the better full synthetic 5w-40 and investigate their alignment workmanship. My appointment was at 7am however the service writer said come at 7:30 because the mechanics need 30 minutes to get coffee and get going in the morning. I arrived a 7:45am and waited until 11:45 for the F350 oil change & re-alignment.When the truck was brought forward to take home the service writer showed me a print out of the alignment form which clearly showed the non-alignment and the re-alignment from this morning. The service writer explained saying look, it was out of alignment (the red areas) and now its in alignment (the green areas). I asked how could this be (out of alignment) when I was invoice yesterday for an alignment I asked? In any case, I thought whats done is done and Im happy to get my F350 back with everything like new.I left the dealership, got on the highway and approximately in two miles or so down the highway the truck started to veer right. I immediately exited turned around to head back to the dealership. When I exited the highway and stopped to make a left turn toward the dealership smoke began to rise out from the front wheel wells. I drove the final 1/8th mile to the dealership and I began to feel the engine struggling against the brakes. When I pulled into service the front rotors were glowing red and the brake calipers were on fire. The dealership apologized and said they will fix it but I was concerned about additional parts affected by the intense heat such as wheel bearings, seals, rotors, brake calipers, brake hoses, brake fluid that obviously boiled. I couldnt t believe with less than 30,000 miles Im in this predicament. This is my 3rd Ford Truck, prior to the F350 I had two F-450 King Ranch dualies and never had issue like this.I came in for new tires and a check-up on a F350 with 30,000 miles that should have taken one day and it’s taken many days and many trips back to re-repair repairs. I have contacted Ford about the dealership releasing a vehicle to a customer with brakes that seized and could have caused a accident. My opinion is Wayne Akers Ford needs to reevaluate procedures and protocol in the dealership service department. I will not be returning for service nor will I purchase a new 2021 F350 from Wayne Akers Ford.

I purchased my 2021 Ford Bronco yesterday from Wayne Akers Ford! My experience with the whole process exceeded my expectations! From getting a call to let me know the Bronco was available to the personal customer service and knowledge I received from first the salesman, Azore Fontanot. He was very detailed oriented with the broncos features and went over them with patience and kindness. As well as, Orlando Menendez, Finance Manager; he introduced himself when I arrived, then later explained in detail the paperwork (and very knowledgeable) and the extras that I was to expect from my contract of my new vehicle. The two men are total Rock Stars!! I always take my vehicles to this ford dealer for service until now. I have called this service department over 6 times during business hours with not a single call answered. What is the point of having a service extension if no one is going to answer it? Who has the time to wait for a return phone call over scheduling service? What happened to the system online where we could make our own appointments? I am very disappointment in the decline this dealership has shown lately. Very disappointed in the service department as a whole. This was my 2nd or third time here and generally its been okay. Something was draining my batteries and after 6 days of holding my truck they told me that it was my after market air bag suspension that was drawing it. No problem but after giving them this information at the onset and literally letting my truck just sit there for 6 days only to find out that the mechanic disconnected the air bag system without telling the underwriter. I receive three separate phone calls saying they cant find anything. Finally I try calling to notify them Im coming to get my truck and I get the perverbile I was just getting ready to call you. Dont mind the fact that NO ONE answers the phones when you call. So I get charged a $300 (total with tax) fee to diagnose a problem that I suspected from the start, and after 6 days of telling me nothing could be found, it still isnt fixed because they wanted another $500++ to fix a wire. COME ON! If FORD motor company has to make its money by taking advantage of customers like this thats pretty sad. I have been a loyal Ford customer for many years and quite honestly am extremely disappointed in how this dealership runs its service department. There is more to this story but felt like this had to be shared.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Stay away from Wayne Akers. Brought vehicle in due to paint peeling in June, they painted it, looked great. Then the other side peeled, they painted it, looked great. That’s when the drama started. It took them 5 months afterwards to fix the leak due to an improper placement of the windshield after I mentioned several times that’s what the problem was. Now after all that I noticed there is a paint issue again. I don’t have the energy to keep going back. So much for convenience, this was anything but. I’ll drive the 20 minutes to a different dealer. Good luck trying to speak with the General manager of this location as it seems they are a figment of one’s imagination and the employees have great way of deflecting the conversation. I’ve spent so much time at this location I was beginning to think I worked there. Oh, and the funniest story was just recently when I received a call from their Collision dept advising me my car was ready to be picked up. I called and asked are you sure it’s mine? I advised this associate my car was neatly parked in front of my home. It would appear those Service Dept control tags they use are recycled. Get your act together Wayne Akers!!!

Its unfortunate that the car of my dreams was at this dealership. The used car Ive been specifically looking for came up at this dealership as a trade in, and was showing that it was listed on their website for a few weeks now. The receptionist and sales women, Shawntal, were kind and extremely helpful. But that feeling changed once I asked about trading in my car. After doing a KBB value for my car, they offered me way below what it was worth. But then proceeded to tell me it was because they had to clean it and put new tires on it to sell it (the tires on it are 5 months old and have barely seen 100 miles). I decided to not trade it in. But then they showed me the final numbers and all the fees. I asked them to work the numbers to stay within my budget and the excuses I got didnt make sense. First, I was told they couldnt help me with fees because I wasnt buying a New Ford. Then, I was told the fees are to cover the expenses of the tires and detailing the car went through to be sold. I decided to go through with it because it was the car Ive been looking for. I almost walked away because of the finance guy, Orlando. When he showed me the final price in his office I asked for him to work with me a little more on the fees and his excuses were: the new owners wont let me and you told Shawntal you were fine with paying this much before you came in, which I never said, nor did we even discuss a final price. But then he decided to play the someone else wants it card by telling me someone came in today trying to buy it and if I dont take it they will call the other person to come get it. Which I know was bull.And the last thing that really upsets me is when I drove my new car home and moved all the seats there was old gum stuck to one of the seats, sand all over the back seats and trash under the front seat. THE CAR WAS NEVER DETAILED!!I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere and not deal with a scummy dealership.

Recently purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer. Had an excellent experience. Our salesperson, Josh, was helpful and accommodating. With the craziness of 2020 really needed to handle this process remotely. Josh took care of everything, including getting us a good price for our trade in vehicle. Great experience at Wayne Akers buying my Ford Fusion. Its been about 8 months since I purchased my car back in March wanted to really wait before giving feedback to see how car and service experience went after the sale and its been nothing but great even with the pandemic going on. I had gone to several dealerships for 2 weeks before going to Wayne Akers and the minute Josh took us for a test drive in the Fusion I was sold. The last time I bought a Ford was back in 1994 when I bought a Mustang. Ive had Chevy, Mazda, Toyota, Dodge and Hyundai since then and I have to say the happiest most enjoyment Ive ever had since my Mustang has been the Ford Fusion. Love this car. I was under a time crunch to purchase since my last car caught fire due to manufacturer issues and Josh and his team worked late until 9:30 on a Sunday night to make sure I got a great price, financing and the car totally detailed before they closed. I had my first complimentary service in July and the service was great as well. They accidently left the top antenna off when they detailed it and I didnt realize until I got home, accidents happen, I called back the dealership and Josh graciously offered to bring the antenna to me since I was a half hour drive from them. He dropped by the next day and even installed it back on my vehicle before I even knew it. My next car is definitely going to be from Wayne Akers and highly recommend to anyone else. Ask for Josh when you are there!

Took my car to get a tire patched. After waiting an hour and 50 minutes for a single patch to be complete, I get home and realize that all of my lug nuts are completely loose.Don’t recommend, every service I’ve ever had there even if I had an appointment just for an oil change takes a minimum of 2 hours. And now leaving all of my lug nuts so loose that I can take them off by hand I am hesitant to ever go back again, even after having bought my car there...

Go forward five months I am now driving a Ford 2020 explorer I am over the moon with excitement. I just purchased a 2020 Explorer, JP was my sales person. Hes absolutely the best. My new Explorer comes with all the bells and whistles, JP was kind enough to sit with me, download apps, and show me how all this stuff works. I couldnt be more pleased with my Explorer and JP! The General Sales Manager, Diego, was equally helpful. He worked very hard with JP to get me where I wanted/needed to be, financially. It’s amazing when they want you to buy a vehicle, they call you 10 times a day.I need to get my car into service and I have called 5 days in a row and cannot get a human on the phone.I called Al Packer Ford a human answered and gave me an appointment for tomorrow morning.
